Great experience overall. Dwayne was very helpful in the whole buying process. Drove down 1 day to check the car out and test drive it. Never felt pushed, was very laid back and very honest. He said he would hold the car for me till i came back with my daughter and he kept his word. I would recommend Dwayne and Carolina Car Company if your interested in buying a car. Also car was exactly as described and in superb condition. Cant ask for a better experience.

Would not buy here. Contacted them as they had exactly what I was looking for, a 2012 Arctic edition Jeep Wrangler. When I asked for additional pictures of any specific wear and tear, they responded with, “call me.” If I wanted to “call” I would I have done that in the first place.

This was the best car buying experience I have had in years. I drove 2+ hrs to purchase a car from Dwayne. We had agreed upon the price before I left home, and when I arrived the car was exactly as described. Dwayne gave me an incredible price on my new truck, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dealer called me on friday to let me know there was a deal working on this vehicle, was supposed to call me on monday to update either way. Never heard back from him.

Sales and customer service was great, there are some nice guys up there at Carolina car company. Honest and friendly all around. My only grievance is the fluids, it had too much oil and was a little low on transmission fluid (gear oil) when I brought her home, along with the coolant looking a little brown. But no biggie I went ahead and got that straightened up, so overall I had a good experience and I’m happy!

Very quick to respond and great about communicating back and forth. The car was exactly as described in listing. When I decided to get the car I was in the process of waiting on an insurance check and they held the vehicle for me until it came (they definitely didn’t have to hold it). I would definitely recommend this company to purchase from.

I have contacted Carolina car dealership in regards to aqua blue Jeep that I was requiring about. The very next morning I received a phone call from the gentleman from the dealership very knowledgeable very polite he had informed me that another person was interested and that he would let me know if his paperwork went through. Very impressed with the customer service that I have received so far from this dealership. Great job don’t find customer service Like this now days

Wow , what a great dealership. Came from Taylor, Mi. And brought a suburban .Dwayne describe it perfectly and the price was great .Dwayne send his driver Josh to pick me up at the airport at no cost to me ,Thank you Josh. Once I arrived Dwayne wanted me to look over the suburban and take it for drive , which I did .It was perfect . Jason and Dwayne did the paper work and we had some great conversations and laughs , What great guys . He contacted me to tell me to complete an application,which I did within 20 minutes,he told me he would call me back,did not call me back,I called 4 hours later & was told he was with another customer & that he would call me as soon as he finished.

Slow to respond never got price.

I usually never think about reviewing a car dealer, because let's face it, their all about the same, but these guys have really changed my mind about a car salesman and how they treat people. I contacted them about a Chevy Colorado I saw online and they responded very quickly to my request. After speaking with them on the phone I went to the car lot and drove the truck. It was better than advertised. The whole time I was there there was never any of that salesman pressure to buy this truck. They spent their time making me feel comfortable and give me all the information I asked for and even offered to let me take it to my mechanic for a better inspection. That said a lot. I think these guys are awesome and have really changed my mind about what a car salesman is and how they made me feel as a customer.
