Very easy transaction.
Even if you have approval from a bank with a reference
number, for a sum greater than that reflected by the car, the
purchase expectations are 0% at this dealer, the credit with
you personal information, is worth more, i don't know for
what purposes, because the bank and all the sales
agencies have already mixed it up so much that it is even
scary to continue providing your personal information again,
there is a lack of knowledge of the staff who assist you,
which creates doubts when giving any personal data. The
price of cars on sale increases every day. The lack of sales
will cover the salary costs of those who provide poor
service.
Well intentioned but grossly unprepared and inexperienced staff. The team is very unorganized and unprepared.
With competitive pricing they are able to attract distant buyers and - looking at some of the reviews - it seems they have indeed done a good job in some cases.
But they have not thought through and dont invest the time / effort in making sure that they can indeed close the deal with the right paperwork for someone coming in from far to pick up a car they want to buy from them.
Overall staff was polite and cordial and tried very much to assure me that the trip I was making flying down 500 miles for the car I liked from the pictures (and for which I paid a $2,000 deposit several days before) would be worth it.
I shared all the required documents a few days in advance but literally moments before I was going to board the flight from DC to Charlotte (like 5 minutes before boarding was closing), Jay calls and tells me that they cannot deliver the car to me when I land because

Not pushy, willing to work with customer
Was not able to buy the truck. Sold out from
under me. Talked to the salesman about the truck
and told him I would like to trade a 350 Ford
platinum with with three thousand miles and I give
him bank information and the next phone call he
had sold it. That has happened a lot with all
dealers this year.

Just Wow! I (General Manager) spoke directly with this customer for probably 20 minutes. Customer was very cordial. Answered all his questions, talked about his trade (which I would have loved to get) and eventually agreed on a price. He told me he would get with his wife and discuss and get back to me by the end of the day if ready to move forward. At this point I was very clear that we had multiple people interested in the truck and he should be aware of that fact, which he acknowledged. Carolina Auto Warehouse was really easy to work with. Being from out-of-state, I was concerned about purchasing

the tax and licensing with my home state DMV; it even offered to pick me up at the airport when I mentioned I was

The best experience I’ve ever had shopping for car. The team there was great and actually listened to what I wanted in a used car, not what they wanted. Would highly recommend them.
So much positive it is too much to write. Vehicles are clean. They get them in the best shape possible. No vehicle is salvage. They buy these cars at the lowest price they can as to sell them low enough to make at least a profit and give customers the lowest car gurus price as well. I did my homework looking for a vehicle a while before I bought one here and I’m glad I bought my car here. They have the best pricing and I have already recommended them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Only negative I can think of is pressure over adding a warranty for things at the end of the process but other than that they try their best to work with you on any issues you have. Hope in the future they still have great pricing and are in business when I look for a car again

Omg such awesome honest people. The vehicle was exactly how it was described not a scratch or issue with the mechanics of it. My son was very happy with our purchase and Ive been telling everyone to go to his dealer. Jay, Justin, Austin, Brian and his wife were so genuine, I definitely enjoyed the entire experience!

I was contacted promptly. A price drop put this car in my buying range. Unfortunately, this dealer does have a big doc fee which pushed the car back out of my range. Also, the quoted sales tax was more than three percent when I did the math. I didn't drill down further since I was looking at another vehicle which fit my pricing. I did not visit the dealership.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. They wash the car up all shiny and clean and it was vacuumed. The process was very simple and they even help me pair my phone. When we shop for a new car will definitely be going there again

My husband and I vehicle purchasing experience was great at Carolina Auto Warehouse. The staff (Justin, Brian, James and receptionist) responded within a reasonable time and answered our questions. The staff was approachable and friendly. The information on CarGurus website about the vehicle was factual. We rated this dealer a 5* because of our overall experience. Even though, a second key didn't come with the vehicle. So, we'll have to pay more out of the pocket to purchase a second key.

Always very quick to reply, even after hours. Did not feel pressured at all until final paperwork where all the extra services are offered, I felt
like I was expected to purchase at least some of the extra coverage that they offered. If not for that would have been 5 stars.

I just purchased a RAV4 from them yesterday. I love the car and the price they gave me. Brian told us what he paid for the vehicle and what we would be paying, he’s there to help, not to rob people. I would recommend Carolina Auto Warehouse to everyone and I will be back when I’m ready for another vehicle. Overall great experience and great staff!

Amazing! This was, by far, the best dealership experience I have ever had! The pricing was so low that I thought something would be wrong with the car, or that maybe they would be like other dealers who "just sold" the car, magically just before we got there. That wasn't the case at all! The entire process was straightforward and the people actually cared about my needs. The sales people were patient, and willing to let me find what I liked most, even though I was skeptical at first, and let my skepticism show! They didn't get offended, or upset. Instead, everyone was understanding and ready to move at my pace. The finance lady took the time to talk to me about everything they offer, and I was able to comfortably make an informed decision. She helped me get a great rate, I was not pushed or rushed by anyone, and I feel like everyone really cares about making the car buying experience something to look forward to. I can't say enough good things about the people here. They're amazing!

I went in to look at a Chrysler 300 and they were incredibly nice and professional. They are a newer dealership but they have been in the industry for 20+ years. I couldn't imagine getting a car anywhere else now!!
Very down to earth and respectful. They don’t pressure you into buying a vehicle and they explain all the options you have in order to show you the difference between what you think you can afford and what you actually can. Even though I didn’t buy from them, they were by far the best used car dealership I have dealt with and would recommend them to anyone looking for both a quality vehicle and experience.
Bought a Buick Encore. Lowest price in 100 mile range. Vehicle was outstanding condition. I was
worried the price was going to change but it didn’t. They gave me an out the door price and that
is what I paid. Was in dealership less than 40 minutes including driving the car.. I would have
given 6 stars if I could.
