Worked with Elman to look at an XC70. I am out of state and would be in the area visiting family when I inquired about the Volvo. Elman took me seriously as a buyer despite this. Communication is superb - when other buyers were looking at the car he let me know so I was informed while on the way to the dealer. I didn't put a deposit down so I knew it may not be there. It did sell, but Elman was upfront and communicated the whole way so I knew where we stood. I wound up looking at many different vehicles, but none worked for us. All the staff there was very friendly. What stuck out the most was that it was a dealership full of proper car enthusiasts - and it showed with the vehicles on the lot. Everyone there had a genuine passion for great driving cars and their inventory reflects that with beautiful colors and interesting trim packages and rare cars. It is a shame I couldn't find the right car from them. Highly recommend to any buyer, especially enthusiasts and out of state buyers.

Unfortunately, this outfit fits the bill as quintessential used car salesmen. I had an agreed upon bill of sale sent to me on Friday evening after work and by the time I connected with my salesman on Saturday morning he tells me they were selling it to someone else. They simply are not ethical.

They were extremely nice and they allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic & was more than willing to deliver the vehicle to my mechanic to have the vehicle fully inspected. Fyi, of course I had to pay for the inspection. Overall they’re a great dealership to do business with, and they’re Straight to the point when it comes to their overall out the door cost. It was a nice vehicle, and the inspection only found minor issues with vehicle which they were more than happy to repair. I just decided not to go with this deal, because it was the first vehicle I looked at, and wanted to still shop around to be able to compare other Lexus ES 350 vehicles, in hopes of finding a newer one with less miles. Overall it was a clean vehicle for the year and miles & their staff was great.

My experience with Carneed turned out to be a good one. At first I was somewhat leery and skeptical at the thought of a big chunk of change leaving my account while at the same time holding nothing tangible for it. However, in the end, everything turned out better than I'd expected. I got the car I wanted, it looks sharp, runs like a champ and I'm happy with it.

I wanted to wait some time before writing this review, just so I can get a better feel of the car and make sure it’s in the condition that was presented to me. I was looking for this specific vehicle for quite a while and finally it popped up at carneed. I contacted them right away and got the response within a few minutes, before coming in I was able to get pre approved , which I’m really thankful to Eli, their finance manager. After going on a test drive, I really liked the car, but I wanted to get a certified shop inspection and make sure that the vehicle was in a good condition . I scheduled an appointment at local Land Rover dealership and they gave me a green light. We closed the deal the same day and had no issues since. Thanks to the team of Carneed and I will definitely be back.

This is one of the best dealers I have ever met, period. It is a small family business, managed by a couple of energetic and knowledgable men. Eli and Sergey treat you as friends and they never put pressure on you. I received very candid and patient service. I asked for multiple test drives for a MINI cooper Clubman. Although we did not make a deal (for the reason of high maintenance cost, not the dealer), I would still like to spend time to write this review and give them a round of applaud.

Honest and talked to me as a person snd not as a salesman trying to sell at no matter what. I asked some questions about buying a specific vehicle. I told him my bottom line and he explained what and why he was at his bottom line price. Didn't try to up my bottom line and was very polite. I appreciated his time and no deal but maybe a customer down the line. I recommend them girl there no b.s. approach.

I rarely post reviews, but this place is great and I want more people know about it. Carneed is as good as it gets when purchasing a used vehicle. From service to pricing to quality and total ease of the process, this place has it all. The staff is professional and helpful in tending to personal needs, not pushy like other dealerships.
