Messaged back and forth and decided to go check it out. They wanted a time and day. Due to storms we weren't sure. He was going to send a video which we never got. The storms ended early so we decided to go. The car has a new battery but it had to be jumped They didn't tell us until the car was brought around for us to drive and When we got in it wouldn't start. Then they said they would jump it again. I tried to talk to him about it a problem I have with my current Volvo that drains the battery but he didn't seem interested. I had asked about the condition of the car, paint, anything we may need to know before driving 1 1/2 hrs and got nothing. There are spots in the paint on top of the roof and trunk and several scratches behind the door handles. Other than that the exterior wasn't bad. The interior was clean. They knew we were interested in the car and didn't make sure it was going to start. Not a good sign. We didn't bother driving the car. Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was awesome to work with. They had the car pulled up front and ready to go when we got there and there finance department was great. The only thing that I would ding them on is there was some considerable flaws on the inside of the car that they didn’t take pictures of or mention prior to coming to look at and after discovering them they wouldn’t take any money off for them but overall the price was fair and I will look them up first in my next purchase. If I had to rate them I would give them a 4.9/5
The communication started off strong and I was excited due to being an out-of-town buyer. My only hang-up was the timeliness in receiving the actual paperwork to start the buying process. Because I was under a tight crunch in purchasing a vehicle, I had to make the decision to buy locally. Had I received the paperwork 2 days earlier, I would have been able to secure a deal with this dealership. Overall the staff was friendly thru-out my experience. I recommend giving them a try to earn your business.

After several weeks of looking for a specific vehicle, this dealer had the ONE. I had gone up in my vehicles price so I did not see this one in my searches. I was lucky enough to drive 3 of them in the area at the same time. This dealership had it detailed nicer than the others and it was the one we chose. Mustafa did a good job with communication. He became a but pushy as time went on, but I guess that’s his job. He couldn’t come down in price, because, as he says, his dealership has lost money on this vehicle. So through all the fees and other stuff it was ours. So as I didn’t like the sales consultant, I was very satisfied with the finance guy. As we left for home the dealer had given us about 24 miles of gas for the trip, another slight irritation. But it is done and I won’t have to deal with another used dealership for a while.

Denied due too not large enough down pmt to get the pmts we wanted for the truck was overpriced we felt given its undercarriage and fuel system history of repairs,

Very Pushy and aggressive personal. They bombarded me with several different personalities after asking just a few simple questions. Calls & emails all day long while trying to work. Got very rude after I explained the color of the vehicle was not to my liking so I couldn’t pay what they were asking. Very bad experience!!!

My experience was great. I was greeted immediately at the door and the salesman was very nice and patient. I had my two little ones which me and the staff offered them toys and Popsicles that helped keep them pretty content. I did end up getting a newer model than what I was originally looking at a better price with an extension on my payments. So overall my experience went really well and I'd recommended anyone looking into purchasing or selling this would be a good place to look into.

Fifty Anniversary Camaro Convertible L2 Hyper Blue Metallic 2017. Only one was made in 2017.
Mustafa kept me up dated on the status of the Camaro. We were buying from out of state. Mustafa told us we could put $500 down to put a hold on the Camaro.
Carmel Auto Gallery put a new top on the camaro to make sure everything was perfect.
Did most of the paperwork over the computer. We just needed to sign for the Camero which took a hour with the test drive and reading the fine print.
Carmel Auto Gallery checked the Camero out before selling the vehicle. I've been looking for this 6th series of Camero for five years. So I knew what I expected and Mustafa and Carmel Auto Gallery delivered.

Great customer service
Definitely read the reviews before viewing a car. I do this the people that have had issues are correct. I went to view an Escalade and it had numerous problems so we walked and didn’t even make a deal. The salesman were nice and accommodating so I will give them that, but I will just say overall I would say to do your homework before viewing a car here.

Great experience! Communication was great, and I was a little flaky: it took me a while to follow through on a test drive with my
crazy schedule. Vehicle was exactly as listed. I had done 2-3 months of shopping and research and knew exactly what I wanted:
make, model, year range, mileage range, price range, features (must-have and compromises), and even factored how far I was
willing to travel to get it. These guys had it all, so I am very pleased. I spent about 40+ minutes on a solo test drive and the credit
check and paperwork was quick. They were very knowledgeable and informative. Mustafa and Nick were really great - if you find

the seller tim is great, but other people didn't help at all, i liked the 2015 mercedes 450 and on
july 5th i was ready to buy this car, i wanted to give myself a birthday present. So, I said I was
ready to buy and said I was making a 40% down payment and I needed to finance $12K, but then
something happened, that's how I understood the game. then, as it turned out, the financier
submitted my application for Credit Union for 5K more than I needed, the bank later sent me a
countdown with an amount which I not asked. I don't know what their philosophy is, but
dellership need more pay attation for potential buyers

Everyone was nice but I did not buy the car. Concerns about having three previous owners. Engine did not feel as tight as I would expect with the stated milage. I also prefer buying a car from a dealership.
Cars on another lot. Difficult to check cars out. Salesman in my opinion should have let me look through the computer pick out four or five cars that I wanted to look at and went to the other lot with me you know he told me to go to the other lot which I didn't find and I was asked to go online pick out a couple of cars come back and he would have them there so what if I didn't like the two cars that I picked out I had to take time to pick out some more wait for him to go to the other lot and get them bring them back for me to look at that was just not good with me

calls. Told them I was coming from 1 1/2 hrs away.
Iâm a newly widowed mom of two babies and this is
a difficult trip for me to make. They sent
videos/pictures of the van. When I got there the van
made noises when you turned the wheel. It shook
so bad during my test drive and the driver side
mirror was hanging by wires. None of this was
made known to me before traveling all the way
there with my two babies.
The van had tons of crumbs and dirt and markings
all over the inside and I was told they would detail it
better if I wanted to buy it. Wouldnât you think youâd
have it detailed and sparkling clean to make me
want it even more? With all the other mechanical
issues there was no way I was going to get this van.
After driving this far with two kids I didnât feel
comfortable looking at anything else at this
dealership if this is what was waiting for me.
Carmel Auto gallery was outstanding! Mustafa was amazing! I He made the process so incredibly easy and was so helpful , but not pushy. He went above and beyond to help us buy our BMW X5. He even made sure all issues and concerns with the car were fixed before we purchased the car, which is almost unheard of when purchasing a used vehicle. I highly recommend Mustafa and Carmel Auto Gallery. We will definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle from Mustafa !

I was looking to purchase one of their vehicles, and I am currently out of state. I was arranging for my sister to pick up the vehicle for me, until one morning, when I messaged them and asked if I needed to place a deposit down in order to save the vehicle for myself. They told me the vehicle sold the previous day. Wtf. I'm not mad that they sold the vehicle, because that happens all the time. I'm mad that they didn't tell me until the next day, and only AFTER I contacted them. Smh.
Absolutely awful, first salesman was rude to the point of me asking for another salesperson to deal with. The raised the price of the truck during negotiations without me knowing, and tried to slide 2500 dollars worth of mandatory fees in on the deal. Just not a pleasant experience. I didn't buy a vehicle from them because if they do shady things in the light, I would hate to see what the do behind the scenes.

professionals I have met in my 30 years as a car enthusiast and collector. I am an out-of-state buyer and
James Myers and Jade Johnson have coordinated the sales like veteran pros and got everything
coordinated and finalized in just a matter of a few hours. This includes coordinating and working with my
lender as well as making arrangements with the out-of-state delivery in transporting my newly purchased
vehicle. This is my first auto purchase transaction with James Myers and Jade Johnson of Auto Gallery of

I asked for the car to be cleaned, but it wasn't cleaned at all because there was a lot of candy and other trash.
I asked for a full tank of gasoline and said that it was okay at first, but suddenly on the day of receipt I said that it was impossible to fill up with gasoline. After all, I filled it up, but I didn't feel good.
I don't know because I've only been riding a little, but I think the condition of the car is good, so it was good.
I contacted by e-mail, but the response was quick and good.
Overall, the dealer's evaluation here is that the car is good but the service is not the best

At first dealer seemed awesome to deal with ... was contacted right away and set up a time to look at the car the next day. The next day I contacted dealer right before I left making sure they knew I was driving over two hours to come look at it and they said to come on down. Well twenty minutes from the dealer I was called informing me that it had just left after being sold ... very unprofessional in my opinion to let someone drive that whole way just to sell it before I could get there.
First off, I didn't buy the truck because my credit union in Oregon wouldn't do business with a way out of state dealer in Indiana that isn't part of the CUDL network. Three people did follow up on my interest and were professionally persistent and polite. I would have liked for them to show pictures of the frame to see how much rust is on it, and also I would have liked them to plug into the port under the dash and find out what the injectors balance rates were, but they were unwilling to do that. I guess because other locals were also looking at the truck and could inspect for themselves minus the injector rates. My experience, I would say is on par with other dealers I've communicated with and they all have been 5 star. The only negative, and I would say it is a small one: When I emailed Chris and told him we were buying a local truck, I got no response. No congratulations and have fun. Nothing. This doesn't speak well with building relationships with people.

Very friendly and honest car dealership. We had zero issues. they were super helpful, and i would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from them. Our salesman was great and worked with us throughout the entire process making our car buying experience perfect.
Car was misrepresented in the ad.
Plus, there was a sign on the door stating that masks were due to Covid-19. Yet all employees had masks around their necks but not one had them on. My wife and I wore masks the whole time. You would think that the salesman would at least try to emulate our behavior, but he never put it on even though he had a neck gaiter around his neck.

When I arrived at the lot the car was there to be seen. It was exactly what had been described in the posting. Tim provided the Carfax report and details on processing papers and possible financing. He then gave me an evening to review the material. We closed the deal on the next day. The entire process was easy and handled professionally. Very happy with our Ford Escape and would not hesitate to go back to Carmel Auto Gallery if the need arose. A special thanks to Tim.
Went to check out this POS car, took for a test drive and had some concerns with it, the manager said it's just from sitting and low air in the tires. I needed to go get some paperwork to fill out the application so he let's me use the the car to do that so on the second test drive I get onto the highway and all the engine lights come one power reduced, service stabilitrak, turned right around no longer wanting the vehicle. Told the "manager" joe he said yep "have a great day" then walked away and didnt even ask what was wrong or if we wanted to look at another vehicle, he then proceed to get a jug of water and sit back at his desk not even telling the finance guy to stop running our application
responded promptly. I had planned to go see the car one evening before the checked and detailed the car. It got to late. I talk to the salesman. He told me not to worry about it selling. They would not put it up forsale & make repars and detail it. I could see it the following Sat. I said I wold be there. As I leaving work Friday evening I saw I had text from the sales men saying I had to put $ down immediately to hold the car becasue other people are coming in to see the car. I called immediately to put $ down. I was told the car was being sold.

Gave a very low ball offer on a trade in vehicle. Not a brand new vehicle to trade in but worth around $5000 more then they would offer.
Wouldn't budge on price. Very nice salesman. Just not really willing to work with trade in price.

Seemed nice overall. The lady was slightly brusque at first. Car had more wear on it inside than was evident from the pictures. Quite a small outfit.

Highlly recommend it. Great price, great service and great car. We were looking for a vehicle like this for so long and Carmel Auto Gallery had it.
