This dealership is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. The person who I dealt was pleasant is the only positive. Communication is terrible. They have a receptionist, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Management is terrible and condescending. I had 7pm appointment to to test drive a car. Management claims they called at 6:43pm to tell me the car was sold, and I never received the call. Even if I did miss the call , I live an hour and a half away, so I kinda need a little more of a heads up. Management also said I have put a deposit on the car to reserve it. Again, because of terrible communication I would've gladly left a deposit especially knowing how far I had to drive and how serious I was about the car. Business is Business, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Reached out on two different cars, their ai reaches back out quick but then nothing. No communication. After a week of no follow up or pictures of the vehicles I requested I purchased another vehicle from a different dealer. Waste of time.

Even though I’m unable by to commute to the car dealership the staff has been very patience and helpful to me while I’m looking for a new vehicle. Mrs Daisi has been more than generous throughout this process and I’m hoping for a good result and I drive off with the car I’ve been wanting for so long!

ZER0 stars. Do not buy long distance or online from this dealer. We had made arrangements with the salesman in good faith to buy the car. Going through the vetting process made travel arrangements to pick it up and offered down payment money to hold the car. Half a day before we're ready to drive down they sold the car to someone else without notice to us or offering to negotiate. That is their legal prerogative and I have no recourse.

Poor customer service. We were strung along by AI text messages that probed us about our vehicle search. Only to be asked the same questions again by the sales associate Jen Z. My finance and i found a vehicle that we were interested in. So we decided to submit a finance app for the vehicle including the buyer and co-buyer. However, they claimed there was only one buyer on the app when submited. So, we had to resubmit the app again. By the way we were instructed to complete the app the second time after business hours. We were informed that someone would contact us the next business day about the process. after the app was submited for the second time, got a call from the finance dept which operates remotely from the dealership. The finance associate informs us that he has some type of issues with their finance program in which he has to pay a fee to submit the app. Assured it would be fixed the next day. 1 week later still nothing from them. Called back a few times still no answer

Dealer responded fairly quick, but a simple question threw them off. Is it available? Lots of run around. I then asked for some videos since I’m not local and they said they would but never did. I got a lot of emails but they were either AI generated or the email account is monitored by 10 people because they would ask the same question over and over. In the end I’ve never even been told if they have the car, I’ve never gotten any actual info on the car and we’ve exchanged at least 10-15 different emails. I gave up, moved on and my search continues. Not a great experience, maybe if I was local it would be another story.

As a business owner 30+ years, it’s increasingly become an intriguing realization; whereby, seemingly, some businesses, possess a free-pass, for outright deceptive behavior. For example, after numerous decades, selling to 100’s, of sophisticated & affluent business owners (across the country), it is a rock-ribbed & staple understanding, that a formal proposed price offer, is NOT-ONLY a direct reflection, of an authentic Sales-Professional, but also for good or bad, exposes the heartbeat of the company represented. Yet, what is affectionately referred to, as a ‘Bait & Switch’ Pricing tactic, seems to remain commonplace w/in the automotive industry. Months of research & effort have been invested in attempting to locate a specific vehicle, within a specific price range. This dealership advertised a specific price for a specific vehicle, only after the perspective buyer’s time investment, ultimately learned that, vehicle’s true price was an additional $2k, which was a deal-killer!

The vehicle was a white 2002 Isuzu Trooper. The
vehicle was ridiculously overpriced but most
importantly and off putting was walking into their
offices only to find an employee (Jacob - Finance
Manager) sleeping on the brown leather couch
immediately to the left. He jumped up and helped
me by giving me the keys to test drive the Isuzu
Trooper. Wouldn't recommend this organization.

The worst attempt at purchasing any vehicle I
have ever been involved in! I sold cars for two
years and I want to think this site is a hoax of
some kind...no matter what I did, no matter what
I offered, even when I filled out a credit app and
let them know up-front that my credit was not
going to be good, they refused to reach out to
me, always(in my three attempts through text)
diverting back to; "we will not share the results or
pass on to you the results of your credit
application on this platform....try calling one of
our sales professionals to continue your vehicle
purchase".....wha? I thought that a good
salesperson was confident, ready to chase any
concrete lead, but they refused to even try to
call ME, even after I filled out their credit app,
being transparent in my sharing of personal
information....I advise NO ONE to ever even
attempt to buy from these people, as they also
claimed the first two vehicles I picked had "just
been sold" ...right...clearly bait and switch B.S.
I asked a question about prior service that was important to my
decision to purchase. There was a clear reluctance to share this
information. I felt this vehicle was not appropriate to purchase at
the advertised price based upon the information withheld.
Nonetheless, every vehicle has a value for the buyer. I stated my
offer to purchase based upon disclosed information.
Kay contacted me and we went back and forth through email over
multiple days. She answered all my questions and was very patient
with me. Decided to buy the vehicle as the dealership was
extremely transparent and had included the results of all the
diagnostic test run on the vehicle. Kay was a joy to meet in person
and I feel like I got treated fairly and got a good vehicle for the
price.

Overall good experience. Car had to be jump started. The A/C wasn’t working despite inspection report included in listing. There were several other issues including a safety issue which they fixed after I left. The young woman who helped me was lovely. Ultimately, I decided not to buy the car, but acknowledge that it’s a great car.
I messaged them with several questions. I got an email and text right away telling me
they were at the dealership and to call. They were in fact closed. I got an email the
following day telling me to come in for a test drive. I live 500 miles away.
I then got a call the next day asking if I had any questions and asking if I wanted to
come in for a test drive. By the time a person called me I had given up. They did not
read my message or they would have seen my questions and me referencing the
distance I live from them. Sadly I deemed them "not on the ball" enough to be able to
deliver any type of quality service. They need to spend more time learning how to use,
and making better use of the tools they have.
Was super great! We are still in the process of buying, but Marvin was the person helping us, but him
and the front desk people were making sure to help us on anything we needed, before paying the
deposit we noticed some flaws but marvin was quick to help us and say "we'll get that fixed for you"

Professional, cars are clean & well presented. I liked the car I test drove- however, it was significantly overpriced and had an issue with the convertible roof parts that they were not sure they could fix. I did not purchase here this time, but have in the past.

Dealership was quick and hospitable about information and setting up a test drive. The test drive was relaxed and no pressure at all I was able
to take myself and two others on the ride without a dealer in car. The car ended up having some issues that I was waiting on more info on but
haven't heard back from yet. Other than that they are the nicest used dealer I've dealt with so far.

Carma's constant contact program works effectively; however a review of customer experiences made us
decide to back off from buying this Ridgeway as our location in Virginia would make it difficult to resolve
differencies.
The back up camera installed by Carma only a couple of days ago did not work and their was an unsecured
driver side quarter panel at the time of our test drive.

The dealer failed to answer the one question I put forth.
Why did the vehicle have 5 owners in such a short time?
The car I bought presented problems after I purchased on the first day. They promised me a warranty from Honda that didn’t exist; they gave me some papers for me to sign saying that they have no responsibility after I purchase the car. I am still trying to fix my car after a month of purchase. They did took it to get fixed, they kept for a week and all they did was put a used part on it and reset the battery. The same problem persisted after 50 miles with another new problem, I fixed the second one, now I am waiting for the part to fix the first problem, it has being a month now. I’ve missed work, lost clients and still have not solved the problem. And they told me they are not obligated to fix anything for me but they would replace that same part for free. I just can’t trust them anymore; they had it for a week and did not fix it, actually made it worser.
We looked at 3 cars on the website and inquired about their availability since I was driving 2 hours to see them. I was emailed back that they were still available. When I arrived at the lot I walked all over looking for the vehicles and no one even came outside. I didn't see any of the cars I had inquored about. I went inside and there were 6 to 8 people sitting at their computers and they acted like I was disturbing them.askomg where the cars were. After 10 minutes of talking to each other they finally came to the conclusion that one car had been taken to the body shop, one hadn't ever made it to the dealership from the auction and one was on its way to the auction to be sold.

Good dealer. I was treated like a human being I'll recommend this dealer to my close friends.
They responded promptly via text and email - even after work hours - provided a CarFax, and assigned a primary contact person who answered my questions. The Jeep had high mileage, but the salesman said many repairs had been made, including rustproofing underneath and a new transmission. However, he wouldn’t provide details on any warranty for that work. He told me they thoroughly inspect and test drive their cars before marketing them, and they offer extended warranties. So I made the hour long drive to see the car. The salesman was late meeting me, but others fetched the car. I walked away without even taking it to my mechanic. It smelled awful and looked rough inside. When I tried to exit, the driver’s door handle didn’t work - I had to open the door from the outside. How had they missed that major safety issue on their test drive? No deal. What a waste of my time.

Great customer service
I called them for a used car. I told them I would have visited them to see that car and they told me they would have waited me. At the phone, the employee, Travis, was more interested in learning if I would have paid cash or through a financing plan. I took one hour by car to get their place. Once I got there, they told me they sold the car and that they teted me a message to inform me about that. That was not true, never receveid message from them. Low level of professionalism and the feeling they see clients as cows to milk.

Drove over 2 hours one way to look at what turned out to be a car that was hemorrhaging rust. Picture of the driver's seat was also taken in such a way bent you can barely see the tear in the leather on the side of the seat. Sales staff was courteous and low pressure, but that doesn't make up for wasting our day.

I set an appointment a week ahead to test drive a car, drove out of state to the dealership only to find out they sold the car that morning. They didn’t let me know ahead of time even though I called a couple of hours before getting there. I decide to look at what cars they had in the lot because I already made the drive... the interior in almost every car I looked at was dirty. Regardless of all that I bought a car from there. A couple of weeks later it rained in my town and I have nothing but rain pouring into the carpet of my car from the passenger side. If you’re looking for a car I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere.

I did not have a good experience with this dealership at all. The car I test drove was dirty (i.e. grime on the steering wheel, food stuck in the console, etc.) The dealer I worked seemed completely uninformed about the cars he was selling, we had to ask him multiple times for basic details like the mileage and price. He also complained about it being cold outside and went inside rather than walk around the lot with us. When we did sit down with him to try and discuss price on a Subaru, he seemed to have no interest or experience in negotiating and became rude when we asked for a lower price on a car that seemed overpriced for the condition it was in (during the test drive, it was clear there were internal issues with the car that would need to be fixed). I ended up getting a similar Subaru in MUCH better condition, limited edition, with 10,000 fewer miles for $2,000 less than the one at Carma. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership, and particularly this dealer, to anyone.

I did spoke to a lady, I then called her back, talked to a gentleman since she was out on her day off. He did mention that he would relay the message to her to call me back, since then I have not heard from the gentleman or lady. Will still call them and try and work out a deal.

I called and spoke to the salesman regards the 2006 black Range Rover , and I'm willing to put $6000 down and finance the rest , the salesman never call me back to tell me about the status of my credit application. I called him back after two days from the first call , then he said the bank need three documents from you to get u approved. I ask him to texted me on my phone with the email which I can send it to him , because I live two hours away. Until now I'm still waiting for this email address to be sent by him . If the front of the house staff like this what about the rest of the staff ??
This dealership is horrible. I purchased this truck on 8/10/17 and by 8/13/17 multiple dashboard lights came on including the oil gauge light. Returned the truck and was notified that there is an oil/engine problem. I have called the dealer several times attempting to cancel the deal and management will not/has not return my phone call.

As far as im concerned one of the worst dealerships ive ever done bussiness with ! Most unprofessional staff and untrustworthy people ive done business with in my 56 yrs . First it took me 3 days to get them to fax the correct paper work to my bank then once the loan was approved the bank cut the check and fed xed it over night to them since they would not allow me to take the car even tho the bank told them the funds were available and check being fed xed to them its been a night was a night mare they had tracking number to track the check and still would not release the vehicle to me untill they had the check in there hand even tho all contracts and verification had been don for days and to top it all off my trade in was a 10 day buy out and they are dragging the man it was with wanting extention after extention for him to get his money and they have the trk ! I do not rate nor recommend this place or people unless it is a neg . 9

I explained to the sales lady with british accent, that the mustang cobra they have is not an anniversary edition as stated in their ad. She insisted that it was,. I then sent her proof from the ford website which identified their car as a standard cobra. after 2 submissions, I stiil have gotten no response about my info from that I sent, and the ad remains as stating it is an anniversary edition. Contacted me and we decided on a different car because this
car i originally asked about didn't have an automatic top. It was
a newer model and cost about $4000 more but i was ready to
get the new car. Completed the application, then they said they
didn't get it, took information by phone, called me to let me
know everything approved -this was late Friday evening. Told
them i would be over on Sunday. Drive over from Montevallo AL
(just south of B'ham) and they had sold the car. No big deal to
them. They tried to tell me the yellow bug was the one we
talked about but i had some of the emails showing. They said
that some people buy on-line but they never asked me if I
wanted to put down a deposit or anything. It was a total waste
of my time and my sister that drove me over.

I emailed about the Baja and received a call that evening from a woman who answered my questions about the lid on the bed of the truck. I told her I'd be coming in to see it the next day. The next afternoon, I got a call from another woman at the dealership, saying that she saw I had an appointment and confirming I was coming in. I told her I'd never specified a time but that I was just about to leave. I drove the 45-minute trip and, once I got there, was met by a salesman who informed me the car was at the mechanic's. When I told him I talked to at least two folks who knew i was coming, he responded that I should have talked to a salesman--that they're the ones who know the status of the cars. He asked if I wanted him to call me once the car was back on the lot. Um, no.

was brought around for a test drive. The "office" is also the photo studio.
A car had just been removed from the photo area when we arrived and a
worker was cleaning up automotive fluids left behind on the floor.
Meanwhile, behind the building, some workers were spray painting some
areas on a car in inventory covering up who knows what. When the car
was brought around my wife test drove while I sat in the passenger seat.
The driver sun visor kept falling and hitting her in the head and it would not
stay in an up position. My wife noticed a distinct moldy smell which I
couldn't detect for medical reasons. When we returned to the lot, my wife
tried opening the power liftgate. It would open about 25% of the way and
then close back. This happened several times when the salesman
decided to have a go. He pressed the button and grabbed the liftgate to
give it a manual assist. It thus opened to about 50% of the way until the
motor started to slip loudly causing the liftgate to shudder back and forth
but would not open further. There wasn't much reason to stay at that point
and we left.
It takes a lot chutzpah, in my opinion, to offer this kind of trash for sale. I
wouldn't buy a used roller skate from these people.
Btw, this review is for another Highlander they had for sale. The 2005
Highlander I initially contacted them about was sold before we got there. I
feel sorry for that buyer.

Information does not state the rust on the wheel well. When we went to look at it, no one would even come out to show it. One did leave the building giving the impression he would, but simply went over to talk to a friend instead of help us. It was an easy decision to walk off the lot. COMPLETE DISRESPECT

I would NEVER recommended this Dealership to anyone. Their customer service is in serious need of revamping. We went in on a Sunday the service guy was young and couldn't answer our questions. We decided to leave yet was stopped by the owner. We came back in feeling a little better, completed an application. Was told we would here from them the next day, Well 3days later we called them and they gave ridiculous stipulations to purchase the vehicle. Needless to say I ask to speak to the Owner again and was told he/they would call me back and NEVER heard from them again. NO THANK YOU!!!!! Don't waste your time!!

Very prompt response, and very helpful.
There was a problem with exhaust system of the car. I asked for pictures since
this car had been up north. A friend also went over and inspected the car for me.
The entire exhaust system needs to be replaced, to the point that it might go a
while longer but if you touched it, it would crumble in your hands. The dealer had
to know of this if the mechanic was any good at all. He had an estimate of $300 to
fix it, but he wanted me to pay $100 of it. The price also went from $12,999 to
$13,400 after this discovery. I would not trust this dealership. I passed.

Showed up at correct day/time to find the salesperson who we
were supposed to meet had left for the day. The keys to the
vehicle we were to test drive could not be found. We waited for the
salesperson to return after being called by the owner. Note, that
the owner/upper management were gracious and polite during our
wait. The salesperson showed up without apology. We test drove
the vehicle and, instead of hearing about the merits of the vehicle
we were driving, we heard how awesome another vehicle was they
were offering for sale. We were very unimpressed. And, there was
no follow through.We texted the next day to let the salesperson
know that we will not be pursuing the vehicle we drove and
received no response even though they had similar vehicles to
offer.

Had an online chat and the lady was unable to provide the information I requested. She told me she would have someone contact me. That did not happen. I sent them an e-mail stating I was still waiting for a response, they placed a call but didn't leave a message. My husband called them again and he said they weren't very friendly. We did get the carfax report we wanted only to find the vehicle was being sold with a salvage title -- it had had "major" damage according to carfax. We passed on this car.

I went to test drive a car at first. Then after getting all my info, the
salesman I met wanted to sell me a Buick that was $5000.00
more than I'd planned on spending. Moreover I was not interested
in a buick SUV anyways. When I told him, his whole demeanor
changed. I sent multiple text messages to their " quick text reply"
system but has still not heard from him in about a month now
concerning approval for the car. That wasn't right.

I phoned the dealer, and told Greg the car I was interested in and said I would visit the next day at 2 PM. I went there,"Greg" was not there. A Young salesman showed me the car, which had some issues to be fixed. He was to call me in a couple of days, But never did. I sent repeated e-mails to the dealer, with no response. At the same time, I got several e-mails from "Greg" which had nothing to do with the car I looked at, and showed no knowledge of my visit or e-mails. This dealer totally failed to do business with me.

Dealer was courteous and wasn't high pressure. The vehicle had a previous wreck and air bags were deployed, so I wasn't interested in the vehicle. Dealer didn't hide the air bag deployment and showed me the CARFAX.

Drove 70 miles to this dealer, he had the SUV ready for us to view and
was friendly. Greg, the owner is nice and very willing to work with.
Most of his cars have high miles so my advice is to check over them
extensively. They are not trying to hide anything but i feel its always the
buyers responsibility to make sure the car is road worthy as best you
can. We ended up not buying the car we came to view but opted for a
different model. The cars are clean and ready to go. My SUV needs a
new set of tires that I did not notice when there and again, this is my
fault for not looking closer. If you do this, you have a better chance of
getting a better price. If I had done this, I may have paid 1000 less or
walked away. Over all nice cars, nice people, willing to work with you
and ready to make a deal on good used cars. I would shop here
again.
