Online ad processing prices is about $4,000 cheaper. Once at the dealership they say that’s online pricing they have nothing to do with and them add $4k more in fees. Management was rude when topic was brought to their attention. Staff acts like they have no clue about the scam they provide to the public

I was satisfied overall. Nobody was rude, or pushy. The price was just out of my range. I'll probably get read by as a fake review given the negative reviews I saw here, but I just had to see what kind of funny business they would play once I got there with the price. It's all already on their website. Out the door, the deal that was offered would have still been the cheapest on the market for this model and mileage. But everything I reviewed online in terms of pricing is transparent if you take the time to read the fine print under the price listing and make sure to run it through an AI filter in case you might have missed something. I had hoped to talk them down a few grand, but they wouldn't budge. And justifiably so. The cars I looked at were already priced about two to three grand under the going rate elsewhere. Unfortunately, I just didn't have the stomach for those three extra grand, so I had to walk, and hope the car is still there and priced lower before summer is through.

I should have just listened to all the other reviews on this dealership. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The car was listed at a great price on CarGurus, so I called ahead to ask about pricing and fees. I was told they don’t discuss pricing over the phone, and the only fee mentioned was a $1,400 fee if financing was not done through them, which was described as negotiable and very likely to be waived. After making the trip, and them waste my time for about 3 hours, I found out the actual price was about $10,000 higher than the listing, BEFORE TAXES!!!! . That kind of pricing difference is extremely misleading and completely unacceptable in my opinion. I will most definitely never be doing business with this dealership, EVER !!!!.

Their emails kept referring to a different vehicle than the one I was inquiring about. After pointing this out, no one got back to me to say whether or not, the vehicle I was interested in, was still available. But it's ok.

This was the text I received after asking about the true price of the car that is advertised at $19,952. “ Hey I just spoke with finance right now and for that car you would be at $25,342 + tax + dmv” that’s a 27% increase in advertised price even before tax!!!! Oh and did I mention, I could barely hear the guy when talking to him on the phone because it sounds like a rave going on in their office, not very professional and definitely not trusting them with my money!

The advertised price is not the listed sale price, which they do not disclose on the advertisement. The actual sale price is much higher, and they tell you the advertised price is what you’d pay after a down payment. It wastes everybody’s time involved.

I am obviously deeply interested in finding the right car for me. After sending my info to the dealer they reached out to me. since I live 800 miles away I wanted to verify options etc. that they claimed the car had but their photos didn't substantiate. The woman did verify that in fact the car did not have those options. At that point I asked what the out the door price would be and she said she can't tell me over the phone. I said fine put it in contract form and send it via email. She then stated that the general manager doesn't allow that at which point I told her that he should be fired because that's a truly scam way to do business and we ended the conversation. If you want to sell cars then you better shape up.

Horrible ... After seeing a great price online through CarLux website and multiple other online websites. I called the dealership wanting to know the out the door price, ir at least what fees they are tagging on to the price of the car. Explained that I would be flying to Florida from Texas to purchase the car. Company would not even let me speak to a salesman saying that they can not speak of prices unless you come into the dealership. Why would anyone waste money and time to fly out not knowing how much the dealership will tack on as "fees".. and reading these reviews... sounds like the "fees" are shady practice

Price on car gurus is misleading, go to website and price goes up unless you have a trade in and finance through their company. Rep told me I needed to come in to agree on a price couldn’t say without seeing me in person. Company is incompetent if they can’t sell a car without seeing the purchaser in person. Buyer beware of their tactics.

I recently visited Doral Hyundai to purchase a 2022 Kia Forte GT, and my experience was completely disheartening. The advertised price was $13,197, but by the time the financial manager presented the paperwork, the total had ballooned to over $16,600 before interest, loaded with shady fees like a $2,215 “reconditioning” charge, a $1,199 “predelivery service fee,” and a $434 “tag agency” fee — all hidden until the very end. Eduardo, the general manager, and the finance manager repeatedly avoided showing me the full breakdown on the computer. Every time I asked for clarification, they brushed it off or tried to distract me with small talk. They clearly didn’t want me doing the math, because once I did, it was obvious I was being taken advantage of — especially with the 19.35% interest they tried to lock me into. To make it worse, they didn’t want me to take the financing document home — I did anyway, and it confirmed how deceptive the deal

car price is posted 23452, drove 3 hours ready to buy it . then i was told the price is 33,000$ without tax, title and registration and dealer fees . they will add alot of fees totalling over 10,000$ not even considering warranty and most of their cars and clapped out german cars

Advertise price is misleading. Called dealer and confirmed the price at $12,826 as advertised on Cargurus. Once at the Dealer the actual price was over $20,000 before tax and finance charges. Sales manager stated that I should have read all of the fine print which shows that the $12,826 price was only for buyers that qualified for a number of discounts. (They could have easily said that on the initial phone call and save me a 2 hours trip) By the way not everyone will qualified for those discounts. So very misleading approach just to get you in the door.

I contacted the dealer and requested a pre-purchase independent inspection as I am out of state. This was not allowed per dealer as car must remain on lot. I finally reached someone after multiple attempts to be informed they do allow off site vehicle inspections but I must agree on a price first. I have been buying vehicles for decades and have never had this experience. This was followed by multiple missed phone appointments by their manager to negotiate price and days without the sales person responding. Obviously, a significant lack of motivation and customer focus to serve potential customers. When I started I was ready to negotiate and purchase. This dealership is by far the worst I have ever experienced across many states. Horrible experience and a lot of wasted time. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

I was prequalified for a car at this dealership with only 1k down and long story short after doing the credit app they couldn’t get me the car which I am still confused about. They said I needed to either trade in my current vehicle or find a co-signer. Before running my credit, I asked multiple times for them to show me pictures and videos of the inside and outside of the vehicle in real time and they never did even though they promised they would. They would also tell me that they would contact me at different stages but instead I was left in the dark waiting for a response. The lack of communication from this dealership disappointed me a bit and I’m a little frustrated as to why I couldn’t get approved for the vehicle under the terms of the pre-qualification that I already had

Scam! The price listed had no disclaimers online with CarGuru or elsewhere. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment and decided to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price, I was told by the rep that the manager said that the price advertised was only for financing, not for a full cash sale as I wanted. A complete waste of time, and this dealer is not worthy of customers consideration.

Dealership was 4 hours away. I told the sales agent that I was familiar with the car and give me a bottom line price. I was told they were a busy dealership and wouldn’t be for a couple of days. Conversation ended there.

CARLUX has a large selection of cars in stock. However, the price displayed by the dealer on Car Guru is completely different from the price required to take possession of the vehicle. For example, I wanted to buy a Nissan Sentra priced at $8,918 on Car Guru. However, on top of the 7% tax, registration and license fees, the dealer charges an additional $3,385 for dealer fees. So, instead of paying $8,918, they asked me to pay a total of $13,500, which is 50% more than the displayed price. When I brought this huge price difference to their attention, they said they could only offer me a $500 discount.

They were great at first, with responding to my emails...until I informed them I needed the OTD cash price..never heard from them again, even after I sent two more requests. The entire time I kept watching them drop the price of the car, when I was ready to buy at over $20k. They lost $2k from the time I requested my out the door price.

another dealer whose best judgment is attentive at all times with great efficiency and I'm not into numbers but I did see that their numbers are very consistent with the market and very good cars in optimal conditions which is what attracts the consumer two things one the senses , what we see is the vision: clean cars, a good photo, the primary detail and two social aspects: making a call in collaboration and going to the other side of the cell and putting yourself in a position to listen and see the point of reference of each client and of and starting to make an offer or proposal, this was the treatment that I received calls and a collaboration that was a sorry, we didn't ask for ok, but at least they didn't have any doubts and they were honest that it wasn't what I expected, well, but I know that if they Who knows, they say, it's not better than not that later, I can't pay the car, they know, let them do their work, we all learn daily, gentlemen, give them the opportunity to polish

ALL AROUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I have been trying to get this dealership to call me back about a car for 6 weeks. Receptionists are rude, sales people don’t call back, after insisting, the manager finally got on phone only to abruptly cut me off and never called back. They did not want to answer any questions about the sketchy pricing which was at a minimum $1,000 more than advertised. My final attempt today I was told the car was “sold” over the weekend on a “first come first serve basis” only to be transferred to the sales department and told it was not sold but there were issues with the transmission which is NOT reflected on the listing and the price has just gone DOWN on CarGurus. A complete waste of time with unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff. Had a great experience just a few months ago buying a BMW X5 with a different dealership on CarGurus so BUYER’S BEWARE. Seems like an untrustworthy and very customer unfriendly establishment.

They are very nice but the whole deal was a strange experience. I went without an appointment and the car was so packed in, it was difficult to see and it had had a dead battery and had to be jumped. It's a relatively small dealership and I was told I was supposed to make an appointment. So I obliged and went back two days later, upon my arrival I was told the car was out of gas and if I wanted to test drive it he'd have to go get some. I was confused, but said I'd wait. When we walked back to see it, he had started but we noticed the battery pack was on the ground so I of course questioned if it had to be jumped again. He told me no, it just needed gas and he had just forgotten to put the battery pack away (from two days agos? )We took the car for a test drive finally, but when I went to purchase I was told I HAD to finance. Couldn't pay cash. I was told I could just pay it off...okay I agreed. But then the price increased by 4$ dollars! At that point I was just DONE. Something off

My experience with Carlux was wonderful! Though I did not ultimately choose the Mazda, I was able to find something even better with less miles and a great value… A Mercedes Benz! Wonderful customer service from Jaci and Lorenzo, and their porter really made my car shine. I felt like I was driving a new car home! They explained everything perfectly and my payments are affordable. That have a lovely clean showroom and there is a good variety on the lot! Highly recommend. I’ll be back for my daughter’s car next!

Horrible. Car smelled like smoke the guy who details the cars drives them around all day. Test drive the car it was dirty as they let their employees basically have the cars till they get bought.

Incredibly rude. Was told that they were busy in the showroom and if I wanted their time that I could drive to Ft. Lauderdale. Then was told about fees and extras they poor on top of the internet price. Awful business.

Through the app it says $176 to deliver vehicle, off the bat they told me it was from 1500 to 2000 extra . I immediately told them to place me on there do not call list. This is a scam abusing on people's needs .

Monthly payments did not reflect what the ad on Carguru’s said, the price of the car ended up being way more than expected. Went there for a $20,000 car, ended up being quoted $28,000! Prepare for added fees! Manager was not willing to work with price, and did not accept me financing through my own credit union. Also, a mechanic was on site working on the cars headlight and trim before taking the car out for a test drive. Buyers beware!
