They had the exact vehicle in stock. It was a trade-in that was never inspected the battery was dead on arrival and had to be jumped. The test drive was short just around the block. After the drive I tried to negotiate the price which was slightly more than listed, but they didn't budge. They instead offered me a new battery and that I could pick it up in a few days. I waited for the scheduled time but when I arrived one of the show rooms cars had an oil leak and the truck still had the same old battery. I then waited another 24 hours to pick up the truck. When I got it, it wasn't cleaned nore washed. It still had drywall dust and dirt inside of it, and it was still dirty outside too. Then 2 days after purchasing it the front wheel hub bearing broke. So I called and asked about what their policy was about the vehicle breaking after 2 days. I was told that they really don't do anything about that it was a trade-in anyway, but they could install the part for me if I were to purchase it.

I was very disappointed in this dealership. First
the price was listed for $25700. I spoke to Izia
and he sent the Carfax. We agree that I was go
to purchase the car. However the sale manager
said he cannot do that deal and raised the price
to $31700. He claims that it was an error with
the pricing. A few days later vehicle was relisted
for $26700. I reached out to him again to see if
he will honor the price. He never got back to me.

I did not get the Honda listed above because with the Carfax it was in a previous accident. However I did get something else and upon exiting after all the paperwork was done had problems with the locks.
I did tell Sam about it and of course was reminded that I got it as is. He then proceeded to say that his place is losing money and blah blah blah. Not even a week later I saw a big chunk out of a tire so I had to get two new tires I'm. I'm not too happy about the experience

I want to start off by saying the employees were nice, however, I can confirm what another review said. They advertise one price online and then other in store. I drove an hour to go look at a car on their lot. I even called ahead of time to confirm the price and asked about their dealer fees and asked if that specific car could be purchased for 15k out the door with all fees. The person on the phone assured me that it could or it may just be a little over, which I was fine with. I get down there, test drive it, want to buy it and then all of a sudden I'm told it'll be 19k out the door. They advertised the car as 12452 but then they wanted to sell it for 15990. They said the advertised price was with a trade in and rebate. Wasted my time and I left very upset.

This dealership practices bait and switch tactics. They will not sell the car for their
advertised price. They tried to charge me $5000 more than the advertised price and I
have good credit. Stay away from this dealership if you want honest service.
