got the call from carisma, from kerem and he informed me that the miata was a soft top, not a hard top (retractable) as advertised in carguru. also it was a automatic not a
stick. well, carisma and kerem responed promptly and im impressed. some of the cars i inquire about never get a response. i do say to email, as cant answer the phone
during the day and texting is way to limiting. Kerem of caisma dealer has his act together. customer oriented and rapid response. kudos. he deserves a pay raise and a new

Not very good the car had a bad key fob and they said they would get one but when I came to pick it up they said the one they ordered wouldn’t work and the key wasn’t even cut. Also I didn’t get 10 min down the road before the tire warming light came on cause the left front wheel sensor was bad and that evening the check engine light came on. $11000 is a lot of money for stuff to go wrong that fast.

Please note that a tire pressure sensor can come on to inform you that a tire pressure may be a just 1 digit or more lower. You can just put some air and it should go away. Also, please make sure the gas cap is correctly tight so it doesn't trigger an engine light sensor. You can call us for any question. Thank you for your feedback.

Great guest experience
Site unseen, called and spoke to Sam and Scott about the availability of the car. They advised it was current.
On the Internet checked all available information about the Dealer and the Car and agreed to buy and have it
delivered as indicated. I sweated because I really couldn't believe that it could be as they said it was, I am 80
years young and this was a new venture in buying a car. They came through A+++ all the way from start to
finish. Car delivered and appears to be a great Deal as they said it was. To everybody at the Dealership, I say

Was quick and fast. Found a couple issues with car but engine seems to be good. Had to replace engine mounts and axels. But the car seem to be running good now. Always check a car with a mechanic before u buy never takes someone’s word.
The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, being a car salesman for 50 years myself, I was very impressed.
I so wanted to purchase that beautiful car, but my wife told me I couldn't buy another car until we pay for the one we have.
I personally think it was an outstanding deal. My wife was very impressed with the vehicle as well and just about had me in the mood to trade
in our BMW for it. But, the Jaguar had twice the miles as our BMW and was year older, but man was it a steal.
You can bet that when we are ready I'll surely give Carisma Auto Group a call.

I haven't made a decision on a purchase yet, but the dealer seems eager to be helpful. Carisma seems to actually want to sell a car. A few other dealership I've contacted seem to "go through the motions" at best.

Swift response from my internet inquiry.
The salesman over the phone are straight forward as to tell you what they are willing to pay for your trade in and what's it worth. Was told my trade in would be sold off at auction so I wouldn't receive much for my trade in.
Very kind over the phone but very firm in letting you know the will not try and bait and switch you. Was willing to take a hold payment to keep my car unsold on the lot until I came there to get it.

I give them a 2max. the car had rust spots on hood and dirty spots inside as well as cut on leather arm rest in middle (storage bin). It looked bad, It most certainly was not excellent condition.
