Started communications with one sales person, who was very prompt with responses & answered all questions about the car. When we got down there, met with a completely different person who was unaccommodating, unknowledgeable about the car & presented a write up with over $5,000 in fees & taxes! Shopped around & found much better deals with less fees & were willing to work within our budget. The whole in-person experience left a bad taste & we won’t be returning or recommending this place.

Dishonest dealer list price. Scam hidden in the dealer’s fine print. Dealer sneakily tacks on about 3 grand in some unwanted upgrades and a super high doc fee another grand and then the dealer proceeds to try to sell you on a financed payment instead of what the car costs. Apparently I am not supposed to care what the car costs only if I can afford the financed payment. Immediately walked away from this dealership once I was made aware of the additional 4 grand tacked onto the list price. I would not have even looked at a 10 year old used car for 20K if I had known about the actual cost.

Was highly considering a purchase, however the vehicle did sell before I could schedule a time to see it. Still, everyone I talked to was great, and they called me personally to tell me that the car sold. I will lost definitely keep this dealership in mind for the future.

3k for dealership add ons….. DeSeRt PaCkAgE deal scam…. Nitrogen, outdated LoJack, and a paint seal…. Their milage was also wrong when I went to see it, and they never adjusted accordingly. Stay away from this dealership. Salesman Mike was pretty cool, but the managers are… something

Dealer was responsive and I was able to see the car right away. I just couldn't believe they actually wanted an additional $2895 for dealer markup of useless options and a very high $999.90 for a dealer doc fee (I've seen $499 as a norm) This was an additional 18% on a used car marked at $22,051. I'll likely never return to this dealership.

When i got there they added $2800+ to the price for reconditioning and $999 for document fees. I felt both these fees were extremely outrageous. I left without purchasing the car.

Prices were very inflated at this dealership. Charging high premium for vehicles. Prices were MSRP, plus $ 3000.00 premium, plus $3997.00 worth of useless extras dealer adds to drive up dealership profit.

The dealer responded quickly to the vehicle and I was inquiring about, The vehicle was clean and in very good condition before I did a test drive, The Staff was very Accommodating Informative and Knowledgeable of the sale of vehicles and I would recommend them anytime.

Cardinale Way Mazda did a fantastic job from start to finish. I traded in a car and bought a used Mazda 6. They treated me well from the start. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Patty and Kim were great to work with.

I expressed interest in a 2012 Optima. One of the salespeople, Donnie I believe, contacted me almost immediately. He was very helpful and provided me all information needed. I determined that this was not the car I was interested in. Donnie provided me with other suggestions, but all were out of my price range. We concluded our dialogue with the understanding that perhaps at some point in the future there would be something else he could help me with. Unfortunately, I got a call on the last day of the month from one of the "managers". He was clearly trying to make a push to get me interested in anything, and in fact over the phone read off 10-15 different vehicles he thought would work for me ... even though we had never spoken or communicated. This call definitely put a negative on my experience with Cardinale Way Mazda.

I was buying this car long distance (El Paso, Tx to Peoria/Phoenix, Az) and nervous that the deal may not be as advertised, once I showed up. But there were no problems whatsoever. No extra charges, no up sales, nothing. The "out the door price" price negotiated over the phone/internet was as promised. Everyone was as friendly as one could expect - they synched my phone to the cars info system, explained how the key fob worked, served up sandwiches & tea for me and a car-geek friend that went with me. I expected up-sales but instead I had to ask about adding tub-style floor mats, mud flaps and locking lug nuts. The entire process took about two hours from the first handshake till I pulled the car off the lot. I couldn't be happier and will recommend them anyone who ask, or I know is looking to by a car.

My experience is bad, sales man miss guided me saying Maazda 6 Grand Touring with all features, later I got to know it was not top end Mazda 6 , it's an base model, if you go here please ask all the features and test.

Worst dealer I've eveer been to I went in for a deal the online dealer offered me we talked for 2 weeks before I went in i go in there and another dealer helps me since Omer wasn't there that day then he slowly tries to sneak me in another deal and next thing I know I'm being harrassed by 2 guys literally cornering me telling me to not think about it and just do it I was very upset and the next day i email the guy telling him what happened and he called me lazy and said I shouldn't have waited so long and disrespected me it was so unprofessional

Paid $900 for "car prep" and didn't get an oil change, detailing, car mat, or any gas. I had to fill up on gas on my way home from driving it off the lot and my change engine oil light came on the next day. Awful customer service!

I got a great deal on CR-V, and the whole buying process was amazingly simple. They went out of their way to make it a good experience. The salesman, Scott C, even delivered the car himself to my home in Tucson.

Initial salesperson was nice but when the second guy came in to discuss trade-in value and extra dealer markup and attacking me that I was crazy to think my trade in was worth more money and what sites I was looking at even though two other dealerships gave me trade in values that were thousands of dollars more. I am a software engineer I think I am capable of doing some internet searches to determine fair trade in value of my vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership drove an hour to get there and was a complete waste of time and gas. I would strongly recommend Chapman, Autonation or San Tan Hyundai. All of these dealerships were respectful and didn't resort to high pressure sales.

People are excellent but they sneak the "AutoMate" paint sealant in on every deal as a mandatory aftermarket option at $900. This is a ripoff and should be outlawed.

The dealer called me many times to tell me that the car is available. The dealer called me in the morning to ask if I would be at the meeting at the appointed time, when I get another salesman I supposedly would serve me inform you that the car was sold the day before, but I could'll see other cars I had. I can say that the dealer or the dealer's policy is to make people go to the dealer and do not take into account the interests of the person one seeks for defining specific car.
