I inquired about a vehicle and immediately received a call from a salesperson who said he would try to make the deal work, although there was a small issue on my end. After that initial call, I followed up by text asking for an update on the status of the process, but I did not receive a response for three days.
When he finally called back, he told me we had been approved for the loan and asked if I still wanted the car. I said yes, and he told me he would call me back if they needed anything else from us. After that conversation, he never responded to my texts or calls again.
This happened on a Saturday. Two days later, I received a notification from CarGurus that the vehicle I had inquired about had already been sold.
The lack of communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating and ultimately made the entire experience feel like a waste of time. It also gave the impression that my business was not valued. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Great experience so far. Still need to finalize and fix some concerns on the truck. Alessandro has been awsome and recommend him and Chris as they made my experience a good one.

Nice and professional staff at this dealership.
the sales man was great but.my only complaint was your cars all have a smog check sticker and a safety check sticker on the windshield 5 days after I bought this truck I drove it at night and the front fog lamp was out if this had a safety check it should not be burnt out. I called sales man and he didn't seem to want to take care of it. some safety check !!!!

Dealer was friendly and REALLY wanted to make a deal . Their asking price for a used SUV was around 4 thou too high compared to same make .... model ...miles ..cars in surrounding areas. They raved about how they came down 2 thou and assumed they now had a deal with me . I promised nothing other than to show up on the lot again . The SUV ... much to my surprise was in same condition as 48 hours earlier -dirty in and out and looked like it might need a tune up under the hood . When I saw the numbers on the paper ...tax ..title ...out the door ..., I passed . The boss came in the office and had the nerve to tell me - "You need to keep your word ." I reminded him we had never had any official deal . The next morning I purchased same type of SUV 40 miles N for a reasonable price .

I've talked with Thor at Cardinale Nissan. I will be in touch with them in
December again or after the first part of the year.
Response back to me was excellent. However, by the time we were
chatting, the 2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 had already been sold.
I was treated fairly and we did discuss what my needs are, what I am
looking for, etc.
