They texted and scheduled an appointment for test drive and truck wasn't even available, it was in the shop they had to pull the motor out cause it didn't pass compression test. They said they'd call back when it was available

Other than the down payment they wanted/asked for being astronomical, haha. It was a pretty easy process. The salesman I worked with (i don't remember his name), was very welcoming as they all were upbeat with great energy, he helped me quite a bit. I went in for the 2016 Chevy Equinox but it was having issues & he was very transparent about that. So, for that I'm genuinely thankful! They did help with DPA, also thankful. I drove away with a 2014 Chevy Equinox and Im happy with it so far. It is much more spacious & has Bluetooth, also great on gas!
All in all, I recommend, they were amazing & truly helpful!

Showed up after multiple phone calls and they weren’t even there. Wouldn’t answer the phone and the called me after the following weekend asking if I still wanted it, I said before I consider coming in I would like a report and a put the door price, they sent me a CARFAX report 4 times and said come in to see it, I said I need more information they said send me a photo of your id, I said I would like more info first they said send it or come in or they can’t help me, I said that seems a little unprofessional they said some choice words and I hung up, try you luck if you want lol
0/5 stars, went to test drive their 2018 Audi s3, rims were scratched to hell. Has previously been turbo swapped and they made no mention of that until I pointed something out. Scratches all over the paint and the person test driving I believe his name was Jose, spilled Red Bull in the car during the test drive. Not to mention there was a loud thumping noise the entire time. Would not reccomend coming here.

I reached out to this dealership about 2 different vehicles. After I arrived I was informed that both vehicles had issues that they "didn't notice"
until I had arrived. I don't trust that this dealership is doing full inspections on these vehicles before listing them for sale.

Yes I spoke to Jose very nice, sent me photos and gave me information on the vehicles I inquired about. Also included car fax report
Horrible experience. Vehicle was rough( it was missing the front passenger side wheel well! You could see the tire and suspension from the engine bay) thought ok the price is good I can deal with a few repairs then they tell me they can’t honor the advertised price because they “wouldn’t make money” so they bumped up the price and added an unwanted service contract for 2k plus a $700 doc fee. No thank you. 3 hour drive and a 200 hold that I guess I’ll never see again as they aren’t calling back. Don’t waste your time if you have any other options.

Very low pressure salesman. Had what I was looking for with a decent price. I won’t recommend people give this dealer a look.
Slow to respond and tried playing price games. I was paying cash which usually makes it easy but it was like pulling teeth. We almost reached an agreement after three days of poor communication, but I ended up buying elsewhere after they said their doc fee was $750 (for a $3k car) and that didn’t even include anything since I’m from out of state and they’d just give me the title to take home and process and pay all the taxes and fees on myself… The dealer I ultimately bought from had a $250 doc fee and did process my title for me. I still think doc fees are ridiculously high at $250… I have no idea how this dealer can justify $750.

Car box messaged me all week about my appointment and seen how engaged I was too buying the car. Drove a 6 hour round trip for them to tell me it was sold in the morning. Overall worse car buying experience. They also said that I was suppose to call them too see if the car was available yet even tho the night before at 7:30 pm they were messaging me directly about the car.

A+ for this dealership! We drove over an hour to see a specific car which we ended up purchasing. So impressed with their staff and service that the next time I go looking for a used car, I will specifically check what they have on their lot first. They care about their customers, and it shows!
