The car was advertised as if it was available and ready to be sold but when I got there the slim Caucasian guy, with a low cut, black hair, and a mustache told me it was not being sold due to it needing a battery and some coolant. Found out a few hours later that was a lie he just didn't plan on selling it to me for whatever reason. It was sold to someone else. Waste of time, bad business and he's a liar!

I would like to apolagize if you had a bad experience with us. However, this is not true. The 2015 Chrysler 200 was removed from our website due to needing a coolant leak repair and a battery. Since speaking with you that car has been repaired and relisted for sale. We did not sell the vehicle out from under you. It is repaired and still here on the lot waiting for its new owner. Dealer never responded to online inquiries, but I could understand when I went in person. It's basically 3 people with a huge inventory. They were awesome though. The battery was dead on the vehicle I wanted to drive and it was replaced before even test driving. Also an oil change was done on the car very recently (probably as soon as they received the car so only 30 miles since change) The lot was busy when I went and test drove and bought the car, and busy when I went back to pick the car up. I know this lot has what you are looking for, you may just have to go take a look. I also noticed they are fast at taking the cars off line if sold. I deducted one star for not getting back to the inquiries, but in person, 5 stars.

Easy experience. I viewed a car then test drove it. I bought the same day.
Even though dealership was moving locations, we were able contact dealership staff and view and then eventually drive vehicle we were interested in. “JAY” was extremely helpful and courteous. He allowed me one on one time with the vehicle and even granted me the time to drive around town by myself. I appreciated the level of trust and autonomy JAY showed me during the entire evaluation portion of the experience.
Financial negotiations went well and we are in the final stages of a possible sale. Regardless of a sale or not, the experience with CARBON MOTORS has been worthwhile and extremely positive!
Although we were not able to work out a deal for the car I was interested in, the car sold
before I was able to make a purchase, the dealership was willing to send me all the
information that I requested in order to make a choice as an out-of-state buyer. Would
definitely be interested in purchasing a similar car through them.

Well,, the car was already sold and I was informed of this and they removed it from the web-site. No Problem!!
Very pleased with they way he handle business didn't think the truck would be available once I arrive on his lot a Mexican family already had
there eyes on it and actually examining the truck as well. So I decided to leave him my contact info just in case the deal didn't go through he
did call me and let me know the it was still available and I know own the truck and so far so good. So I give his dealership a Bravo Zulu on
customer service.
We purchased a used Volvo and live a few hours away. J was very honest and answered all questions quickly . Sent additional pictures and described all problems he knew of. We drove car home and had an issue the immediately took care off. This is just a small dealership selling reasonably priced cars. The staff is friendly and responsive . I was not expecting this type of service .Thank You !
