I got the car I wanted and the whole process was very easy. A lot of paperwork, but that comes with buying a car. There's a high probability I'll be coming back to Carblok for my next car. But that hopefully won't be for a while if this car lasts! Joe was great and extremely easy to work with.

Pictures were misleading, interior falling apart and taillights were taped in. Brought a mechanic with me to check it out, they claimed it ran great but had issues turning over and starting, sounded and smelt awful, tons of oil leaks.

Okay fasten your seat belt on this one. I drive to this car dealer in Lewisville on 121 business hwy. I was interested in 2 vehicles listed by this dealership. I visited the car lot and no one comes out to greet you. So I looked for the 2 vehicles that were listed. Things went downhill fast from this point. All the cars are dirty either inside or out. They have great photographer that makes all the cars look fabulous. Well its different here at this dealership. Both vehicles were not there on lot. Yes I know its a used lot, but situation is below used. The Volkswagen black bettle I was also interested in had bad damage on every fender. Also all prices were cash prices so bring your own finances. When I went into the office to ask about the Ford Focus the man was nice who sat behind the messy desk and never got up from his chair. The Focus wasn't there. Remember I did call before I came to ask if cars was there. This dealership has cars to sell but I'm not buying one from here.

After reading some of the reviews, we were not sure we should make the drive from Austin to Lewisville but we really liked what we read about the Beetle. It is unfortunate so many people can be mean on-line when hiding behind a computer and an alias. Our experience was very great! Yes, their lot is full of cars and their office area is small but it seems the group is more concerned with providing a good selection of cars with low overhead. We were able to drive the car we came for, inspect it, ask questions and get quick, honest answers. The negotiations were fair and we believe we bought a great little car for our daughter. They addressed a few issues the car had, like changing two tires and replacing a cracked tail light. While we waited for the paperwork and the inspection, we walked around and looked at their other inventory. They have a fairly large stock of Mini Coopers and VW Beetles and know the models well. I suggest you check them out if looking for a user car.

This was a very unpleasant situation. The cars are all disgusting, wrecked, filled with smoke, and the people at the dealer are not friendly nor informed about their own inventory. It's a junkyard not a dealership. If I could give them a 0 star I'd do it

They responded within a day, but didn't answer my questions. Car says no. Accidents, but has a replacement windshield and a new hood as well as scuff marks on the front fender. Really disappointed.

They gave me the info I asked for. Unfortunately, the car is too far away for purchase.

I didn't get this car I got a 2013 Chrysler 200 it drives great and has no issues or engine light on. The only thing I had to do was replace the lights on the front driver side and one of the tires were too big for the car. They worked with me on my down payment. Even though they are a cash car lot they also do short term loan. They tell you it's with no interest but it is.

The dealer was very curious and showed me the inventory since the car I had been looking at had just been sold.

I called before driving there and asked if the car i was interested in was still available, and was told it was. After getting there and looking it over, i was told it had been sold. I wouldnt have bought it anyway. There was damage that wasnt advertised, and the tires were bald.

The dealer called me back left a pleasant voicemail providing condolences that the 2014 BMW X1 sDrive28i RWD had been sold. The dealership also stating that they have a large inventory and asked if i would consider shopping with them in the future. :)

Vehicle has been on the dealers "lot" for almost a week. I requested more info, specifically if there were any pictures of the vehicle or not. Never heard anything. So I decided to go out and look for myself. Got there, could barely get into the yard because there are cars EVERYWHERE! Almost no place to park at all. I get out, find the vehicle and see that on a day that is wet and rainy...they left BOTH windows wide open. Vehicle had a spare tire on the front that looked like it was going flat as well, front bumper had damage, passenger door had damage and evidence of rust...so I stopped looking, got in my car, and drove off. And not once while I was there did anyone come out to greet me or anything. Only AFTER I got home did they reply to my initial email for more info.

This place is a scam. I went in 2 days ago to look at a car and the battery was dead but other than that I didn’t see anything else wrong. So I said fine. Replace the battery and I’ll buy it. First they tried to add it to the price of the car like ha. No. Ok so then I come back the next day with my uncle. I ask about the battery they said they replaced it. Uncle takes a look at the car and finds some stuff like. They never replaced the battery at all. And the car had 3 different types of 3 year old tires. So we walk in to talk to the guy and have him come outside to look at it. As we’re walking to the car my uncle asks what they did with the battery. And the guys like. We took care of it. No. What does that mean. Bc it’s the same battery from yesterday. And then my uncle asks the guy his name again and the guy just goes off like “ that’s really disrespectful to ask me my name again I told you my name now we agreed to this price yesterday” and he starts yelling at us

The truck was in a lot worse shape than in the pictures. They wanted 9000 for a truck that wasnt worth 5000. Bottom line, i didnt see any truck on the lot that was worth buying. Wasted over 3 hours driving time to go see a piece of junk. If you want a nice truck then go somewhere else

Car was not as advertised and we even called to verify some items on the car before we went there, such as if the AC worked. They said yes but when we got there it did not. That was the main issue.

This dealer with the 2003 Jaguar. Very poor display of auto. Parts of car missing while description says NO DINGS. Very negative experience.

We had to drive a long way to get there so it was a great thing that when we arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The vehicle was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. They even helped is get into it that evening which was definitely a plus (due to the long drive). All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I was really interested in the car but they only got back to me 2 times even after the fact that I repeatedly tried to get in contact with them. They lack in the costumer service and communication department.
