I was thoroughly impressed with this dealership. I worked with Zee and Yang in purchasing the car and they were extremely professional and transparent throughout the whole process. I was even impressed how they resolved issues when things did not go well. As I was driving off the lot the battery was low and had difficulties starting the engine. They immediately replaced the battery with a brand new one and asked no questions. The general manager, Rob, is clearly customer centric and wants the best for his customer. I will certainly be purchasing another car from them in the future.

Rob the financing manager and Morris the salesman were spectacular. Personal, and relaxing to talk to. The BMWi8 ws very shiny, and clean. I had to have alot of help with the systems; it wasn't because they were so difficult, more so I am not prone to know how to navigate through different systems. Morris and others were very generous with their time. I encourage anyone who would like to look at, or talk with someone about any car - call this dealership. Tell them Ray Reed who bought a beautiful 2016 BMI I8 sent you.

I tried to asked questions but got none and only received a cookie cutter form response.....I was shopping out of state but all they said was to come in for a test drive.

Bad service, made an appointment and as I was almost there, was sent a message 5 minutes before appointment time saying the car is out for service. Drove a the way out for nothing with no heads up or preparations.

Living up to its name

They did not tell me the car was sold. When I got there for the appointment the sells person I was supposed to meet was not there. They showed me another car, different color, their add said no accident but it was clearly in an accident and they repaired it and probably didn't use insurance to hide the fact. The front of the car was repainted, poorly. So, not a very honest dealer.

Stated she would call me back but did NOT

This dealership is listing bait and switch vehicles with a list price $5000 different than the actual price. Listed a 2022 Camry SE with 30k miles for $20,980 and have a similar 2018 Camry in stock with 40k miles that was the actual $20,980. I’m only giving 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt because at least they were honest before I drove down there explaining they had a similar vehicle on the lot and weren’t sure of the actual price. When asked what’s the best they can do for making an error they replied back going from $20980 to $25,950 which is more than $5k difference. Thanks for correcting the error by offering more than MSRP. Beware.
