None the less thank you for taking the time to write down what you were disappointed about as well. None the less thank you for taking the time to write down what you were disappointed about as well. I want to first start off by saying we’re truly sorry about having you come back to the dealership to fix some mistakes on the paperwork, but as I recall I mentioned that our new sales representative was still in training when doing your paperwork and I apologized for that when you came back to our place of business. As for the 50 minutes that you stated us being late, I went ahead and checked time stamps for both visits and we were on time for each interaction (You texted us saying “we are here” at 9:52am Wednesday January 5th the same time I came back to the office doing routine fill ups for some cars at 9:52am. After completing the paperwork for you and corrected the mistakes I took copies of the new papers and check them once again to see if their were any mistakes as you stated but I could not find any. For the pricing we agreed on an out the door price of $9700.00 which states in the bill of sale. The $500 dollars you mentioned was actually $373.00 you spent at the DMV for your tag/taxes/and title. You stated you wanted to do the DMV paperwork yourself which is why I only charged you $9700 instead of $10,073. Yes you had to take the car to an inspection spot to get inspected but we wrote you a check for the amount of the inspection, you didn’t have to pay for it “yourself”. Your review does not accurately reflect the reality of the situation. We sold you a great car at a great price well below market value. And although some mistakes were made in the paper work, we believe this review is not representative of the overall experience.
