I had a great experience buying a Toyota Prius from CarVolt. The car was in immaculate condition with
low mileage, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly reached back to me and
scheduled a time to see the cars on his lot in person. I felt very welcomed in their office, which made

Purchased a Prius a few weeks ago. CarVolt has an easy and relaxed atmosphere and no pressure sales staff that are professional, courteous, patient, and fair.
I test drove the car I ended up purchasing on a few different occasions, even lugging along my small children more than once, which was a little stressful. Ali was kind and patient as I worked with car seats and wiggly kids.
I was grateful for the calm atmosphere of this dealership and their specialty being hybrid vehicles was a huge bonus, as that was really the only type of vehicle I was considering with this purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hybrid in the area! Thank you Ali, we love our new car!

He didn't contact me, but I called him and asked some questions. I was planning
to go there to see the car, but I didn't have a ride. He told me the battery only
went 32 mi per charge and said I could possibly purchase a replacement battery
for $1000. I asked him since he had reduced his price by $1000 if he would put
the battery in before the sale, but he didn't respond. My son looked it up and
found there is no refurbished battery available for $1000, and a replacement
would be more like $5000. So we decided to not deal with them, since they
didn't seem to be transparent with us about the car, and we didn't go there to
see that car or a different on he had.

I do not recommend this dealer. I bought a car recently from them, and had to unfortunately travel back as they had multiple errors on paperwork for the DMV.
Upon scheduling a meeting time to correct these errors, the owner was 50 minutes late, and then still had errors on the paperwork.
We agreed on an out the door price, but I had to spend over $500.00 more to fix mistakes made by this dealer. One example of this: I had to pay for the inspection of the car myself as the dealer misplaced his own paperwork.
