Dealer was supposed to send video of car and never did so I don’t think much of this dealer!
Trey was great. Only issue I had was I was told I’d get the car this day then I texted asking for an update, receiving no text back. After I called they said it would more then likely be a different day and would get back to me at a certain time and let me know for sure, which never happened.

I felt the car was possibly misrepresented regarding âan increased speed limiterâ
claim in the listing and emailed the salesman. He responded but did not give a
clear answer other than that the speedometer went to 160 mph which is irrelevant
to the top speed and limiter. They did not respond to my last email and sold the
car before I could see it.

Murano, stated on Carsmart.net mileage was 27,437 but the actual mileage was 31,000+ .The tires didn't look new but I did buy a used car.

We received a call back from CarSmart with an appointment to look at a 2018 Ram with low mileage and met Shawn, who was great to deal with. Advertised as RDX with advance package-drove 45 mins to see this car and
when I got there it was the base model.
I had an 11:00 appointment with this dealer to look at a truck I was interested in. When I got there 30 minutes early he had another customer filling out an application that went through and sold him the truck. Kind of aggravating since I had emailed him a couple of times during the week to let him know I would definitely be there Saturday morning and I got before my scheduled appointment.

Seemed willing to negotiate somewhat and vehicles we looked at were clean, didn't buy as orig veh we looked at didn't seem mechanically sound and this one was just detailed and not even listed yet.. we hadn't planned nor researched this one so didn't want to impulse buy.
I inquired with two simple questions. The dealer refused to answer any questions regarding their advertised 2014 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCab, and only replied once with a 'canned' message that said "... come in to take a look at it". When I'm looking for specific features and options, I won't waste time and money driving in to see something which doesn't match my needs from a dealer with a careless attitude. Red Flag!

Fast response. I took a star off, because like most car dealers they want give a full out the door everything price by email. Why is it they want you to call and talk about it. I make up my mind what I will pay for something and make an offer. If they say no, I keep looking, and if they say yes I go to my credit union and get the money. I think that's pretty simple, but they always want to play the same game. I'm not taking anything away from the dealership the email was professional and polite. Half want email you back so I'm appreciative this dealer did. Thank you

bait and switch . all false information . photos shown do not match the actual car. the photos show a different model than the actual car. went to the dealer to look at car
.,car was not ready yet . they wanted some down payment before i even test drove the car,.They agreed on a certain pricing for the car and when went to buy the car said
they increased the car cost now and will not honor the price. waste of driving 1 hour and waste of time.
they will lure you with low prices and will add additional cost to the final price. AVOID.,

Great experience overall and bought a nice vehicle for a fair price! The crew at carsmart.net are pleasant and easy to deal with. However, I was disappointed to find out that the description of the vehicle on the website was not entirely accurate and this was readily acknowledged by the staff when I pointed it out to them. My advice would be to go over the listing in DETAIL with the salespeople before making a trip to the lot so there will not be any misunderstandings.

Received a return email quickly on Sunday and Lino called first thing on Monday. I researched the avalanche on line and viewed the car fax. Lino had the truck delivered to me 2 hours away. This is my 5th car purchase, I have 3 children, and this was by far the easiest and fastest process. Great service and great truck!

I would advise anyone and everyone to purchase a car from this dealer. I don't want to sound like I was paid to write a review but they made the process seamless, they were fair and I bought the vehicle under market price, they even have me fair market value for my trade in. The best part about the sales experience was not dealing with the "sleazy salesman" stereotype of car salesman. They were ALL very professional. The only issue I had was at the end of the deal that financial guy tried to lie to me about the bank not approving to total amount because the salesman made a mistake regarding my down payment. To me when you make a mistake own it, have integrity, don't just say something because you think a buyer may be a least sophisticated consumer. I would deduct a point for that issue to the overall experience was so pleasant that I still give them a 5-star rating.

Vehicle that I bought had body damage that wasn't disclosed in the pictures or the description. When I call to find out what they could do they told me it was a used vehicle. For 50,000 dollar vehicle I wasn't too happy to get that response.

Vehicle was in great cosmetic condition.
The price came out to 8,100 after taxes
and the finance specifics. I was told
nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Took
it to a Jaguar dealership after I got it, and
it needed a wheel inspection. Less than
three weeks after I got it. Told them about
it and they said nothing was wrong with it
when they had it. First I was told a laser
wheel alignment was done, and then I
asked for the paper work. No paper work
was there, because then I was told a
wheel alignment wasn't done. Now I have
to pay for one. Thanks for nothing Lew,
and car smart.

i drove down to Hendersonville Tn from Rockford IL 8 hrs trip. Pull up front of CarSmart.net was greeted as i was getting out of the car by Lew "Big Lew" Mariweather. Beautiful vehicles - professional staff from beginning to end. I would recommend them to family and friends and we actually plan on looking for my husband's vehicle there after the first of the year. Andrew was fantastic! He was easy to deal with and I was able to leave with the vehicle that wanted....and a good deal. He also followed up with the agreed upon add-ons (DVD and sunroom installs) as promised. I would go back to them and recommend them to friends.
