Put down deposit on a car they stated they didnt have the title for and then was talked into purchasing a more expensive car but i think they sold the original car i wanted and then tried to sell it twice.

Car had to much oil in it. An inch over fill line. By the time we got the bolt off to drain oil and drive it. The transmission won’t shift to the gears goes 1 then 2 and 1 and no 2 never 3 wines out RPM don’t shift. Bought car that’s completely junk. Dealer had to have known about transmission. The worst buying nightmare of my life got screwed for 13500

I was to receive a call back from Sky so that we could do a walk thru before I pur hated this vehicle. It never happened. I called multiple times and finally 4 days later I reached a man who told me they just sold the car I was literally trying to buy. Very unprofessional and no way to do business.

When I arrived to pick the car , I was a little disappointed because it was an outside lot and the car was dirty and there were some cosmetic imperfections not seen in the website, but after addressing these issues, I was given an adjustment on the price and the car was cleaned and it looked great. The car had a few issues with that I noticed during the test drive...issues that I was willing to fix if the price could be lowered. Vehicle needs some work, overall good customer service.

Cars for sale appeared to be dusty & dirty. Dealership sits right on Jefferson Davis Hwy. They probably should wash car's prior to showing them to a customer. Musty odor's on inside probably from not being ventilated periodically. Was given a vehicle for a test drive. When I got in to vehicle and drove off, I noticed fuel tank was on empty and indicator light was on. Made a U-turn back to dealership and asked them to address problem, which they did. It seems as if no one is interested in presentation of vehicles anymore at some of these used car lot's, staff appears to be more focused on pushing a financial product 1rst, cars second.

Easy to work with

We did not buy the vehicle due to personal preference. But with that said, the customer service is top notch. They maintained in contact by text, they were not “pushy sales people”, giving us time to review the vehicle, and test drive it without them. Very kind sales people who truly want to make it a positive experience. I am very impressed that they are willing to do MD inspections, a huge plus for us. Again, our decision not to buy the vehicle had nothing to do with the customer service or this dealership. It was not the vehicle for us. But, I would tell people to not hesitate to go look at their vehicles, all very well priced and good values.

They haven't supplied me with an invoice that I can provide my bank for financing. They were more interested in getting my personal information than getting me the vehicle information.

The dealer contacted me right away , I asked to have options on purchasing this car and I was never contacted again. I contacted them twice and the only time I herd from them was at first. Seems to me a 15 year old car with 118k miles on it I a least deserve the courtesy of a return call with options to purchase.

Drive an hour and a half to see beautiful car pictured. The car has been wrecked and they told us we should have noticed it in the pictures. The pictures didn't look the same. Scratches and dents were everywhere. The red car looked like a four year old played in red fingernail polish while trying to cover up every scratch and dent. The passenger side floor board was soaking wet. The brakes, calipers and rotors were rusted. Not to mention oil was dripping from underneath the car. We had seen enough. We didn't even bother to test drive it. Lesson learned, we will buy local from a dealership or private owner.

I called about a convertible MINI that was listed with an inoperable top. My wife was very interested in the car, which was over 5 hours away from our home. After 5-phone conversations with 4-different individuals, one being the manager, requesting their technician's assessment of the top's issue and no responses back, we gave up. I had the money ready, the insurance in place, the hotel paid for, the days off from work to make the journey, but after the last guy I talked to said he would ask the technician and call me back in 5 minutes and never called back, I threw in the towel. They have been sitting on this car for several months and don't seem to care if they sell it or not. If ran my company the way they do business, I would be out of business.

Car Nova wasnt quick to respond to my inquiry so I contacted them. Sales manager was extremely helpful and got straight to the point ( thanks ). Rebecca was here name. She tried all options and got me the best deal possible. Unfortunately upon her leaving for the day the vehicle was sold . Disappointed had a cash deal. Thought we had numbers and deal worked out and they sold car the same day. The Infiniti G37 X Coupe was a lovely car. Thanks for your help. Thankful I was about to find E350 Coupe with same miles 55,279 at lower price 13,500 OTD . I would recommend this dealership but please go in if you are looking to purchase a car. 4 stars for Rebecca, 1 star for response to after original inquiry , 3.5 stars price/quality and 1 star communication ( Overall Experience 2.5 )

I called to purchase a car and spoke to like 4 different people and they all told me something different. If toy ask what is the cash price of the car why would they send u a buyers orders with the same price of the car. I have the cash i asked the manager would he come down on the price he told me yes and when they call me back about the car rebecca told me she could take a $100 dollars off a $11,695.00 what kind of deal is that. Then i ask was the manager in she said that he wasn't available.

It does not matter if the seller is good if they sell defective cars, like the one I bought here. A week after I bought the car, it had to be in the mechanic for another week, and the dealer did not take the car to pass the emissions inspections, so I had to do it too to get the plates. Smiles and free sodas don´t cover my losses.

2008 Dodge Charger with 116317 miles. Very nice an respect full people. However they do not negotiate at all and they want vehicle have been In accidents for full value which isn't how things work. Also on the dodge charger 2008 red it need all new tires breaks and probably suspension. If you have an question about car value check nada guidelines before you buy a car and remember if it's been in an accident it's not worth the mark vaule. THANKS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY

Honest sales stuff , I bought a Chevy Avalanche from them last Saturday.

Very quick responses and follow-up to date, but no additional photos or other requested information as per my E-post. Mo (internet sales Mgr.) seems to be very willing to answer questions and offer test drive of this Rover. Still curious about some issues as i live around 135 KM from their location, but I'll probably give them a chance to do business with me with regard to this vehicle on offer.

Very friendly staff, had car ready to test drive and we took it out for a long drive with no pressure just nice conversation. Ultimately the car was a little more worn than I would prefer and did not have the navigation package or the back-up camera. Looks like it sold to another buyer this weekend. I'd go back if they had exactly what I was looking for...

They were great in communication however the sales person did not know much about the car. No problem for me. The car is listed accident free but found some Bondo cracking on front fender. All wheels were hevily curbed to a point where you could feel a shake while driving. Drove four hrs for this. When I mad an offer I was told that they could take a few hundred off but not what I was offering. Bit disappointing but glad I did not put money down on it. Did look like they had a few nice vehicles on the lot.

They responded to my first couple of emails. Then when I asked for pictures of the car since they had none posted. I never got a response back. I called them and some to someone. They said the car was out at the moment and they would take and send pictures too me, but never did. Then they just stop responding to me and wouldn't return my calls or emails.

This dealership is great. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon I spoke with Sonya and I asked about the vehicle I was interested in. I also asked if she could send me more pics so that I could really check out something before my husband and I decided to drive to Virginia to see this vehicle. Sonya said sure and she took more pics and sent them to me within 15 mins. I then sent them to my husband and the car was perfect so we decided to take the trip. I called Sonya back within the hour and told her that my husband and I would be very interested in coming to look at the vehicle and we would be coming 3 1/2 hours away. Sonya said great I will get them to clean this vehicle up for you because we’ve had a huge pollen issue she also asked if it was anything else I was interested in and I said yes.. she said cool I’ll get them both cleaned up. I then told Sonya that we should arrive by noon on that Saturday and if interested we would be trading in a vehicle. She said great I’ll have my people on point. My husband and I arrived exactly at noon and as soon as we pulled up I seen the two cars we were interested in sitting there cleaned up and ready to go.. when we got out and looked around this place was busy but we were greeted very professionally and promptly by Rasheed and he knew exactly who we were. He said that he was glad we made it safely and very glad to have us and he knew we had been riding for awhile so go in and use the restroom and get a beverage and we will start our day. He then turned around and asked this lovely lady named Rebecca to assist us and she did.. we went on in got refreshed and came back outside and we looked they had one car pulled and up and ready for the test drive. Rasheed rode with us and explained this vehicle had a lot of power and I could really see it if I hit the highway but it was my choice. I decided not to so I cruised on back to the lot kinda testing the vehicles power on that main strip. When we got back they had the other vehicle ready to go Rasheed asked Rebecca to ride with us on this test drive and she did.. my husband took the back seat and we took off. Rebecca was great and she tested the vehicles passenger seat options and was blown away. Her and I tripped out and I asked if we could hit the highway and she said sure.. we did and wow I got excited.. this car was very very very nice and was giving me everything I expected and more.. about 15-20 minutes later we pulled up at the lot and Rasheed greeted us and asked us what we thought. I told him I liked it and he said great... Ima give you two some time to think...he left us with the keys and my husband and I was comparing the two vehicles.. we took about 30 mins and then decided on the one that initially caught our eye... we noticed a couple of minor issues inside the car and we spoke with Rasheed about them and he said no problem I can get those taken care of. He then took us inside and we began to handle our business. About 10 mins later this little dude named Mark came in and he started to assist us. This little dude is a mess.. very funny but professional at the same time.. he went out and checked our trade in vehicle and came back and gave us an amount and my husband and I was like seriously can you do better..it was approaching lunch time and Rasheed said we’re ordering pizza.., I swear it seemed like that pizza got there in 1.9 seconds... Mark said let’s eat some pizza and let me think some more.. so we took a little lunch break and then we jumped back into it Mark came back and increased it the amount by $500... so we took the deal. We were dealing with our own credit union from out of town so I had to make a couple phone calls and do some faxing... that was a very lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnng process but it was on our end my credit union took all day to get stuff right...needless to say we stayed there until close but we cut up with everyone and enjoyed ourselves.. Rasheed got the minor issues fixed and they got the car cleaned up and gassed up for our trip back home. Rasheed was even so sweet to give us a gift card and he told us he wanted to do it because we had been up there all day and was very patient and kept a good attitude the whole time. We thanked him so much for that. We then looked and here comes Mark.. he said let me take y’all’s picture by your new car... we took the pic and thanked all them for a great day and we took off on our 3 1/2 hours drive home. My husband and I are enjoying our 2011 S550 Mercedes Benz. We will definitely do business again with Carnova these people rock.

they didnt have a lot of answers on the truck,and it was not what the photos showed. hood needed painted,door panels were broke,rubber was loose and hanging,radio knobs were worn off.

Dealer asked $1500 above listed price How did I violate terms of use and what more do you wish me to say. The dealer advertised the vehicle for $16495 and when I wanted to buy it they wanted $18000. I thought my review was spot on. I am sorry I didn’t candy coat it and say how wonderful they were and after having a pleasant conversation with two people they tried to bend me over for another $1500 bucks. I am supposed to be buying another vehicle from another seller this week. We shall see how that works out. Ron

It has been two weeks since I since i sent in a request. The day after I got a email with just the CarGurus link to it. I then requested for more details and photos. They responded they will get it to me shortly. Now it'd been 13 days and since and still no info.

Overall, I felt good about this dealership and would entertain the possibility of purchasing a car from them in the future. There was a discrepancy btween yhe dealer reported mileage, and the Carfax reported mileage. The dealer said it was a CarFax typo and he would have it corrected in a couple days . Five days later ......no coreection. I suspect odometer fraud.

It was a shaddy place. They wouldn't budge on the price. The parking situation is horrible.
