Will not sell the Van to me till non refundable transfer fee of $1,500 is paid peparately!!!!

I was worried at first since I got a message saying the car was sold. Once I spoke directly to a representative they looked and told me it was still available. It is now being shipped and I’m waiting patiently. They were a great help with any questions I had and also explaining the process from shipping until the arrival and what I should expect. Looking forward to meeting with them in person once the car arrives.

Very helpful and informative.

Slow to reply with emails. Did not answer questions in email. Did not call when scheduled. Very poor customer service.

The salesman was nice. The test drive went well. He told us his opinion about other makes and models we might be interested in. The vehicle seemed a little high priced, though.

We went and saw the van that you advertised and it was a good deal, they were very busy and we had an appointment to go to

I called about the car and everything was fine then they told me to contact another carmax to have the car shipped to me. I did that in less then 2hrs. Then Me and the other car salesman called back and then i was told the car was sold. I think they could have told me before i went thru all the hassle.

The salesman contacted me that the car was being delivered and had sold.

Purchased car. Great experience, would be five stars but I had to bring my own financing to get a competitive rate.

This dealer had absolutely no interest in talking price. Said their price was the best and didn't care to negotiate. I will never go there again.

While the transfer of the beautiful MX-5 in Ok. City was being processed at the Ontario,CA store, the Ok. City store went ahead and sold it out from under me. I will never deal with Car Max again.
