I was well informed by associates from Car Link. I did not purchase the vehicle because I am out of state at the moment.

They didn't get me the request for more information then text me saying it was sold even it was still available

The Credit Manager had a credit/sales procedure that was so easy to understand, technically smooth that had me out of the showroom in record time. It was a fantastic experience!! I would go back to this dealership for my next car! No hesitation!

If you have perfect credit, cash in your pocket, and like to negotiate the best deal you can then don’t expect that at this used car dealer they will give you astronomical numbers like 7.99% APR for 84 months and then say that the manager is not willing to budge on any numbers. Worst experience I e ever dealt with to date.

I tried purchasing a truck from this company and it would have been my 7th purchase of a vehicle so i got a good understanding about the process and what a company can and can’t do. This place absolutely did not want to help at all. Yea im a little upside down currently but I’ve purchased another vehicle from a different company further upside down and not only did they pay off my loan, Dropped the price of the vehicle i was looking into and didn’t take the 6g’s i was upside down to my new car loan. This company didn’t budge on anything

Buyer Beware: this is sleazy dealership. They charge a $1495 fee in addition to all their prices that you see online. Trust me, people, most ethical dealerships do not charge these bogus fees and ridiculous documentation charges. These are just another way for the dealership to make profit. They do this so that their Carfax and KBB and online rating of the deal looks better than it really is. Don't buy from a dealership like this. There are better ones out there.

Really content with this dealer. The vehicle in question was clean and well driven. Ed was very communicative with us. After purchasing the vehicle, a week later, Ed was able to bring me into service department for a minor fix at no extra cost. Would highly recommend !
