Not cool for them to list a low
price here and then when you go to purchase a
vehicle add on a refurbishing fee or any kind of fee
unrelated to the use of the vehicle that you did not
ask for.
When I went to purchase this vehicle they added
about $1,600 on and they said it was for the
preparation of the vehicle before the sale after the
purchase of it wholesale.
That's supposed to be in your sticker price.
The sticker price should be what anyone would pay
for the vehicle minus government taxes and fees and
that is not what is happening here.

advertised online at 8499 with tags title and tax it should have been around 10.2k they then told me I needed to pay a 1495 dealer maintenance fee a 495 document fee so with tags title and tax it would be 11600 . as if I didn't see the window sticker with a stated price of 10k so they priced low on cargurus to get me in the door hoping I'll jet take it.
car still for sale someone will fall for it I'm sure.

Absolutely the best car buying experience ever!!! I've never bought a vehicle where so much is done during the reconditioning process
before the vehicle is up for sale. Reading other reviews and shopping a lot of dealerships advertise cheap and add junks fees in the
thousands of dollars. I did pay a fair reconditioning fee and when I took the time to listen to what John had to say I was blown away
because CarsIndex made sure the cost of keeping my car on the road was very affordable. I feel compelled to write that Pa inspection is
complimentary for as long as I own the vehicle as are oil changes and any labor expense for any repairs are on CarsIndex at their state of
the art repair center.
Boy I can breathe easier knowing my daughter's car is well maintained including the normal annual stuff like brakes, oil changes and state
inspection to get her through college. John clearly has been doing this for a while and knows his stuff and Mike was able to get us great
financing terms.

BUYER BEWARE. This dealership is the epitome of sleezy car sales men. The car has been on their lot for almost 100days and it’s still not PA inspected, which they were going to make the buyer pay for. Before we even satdown they started throwing stuff in, free 2 year oil change, blah blah blah. Car was missing parts in the engine bay, which I researched afterwards to make sure and it confirmed my suspicion. STAY AWAY.
