Easy to deal with.
I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle from Car Heroes. From the very beginning the staff was professional, patient, and honest. They answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything before signing.
The process was smooth, the communication was consistent, and they really worked with me to make sure I got into something reliable that fit my budget. The vehicle was exactly as described and was clean and what I was looking for.
If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and doesn’t pressure you, I highly recommend Car Heroes. I’m thankful for a great experience and I LOVE my new car!

Worst dealership EVER!!! Would not recommend anybody to purchase from carheroes! Finally received my car 2 weeks after sale was final. Gave the runaround about transport co breaking down and couldnt deliver vehicle when in fact the car was in their service dept getting malfuntions repaired that they neglected to tell me. The transport co tried to pick car up and had to wait til it got out of shop. The car has greasy fingerprints all over the inside and out. Wasnt detailed. Mud on floor outside is filthy. They overcharge with $3000 doc fees. Rediculous! I have bought cars from al over U.S. and had them delivered. Never have i had this kind of incompetance from a dealership. Worst worst worst!!! If i could give negative stars to carheroes i would. Buyer beware is all i can say about this dealership.
Ana was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very flexible with the price and worked with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the deal. Thanks to her, I was able to purchase the truck at a fair and reasonable price. Overall, it was a great buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership

Jeremiah, Randy are very helpful with the buying experience at Car Heros. Would definitely do business again with them.
Purchased a vehicle sight unseen and out of state. Very risky on my part and would not recommend anyone else do the same but it worked out overall. On receiving the vehicle, tpms lights were on, tires had very little life in them, and the aftermarket light bar was wired half-assed to the switch. About $2k later this was remedied but I would have appreciated a heads up from Kyle about some of these items.
Overall, communication with the dealer regarding paperwork was adequate and they accommodated my situation in order to make the sale. The company they use for title and registration services took some time but ended up coming through. I waited til then to write this review.
Overall a 4/5 stars for willing to work with my situation, and the fact they paid a driver to deliver the vehicle to me. Not surprising, but I would have appreciated a bit more transparency about the vehicle during the process.

In my recent experience of buying a used truck, all of the Car Heroes personnel were very efficient, timely, and professional. It was a very smooth and quick buying process, plus they had a transparent pricing with no hidden fees. They also like the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

I ended up buying a different 2023 Heritage XLT with the help of Jeremiah. Not only did he sell me a fantastic truck, but I was in the process of a move and needed to purchase remotely and then transfer a full load of belongings from a rental vehicle, to the truck when I could get to Tampa. Jeremiah helped me and then picked me up at enterprise after dropping off my rental. Randy was helpful aswell. Thank you!

Thad a great experience working with them, especially being an online purchase. They provided additional pictures, had a full team assigned to me from the first time I called. They answered every question and always did right by me. I searched for months looking for trucks and this dealership was nice, honest, and cared about my interest. I wish I could have met them in person!

They advertise their vehicle prices at one price, then add thousands more when you’re ready to close the deal under the guise of the price only if you use their financing. Shady communicators and Bait and Switch dealership.

Price was good, vehicles nice, sales staff helpful, then I read reviews, terrible, and staff must have been aware of my research, they never followed up

I did not pursue this vehicle purchase, but the dealer did reach out to me. The pricing on the listing is a bait-and-switch, as it's only available to qualifying members, and you have to go to their website to find that the general public has access to a higher price. That deception was distasteful, and I immediately lost interest in doing business with them.

Working with the guys at CarHeros was a great experience. Randy, Zach, Javier and Rob were very helpful and professional. They helped me purchase the perfect truck I was looking for. The selection and prices was just what I was looking for. I will be a repeat customer.
The team Benny, rob and randy were great! They went above and beyond from any dealership I’ve been to in the past. Had trouble getting insurance on a new truck because of hurricane Debby getting ready to come through. But they stuck with me held the deal anyways and signed off a couple days after the storm passed. 10/10 recommend this team!
Beware of this dealership. They are unethical and will waste your time with bait and switch tactics. They list a great price on Car Gurus, but
after you've wasted your time contacting them, discussing the car, sending your DL, etc... they will reveal to you that the price listed is a
special price only if you finance through one of their banks. No where on the ad does it mention that, but that's how they hook you and waste
your time. Don't trust dealerships that have this kind of unethical business practice. If they're not transparent with you before you've signed the
dotted line, just think what they might do after you're on the hook.

Very poor, this dealer engages in unethical pricing. Advertises a good price then adds over 3500 in fees, plus a dealer fee, sales tax and other fees. You see a good advertised price but when you add in all the hidden fees they tack on, you are upside down if you make the purchase.
Apparently my "salesman" Zach was never told no as a child. I went to Car Heros fully expecting to purchase a 2021 F150. I explained that I was in a bit
of a hurry and was putting down 15k and had a preapproval for the balance from their lender arranged through Cap One. He wanted me to test drive the
car which I politely declined and asked for the #s so we could move the process along. This seemed to irritate him but we moved on. He began asking
me for credit info. I asked why he need this information to quote me a price. He said it was part of the process and I asked how my credit info was
relevant to him quoting me a price. At this point he began getting upset and angry and when I refused additional information he got angry raised his
voice and told me I was disrespecting his process. At that point I told him we were done and would not be spoken to in that way and left. The sales
manager Rob heard the conversation and never once intervened. Their loss

Dealer was very shady showing the price online $14,949
and when we got they try to show us they have 18k+ into
the car and it has BS ceramic coating and they quoted
me a price of 22k. When we got up and walked the
salesman scrambled to grab the quote and any
paperwork on desk like we wanted to take that joke of a
quote with us. Scam artists. No way you'll touch this
vehicle anywhere near the $15,484 price that it shows
currently with their BS added. 7k added onto a 15k online
price is crazy.
