They replied to my inquiry with an automated message, and won’t answer my messages after that.

Would not give actual out the door price or even a range. Didn't want to drive to Seffner to get the real price and they would not give us any idea. Glad I didn't waste my time. Guessing they have a few thousand dollars in "fees" and "services".

Classic bait and switch stereotypical shady car dealership. The price advertised comes with 6k+ of dealer fees, price listed is to get hits and views. Don’t support them.

They are baited and switched. Listings in low prices and adding more to the price. Listing the 2023 4Runner for $31994 after adding the fees to 37000+. Do not recommend.

My experience was good with the people. Just check under the trucks as many are northern vehicles and some are in better shape than others.

Advertised price of vehicles are not accurate. Out the Door Price was inflated by over 5K with unnecessary Dealer add-ons and fees. Low Price advertised is only if you finance through one of their lenders. Avoid if cash buyer or looking for a good deal.

Here's a new one.......... I am looking for a different truck. I check CarGurus nationally several times a day. A "great deal" came up over the weekend and I sent a message of interest to CarHeroes as the truck was $7,000 under retail. He's in Florida, I'm from Michigan. I was asking questions and was leaning towards a road trip until............ He tells me, "We are not set up for CASH buyers. The reason why the price is so low is, for our Memorial Day sale, we get a $4,000 kickback from our lenders. The cash price is more than the advertised sale price." I asked,"What if I do 95% down payment and pay it off in a month?" He says, "No, you have to finance a minimum of $20,000 and have to wait as long as 9 months to pay it off without penalty." I asked hell what the cash price is and he emailed me a total price out the door $7,000 more than they advertised price.

Always get call center that goes not negotiate. Dealer fees are very high and add $2000 to price listed.

They had a truck that was a pretty good match for what I was seeking, and it was what I thought was the best value of any I checked on, but it was located to far to go for something I was not certain I would buy without seeing it first. To their credit, the salesperson was not pushy, but did mention that an alternative method of buying that might be more convenient for me.

It was advertised for $28,500, when they contacted me they raise the price to $36.9. will not deal with scammers like that.

I purchased this vehicle awesome car but just to find out it needs a B1 service which costs $2000 1 day after purchase.

Dealer advertised this car as 27994 when I contacted they suddenly changed their price because I wasn’t using their financing. The price jumped to 31600. After taxes and their fees true cost of car is is 37300 big jump from their advertising on car gurus

Seems very disorganized and that they don’t really care for any of the cars on the lot. Car was dead upon arrival and the rotors were in terrible shape. Doesn’t appear they put a dollar into making them better upon reaching the lot for resale and they are trying to squeeze every dollar they can. Wouldn’t go back again.

Very friendly. Punctual. However, make sure when purchasing a vehicle that you’re aware they add additional warranty (this is how they make their money) so be sure to factor that in when you’re budgeting money.

The best car buying experience I have had to date! I drove all the way from Panama City Beach pick up a RAV4 for the best price. I was pleased when the vehicle was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The dealers work together, so they always responded promptly, and I was never pressured or rushed to make any decisions. The car buying experience was quick, easy and for the best price. Totally worth the drive!

Great dealership, no sales pressure

Pretty straightforward when I got there. They were transparent with me. I did get the discounted price which was great!

People where courteous (which pushed the stars up). However, I walked away from a deal here due to high dealer fee, high interest rates (I received over a 1% increase compared to other rates) and demanding insurance be completed on a vehicle before purchase is completed.

Personal and expert knowledge

Matt was great to work with. He helped me to get approved through wells fargo for a far less interest rate than what other dealerships were giving me. The car I purchased was very clean and ran perfectly as if brand new. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Carheroes.

Good experience with buying with car heroes

I would never deal with again. Drove two hours, deal was done, they ask us to go get cashiers check, came back in about an hour they said they sold car soneone else. We were paying in full and not buying warranty , orher person financed and got warranty , which added about $1000 bucks to their profit. It was dirty. The car was for my mom who just turned 80, and was rearended by drunk driver on i95 doing 9o mph. This was her replacement vehicle and she was so excited. We were shocked. Maybe God looking out for us. They are good liars though!

I wound up in a Hyundai Tuscon with less miles for a great price and APR. I highly recommend Car Heroes in Jacksonville FL for anyone looking for a vehicle. I drove nealy 100 miles from Belleview FL, totally worth the drive.

Talked with David. He was up front about everything. I asked about a $995 document fee and he told me it was their profit. Refreshing to find someone in this field that is honest about what they do. When I look to make another purchase, I will look this dealership up.

Vehicle was purchased. I am not a fan of their customer service at all. I heard the excuse, "we buy and sell manufacturer prices". Its all about no-haggle pricing,30 min. paperwork. This excuse is used for the car being filthy/unkept, low-ball pricing on your trade in, and you are buying "as is". I should have sold my vehicle elsewhere, that is a regret. I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOUR EXCUSE IS, IF I AM GIVING YOU $19k CASH....THE CAR SHOULD BE CLEAN. (I was told it had a great bath when it arrived, their detailer was off-site) This is not true. The car was disgusting. The WHOLE DEAL when purchasing "new" a car...is its new (to you) and you want to show it off! Not CarHeroes. That is RIDICULOUS.....PLUS THE OIL WAS CHANGED 8000+ MILES AGO. I feel I was ripped on my trade and dealt with very unprofessional staff that did have one care of my preferences. I cleaned my car before I traded it in, BIG MISTAKE! Basically a junk yard with a "nice" office. Would not, and will not recommend.

They did a great job at hiding the issues with my vehicle. Isuspect they knew about the bent wheel before ibought the car since "it was inspected" according to my salesperson. This issue wad never brought up. As soon as I hit the highway to drive 2 hours back home, it starts to shake. The shop said the wheel was bent when I took it in. If I knew about it, I would have just been more cautious and not taken my kids with me on our 2 hour drive back home from Jacksonville. If they would have told me it would have been a different situation. I understand this dealership isn't like other, big-name dealerships, but trying to hide wheel damage is reckless and dangerous.

Answered all my questions honestly. Wanted my car buying experience to be great and it was! Responded quickly. Out-the-door pricing was accurate. Zack and Dave were very customer oriented and friendly.

They sell newer car at ridiculously low prices. They are also super helpful. Usually when i go to a car dealership I feel it's me against the car salesman. At car heroes they do a good job at being honest and very transparent. They even showed me the Carfax without me asking. If you go you'll see for yourself the "customer first" environment they've created. All around a good experience. Heads up though, if you're using USAA car buying service you won't get the preferred payment discount that is advertised by USAA.

So far the salesman that contacted me what is very reasonable and didn't seem to be panicking about being able to make a sale today. Of course they all I want to close a deal ASAP but I informed him that I was just looking at what was available and I may have changed my mind as to what type vehicle I needed for my intention intended use. When I informed him that I'd be more serious about buying immediately at the end of this month when I had my actual money is in a DP and all the other things that they require I also want the CB to catch up on my total indebtedness since I just paid off are reduced tremendously my obligation on several credit cards Etc. Would that it were satisfied didn't push too hard talking about you know well it probably won't be here by then which I know that also know that cars come in and go on a daily basis and maybe even a better deal coming up at the end of the month who know so far so good. Might be nice for us both

I bought my car a little over a week ago from Car Heroes and I couldn't be happier. The entire process was so easy, took only a couple of hours between all the paperwork and insurance situation. From the moment I inquired about the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek on their lot, they instantly got back with me and the entire process went from there. We spoke to James and Brian and they were so helpful. Brian was there the day we went to pick the car up and he was so kind, helpful, and excited for me (which makes you feel really good about such a large purchase). This car is my dream come true. They game the pricing algorithm by adding a non-negotiable dealer fee of $995. This is taxable, too. And they NEVER move, I was told. Then another $279 in doc fees for some contractor they use. Go for a test drive and find a leaky tire. Then the bumper cover is hanging off. I have already been told that “no haggle” is their law, so I know they aren’t gonna budge on price. But I ask for an IOU on the body work. I’m even willing to take my chances that the tire is a patch and not a replace. But they won’t budge. “No haggle” only makes sense when you are selling high quality cars. I found TWO issues that could run over a couple hundred dollars each. Making an allowance for obvious defects isn’t haggling. It’s good business. I took my cash offer and walked. They wasted my time.
