Spoke to salesman about a car for two days. The day the car was ready after repairs, I was on my way to purchase the car only to be told they sold the car. Seems like nice people, though.

Reached out about a car they were offering, the so called manager was extremely rude, acting as if he was doing me a favor that I was interested in a car, which is overpriced to say the least, when I asked if there was any room for negotiation, they simply never answered back.... Very poor customer service, wouldn't think of ever buying a car from here, I'd stay away from this place.

But if we were - why contact us if we advertise everywhere that we are a best-deal upfront store? We understand that some buyers have tight budgets. Total bait and switch dealership. Had a deal done, price negotiated and finalized. Was just waiting on paperwork for my credit union. When I received the paperwork from the dealership, it was $775 HIGHER than negotiated price. Price was negotiated and agreed no dealer fees or other fees as I was a out of state buyer. But yet they added in a $595 “dealer processing fee” and a $159 VIN etching fee even though I do not live or would not be registering the vehicle in CT. Then once on the phone got the usual used car quick talk that “oh this is still such a great deal, my sales manager won’t let the vehicle go for such a low price, we have to get all those fees to offset our paperwork on the vehicle”. They were doing absolutely NOTHING for $595 dealer fees. I was registering it in my state, paying sales tax in my state myself and getting it inspected myself. Totally unprofessional and your usual fast talking used car salesman that wanted to add in fees for no reason.

Our pricing is clearly described in our advertising, and is in line with all best practices in our state and region. A dealer conveyance fee and CT Vin etch is standard in all our vehicles, as is the practice in the industry.

Called Romero, asked very specific questions about the mechanics and condition of the vehicle after hearing the responses drove 2 hours to see the car. When walking up to the car I could see a dent and asked Romero why he didn't answer my questions honestly, he said "why do women only look at the outside and not care about the mechanics?" I reminded him that we had a conversation about the mechanics and cosmetics before I drove 2 hours to look at it. Obviously I didn't buy the car!

Very friendly, and professional. Unfortunately for me, that particular vehicle was sold earlier that day. They offered me another similar vehicle with much less mileage, but at a higher price that was somewhat more than I could afford. I will keep looking at their web site for another vehicle similar to the one I originally sought. I liked the dealership`s professionalism while we were talking.

Recently completed the purchase of a 2015 MINI Countryman. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks to post a review as you never how a dealer will react once the deal is completed. While I did my due diligence prior to purchasing, my MINI ended up running really rough and sputtering about a week after purchasing. As I had a warranty, I brought the car back to CarHavn. I was offered a loaner while the car was fixed. The problem was the fuel pump - would have been a thousand dollar repair (I called the dealer). The team at CarHavn took care of it promptly and at no cost - which I expected as it was under warranty. I am happy I got my MINI from a specialist as they were able to handle it in-house!

The team at Car Haven contacted me immediately, and offered me a few relevant alternatives. I've had my eye out for a brown Countryman ALL4 for a while though, so I jumped at the opportunity as soon as the price was right. Ramiro made it easy to schedule a test drive on a Saturday. They have a very nice, clean store, and they are all friendly and welcoming. The buying process is easy, relaxed, and with no pressure. I ended up getting credit union financing from them for a low 5.9% (I have good credit), and a Direct warranty at a fair price. I'd highly recommend them.

I test drove this Audi over the weekend and took it home! The entire team is very professional and easy to work with. They explained the pricing (within CarGurus’ guidelines), offered some extra products (like a service warranty but no gap, wheel protection, vin etching) and were not pushy. I ended up not buying anything else as my budget was right and they’re were still ok with it. Their knowledge of the Audi product line shows... they gave me a quick tour of the service facility.

They are over priced, pushy, and charge a $750 conveyance fee to pad their profits. I received repeated calls from them trying to get me to pay the same price for a car a year older than the one I eventually bought. The one I bought had a nav system. Theirs didn’t. The salesman dismissed that by saying the nav system in that car sucks anyway. “You’re not going to like it. Buy my car instead.” As I said, pushy.

This is a fake review left by a would-be competitor who has been trying to spread false information online. We price to CarGurus Fair price or better and do not charge nearly as high a fee as most dealers do - definitely below the value mentioned by the fake reviewer above. Many old-style dealers are set in their ways, and can't compete with a new business that constantly gets 5-star reviews by following customer-center practices and delivers a positive experience. I would, however, prefer test drive and mechanical review by my guy before purchase... or lots of sworn statements as to veracity, integrity of dealer... Am sure probably great. I recently purchased this car from this dealership and dealt directly with the owner Ramera Jara.The vehicle was just as described and we were allowed to inspect and test drive within the city and on the highway. Ramera was a breath of fresh air as he went beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that our needs were fully satisfied. I travelled quite a distance to get to the dealership and Ramera explained that he could deliver the vehicle to me after the paperwork was finalized. I would strongly recommend anyone searching for a luxury used European car to check in with Car Havn first. Believe me you will be completely satisfied. They are also a Carfax Advantage Dealer so that also provides peace of mind.

I have bought 6 cars from 15,000.00 to 46,000.00 in the last 6 months. It has been fun and easy until CarHavn. The owner called fast but, misquoted the price as 5,500.00 (an honest mistake.) Since I had talked to several dealers about a Mini, I was confused. I pointed out the error not as a method of negotiating but, to clear up my confusion. Rather than clean it up, the owner suggested the problem was his phone and my hearing. I said my husband and I work in high end sales and as a customer I preferred to just hear the truth, it was a simple mistake. He hung up on me. When I tried to contact the dealership to clear up any misunderstanding and buy the car, the staff had been instructed not to speak with me and told I was "aggressive."Very peculiar experience. There are many other dealerships who are easier to work with.

Vehicle was not properly described in ad. All four wheels were gouged and one wheel was missing a chunk of material on edge. The right front had been crashed and poorly repaired and the fender to bumper mounting was loose. The left front door had been damage and poorly repaired. It was advertised as clean which was false.

The wheels are not gouged and have minimal cosmetic imperfections, as can be expected of a used car. There are no chunks of material missing. The car’s CarFax does not indicate a rebuilt title, salvage title, odometer rollback, hail, or fire damage, which is why it is described as having a Clean CarFax. I have already purchased one vehicle - a BMW X3 - from Carhavn, and would buy another in a second. Ramiro is a total professional, honest, friendly and accommodating. When I asked to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic, he offered to drive it there himself. He let me go on an extended test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car. So many times with used-car dealers, the process feels slimy and scary. At Carhavn, it couldn't be more different. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
