Recently, a service customer brought us an Audi Q5 with the V6 engine from an NJ dealer that needed a new timing chain. That's a $4K job that the customer ended up paying for. I am sure that dealer had 'room for negotiation'! Our goal is to be the best value - as determined by the quality of our cars and our guest experience. If the first question that we get asked is if we can lower the price, that sends the message to us that the buyer is primarily price-focused - and experience dictates that we simply won't win that customer as we thrive in quality. Our buyer is generally very knowledgeable, starts by asking questions about the car, the reconditioning process, has read our Google reviews, and values quality and expertise above all. If you are a primarily price-driven buyer, want 'a deal', have a tight budget, and equate customer service to concessions and discounting like the individual writing this misguided review - we are probably not a good match for you and you are wasting your time and ours. If you are an enthusiast who appreciates expertise, quality, value, and a long-term relationship with a quality shop to maintain your Euro ride in top shape, you will certainly be impressed by our value proposition! Rdorrance7475 - we have absolutely no idea what this review is all about. This experience never happened in our store, nor do we have records of a customer by this name. Our pricing is clearly described in our advertising, and is in line with all best practices in our state and region. A dealer conveyance fee and CT Vin etch is standard in all our vehicles, as is the practice in the industry.

Another false review that has been reported to CarGurus. Our pricing is very transparent - no bait and switch. Not even a name on this one. Please refer to our pricing practices as reported in other reviews, and our extensive review history in Google.

This is a fake review left by a would-be competitor who has been trying to spread false information online. We price to CarGurus Fair price or better and do not charge nearly as high a fee as most dealers do - definitely below the value mentioned by the fake reviewer above. Many old-style dealers are set in their ways, and can't compete with a new business that constantly gets 5-star reviews by following customer-center practices and delivers a positive experience. Therefore they lie. This review is being challenged, as well as the one immediately above this one.

Per CarGurus policy, we provide a 7 day return window on the vehicle,  so you are free to test drive it and have a mechanical review - if the car does not match the ad, you return it. 2. While no business can provide sworn statements, we have the next best thing - excellent reviews both here and on Google. Best!
