Thanks to this amazing team these folks were honest and transparent. There price online was exactly what I paid for the vehicle no hidden fees or tricks, they went above and beyond and explained everything to me and my spouse line by line, the condition of the vehicle was excellent, anyone in the market for a good car go to them, they even made sure my gas tank was full

Every person was extremely dismissive and in an unpleasant mood, and I was told different information by each person. I don’t think the car I inquired about is actually on the lot, just a way to lure customers there to try and sell another vehicle. When I wanted to see pictures and videos of the car before making a visit, it suddenly “sold” while I was on the phone yet it still says it’s available weeks later. Sketchy

This dealership does the bait and switch. They advertise cars they dont have in the lot. First time I went, I was told the car advertised was being driven by the general manager and he wasn't in that day. A few days later, I called to inquire if the car was back and was told the car is in the lot ready for viewing. I drove 45 miles and when I got there, was told that car is not available and this time no reason. Buyers be careful, deal with reputable dealerships out there, this one is a joke.

Made 2 trips to view this Camry and ready to buy. Car was not on the lot, each time they said I could come back but wanted me to look at other cars. Finally they said it was not available. Total was of time, this is why used car lots get a such a bad name.

The salesman and sales manager at this dealership made this experience much better than it normally would have been. They got financing approved for me with pretty rough credit, I was waiting to improve before buying but circumstances pushed the buy way up before I was really ready. They were very helpful, I didn’t feel overly pressured, answered all my questions, and everyone was very welcoming and kind. I’m walking away with the car I’ve been wanting for years. The only thing I can recommend is ask questions, and know what you’re buying. They aren’t going to tell you every little detail, which is understandable. I do wish the pricing was a little more transparent, but overall it’s not nearly as bad as other dealerships I talked to. Overall, a great experience thanks to a great, and honest team. And I’m getting my dream daily driver!

Car was not being sold anymore. Rohan, was rude,
and just wanted me to waste my time and come
there, maybe expecting to influence me into buying
another car. He kept telling me it was at the
dealership getting serviced, then I spoke to Danny
and he said the car went back to
wholesale/auction. The car still on the website, like
if is available.
I recently purchased a Dodge Charger Widebody from CarGet Motors, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and respected, not pressured like you often feel at other dealerships. The team took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answer all my questions honestly, and walk me through every step of the process. It felt less like a transaction and more like working with people who genuinely cared about my satisfaction. What really stood out to me was how smooth and transparent everything was. Buying a Widebody isn’t a small decision, and CarGet Motors made sure I was comfortable and confident the entire time. The vehicle was exactly as described—clean, powerful, and in excellent condition. There were no surprises, no hidden games, just straightforward communication and professionalism. They handled paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly, which made the process stress-free.
There is no rating. This dealer was attempting to be deceptive. We already had an approval from a loan company and advised the sales man not to run my son’s info again. He said he wouldn’t. He came back over 20 minutes later and asked him why he ran my son’s info again. He stated he didn’t. I advised him my son has alerts linked to his phone. He advised no I didn’t run it that is between your son and wells Fargo. I advised him he ran it because we got the alert when he was in the finance office. They placed responsibility on us and cargurus because of the fine print that states we give them authorization to check for a loan. However, there was no need and we asked him not to. Which means he was just attempting to get a payout for himself from the loan. Also, I had a friend check the vehicle info from another auto dealer when we left. He advised me it had cylinder head issues. So they were attempting also to sell a possibly defective vehicle.
BAIT AND SWITCH! I have never encountered a more unprofessional dealer organization than CarGet
Motors. It started with inquiring about a vehicle listed for $26,166.00 and completing an online application on
CarGurus' website. I was then contacted by a salesperson with CarGet Motors. She explained to me that
none of that information applies to them and asked that I complete another application, both my wife and I.
We apply along with income documents at approximately 5:45 PM (They close at 8 PM) for the vehicle's
advertised "sale price on CarGurs" at $26,166,00. I'm told I'll get a call back in 30-45 mins. No call, only a
text 2 hours later stating they will call me in a minute. Didn't hear back at all that day. They were closed the
next day, and so I called first thing Monday morning. The finance manager tells me my wife has "A" credit
and has been approved for a loan of up to $46,000.00. However, our price for the vehicle will be $36,000+
fees, equaling a loan amount of 40k

The worst car shopping experience in my life! I'm a 75 year old male that drove 100 miles one way and prepared
to pay cash for this vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told that the car was being serviced and not on the lot, even
though, I had a scheduled appointment for a test drive. Not only that, but the price had miraculously risen by
$10,000. Now, the car could've been had for the listed price of $17,163, if I am or was affiliated with the military, if I
am a Virginia resident, and currently attending school.....Believe It !!!!!! This actually happened. Avoid these

The picture was of a $42,000 out the door price 2023 Durango with a tow package. We drove two hours each way to be disappointed. We called in advance and made an appointment. When arrived they offered a lame excuse. Typical ‘bait and switch’ of used car salesman. Have decided to purchase a new 2025 from replicable dealership. Please discontinue sending offers.
I put it n a finance application for a vehicle they had listed on this site as well as their own. Spoke with the finance guy Charlie . We went over the bank approvals and numbers including the down payment. Everything was ready to go. I told him I needed to call him back to finalize because of my obligation for work at that time. I called back 3 separate times that day asking for Charlie. Each time o was put on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. The next day I called again , 2 times , again being on hold for extended time beyond the usual “busy” day. I finally got ahold of him only to say he wasn’t the one that worked the deal and proceeded to tell me the vehicle I was buying was mistakenly priced and everything we discussed before was in valid. It was a very shady experience all around. They seem like the stereotypical used car dealership. Absolutely would not recommend them .

I inquired about two vehicles for my wife and I. I offered to pay the asking price in full for a vehicle,
but the salesman/saleswoman insisted on running my credit repeatedly after stating that I wanted
to buy the vehicles outright - several times. Next, I was told someone put a deposit on one of the

Great inventory but the main receptionist is terrible. He answers every call, but puts every person on hold; you’re unable to ask any questions before he clicks and goes to the next person without warning. If you aren’t purchasing a car that specific day, it’s almost as if you’re deliberately ignored. Also, I had a planned visit to see a car but was told minutes before my arrival “they forgot to tell me, it’s been taken off the lot already”… a very weird sequence of events I wish I could chalk up to misfortune but definitely seems like dealership oversight!

Ridiculous. Immediately claimed the stated price is only applicable if you qualify for
numerous discounts. I would have to be a resident of Virginia, a veteran, a government
employee and a student to obtain the listed price, otherwise it's 6k more. Wouldn't
negotiate over the phone, insisting that I come to them first (a 5+ hour drive--no thanks
without a willingness to agree on a price beforehand). Shady at best, most likely a rip-off
outfit with excessive fees and questionable sales tactics.

I was looking to buy this car , $20,722 it says. I expected the typical fees and probably to end up paying around $22k out the door. I drove two hours out to get the car and was told the out the door price was nearly $29,000. This car is very clearly not worth that price and I hope to god no one pays that price for it.

just bought a 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML from CarGet Motors, and I have to say—it was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Very deceiving. Car listing was $13,800, at this time 4/1/25 it is $18,995 but when I spoke with the
finance guy at the front he told me it was $20,000 WITHOUT the $2000 dealership they insisted on. On
top of that while negotiating, they kept pressuring me to sign a form to finance the car without tell me
the final price. They didn't just persist once or twice but it was three times. There were 4 discounts
apparently: Military, Student, Virginia resident, and health care I believe. Each one was $2k off but they
don't mention it in the website other then "discounts may vary." Was very disappointed in the whole
situation and I got the price down to $17000 out the door price but was still not near the listed $13,800
on the website.

I contacted this dealership to buy this 2017 Lexus LS 460 AWD. I went to the dealership to potentially buy the car. The sales associates were helpful and nice enough. I thoroughly looked over the vehicle. It had several paint chips on the hood and rear bumper, the front tires were severely worn, and the back of the driver's seat was scraped and gouged (aside from normal wear and tear on the seats). When I spoke to the finance guy to negotiate the price, he he says, "I'm into this car for over $29K. Any dealership would charge you $27,750 for a trade-in. I'm looking to sell it for $31K. The price online is what we would sell it for, after all eligible discounts. You can't find another car like this for the price you want." OK. Who is eligible for "all" of your "discounts"? Why are you advertising a price you're not actually interested in selling it for, which is admittedly less than what you paid for it AT AUCTION (stated by the sales associate)? It was a complete waste of my time.

For a semi-luxury car this was a disappointment. I went to the lot. Car had multiple paint nicks on hood,
side. Had at least three different tire makes on it. I set up the visit two days in advance. The salesman
was courteous etc but the car was a disappointment. There was not full knowledge of the additional
packages on the car (executive vs Luxury vs Comfort for Audi). This is why I would never buy one sight
unseen online.

The price listed on cargurus is the "all discounts applied" price and they tried to tell us the actual list price was $19k for a 2012 odyssey with nearly 100k miles. A laughable sales tactic as this vehicle was worth about the car gurus price of $11555. They then came down on the price "just for us" but the "out the door" price on the vehicle was still $14.5k because of the dealer fee of $1750. When I asked via text ahead of time what the dealer fee is I was told "I'm not allowed to discuss numbers over the phone". In retrospect it's clear the text with "jasmin" was actually a bot, but this was never made clear and resulted in confusing information. I was also told numerous times they would have the vehicle ready for us to drive at our 11am appointment we scheduled 3 days in advance, when we got there the van was snowed in on another lot so we had to wait, it was dirty, and had a flat tire. After the test drive we waited an hour to speak to the sales manager. Would not recommend.
