The car was not detailed, and needed alignment. Dealers fees were $300 above average fees. Nice new dealer, car presentation was not good.

This dealership is amazing! Dan runs and owns this outstanding dealership in East Windsor. I didn’t believe the reviews until I met him. Entirely honest and genuine. No sales pitch, no lies, just a truly honest man helping people get reliable cars at affordable prices. No hassles and literally stress free experience. Walking in you can see and feel that this place and Dan are legit. I can honestly say I haven’t had a car experience where the owner is so honest about his cars. I bought a 2014 suburu outback in prestige condition. Amazing experience. If you are car shopping I strongly recommend going here first.

It was a pleasure to work with the salesperson (Pat); he was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I
had gone to look at had either been damaged in transport or while it was on the lot (perhaps a plow hit it?), and was
going to require cosmetic repairs. The Pre-Paid Inspection turned up a few issues, so I chose not to purchase that
particular vehicle, yet I would go back and work with Pat again. (I took a star off for finding the
undisclosed/unnoticed issues, yet I would go back there in the future).

CarFive is a no pressure car sales yard, if you are looking for a casual buying experience, this is it. I was given the keys to the car of my interest and left alone to test drive, walk around, crawl under and just sit in it without interfering salesmen.
I was disappointed on one factor: Before traveling almost 2 hrs., I did ask if the car had any obvious concerns mechanically & visually. Walking the car for any visual imperfections, a very obvious dent was found in the hood. It was very discouraging not to have been disclosed prior to my drive. No discount was offered for the imperfections which was offensive. I still went through with the purchase however because the car was in my working budget with no financing. I was impressed they offered a car for resale with a very good history report from CarFax and not try to peddle junk cars.
My salesmen "Andrew" was very pleasant and polite with his manners. The yard was small, tightly parked cars, but very tidy.

Had a great experience at CarFive. The customer service was very responsive and ready
to answer all my questions. They confirmed my car was available and we booked a test
drive. I was very convinced nobody would be able to get me financed, but they did! I
worked with Pedro. He was very professional, helpful and transparent regarding the whole
financing process. They made the car buying experience actually pleasant. I got my 4x4
and I'm very happy.

Such a scam. Purchased a car from this dealer and it failed inspection twice and they refuse to refund and will not cancel the deal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Such a dishonest business, I may the purchase with the manager and signed the purchase with another sales person, but when I went back for the second time after it failed second inspection neither the manager or the sales person was available they sent out a different sales person that I had never spoken with before.
Totally dishonest and an absolutely horrible experience.

Quality Jeeps? I think not. I paid $22,500 only 52 days ago and now it won't pass inspection. Tried to work it out. Was told this is used Jeeps. Buyer beware!

Nice and polite guys, they respond every questions
I purchased a great car with low miles and for a great price. The owner (Italo De Souza) was extremely friendly and helpful with the entire car-
buying process and even though he knew I had a lot of experience in how the process goes he still took the time to explain everything in
detail. This is a dealership that I will highly recommend to family and friends and I would definitely return to purchase another vehicle.

I bought a car elsewhere (advertised on cargurus). The salesperson who contacted me
was extremely polite and even offered to dive the car to my town so I could inspect it and
test dive it.
