Spoke to them over the phone. Car was not as advertised on car gurus- had no third row- basic stuff. But otherwise polite and attentive

This dealership was amazing. They were very responsive, eager to meet all of our needs and worked quickly to get us in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. They made a very fair offer, on our trade in vehicle, as well. Very pleasant experience from start to finish!
First off I looked at 2017 Ram night Edition it was orange before I drove down I asked a question if there's any rust or any problems that I was told no rust no problems, and I got there they were very friendly they drove the truck out had rust it was ticking real bad that paint was not just one color orange, I looked at it for about 10 seconds said thank you got in my car and left.

To clarify, we have not had a 2017 Ram Night Edition in orange in our inventory at our Nashua location. Additionally, all of our vehicles have detailed photo and video walk-arounds available directly on our website to ensure transparency before any customer makes the trip to visit us.

They had over 400 vehicles across all their locations for me to choose from. Everyone there was very friendly and not pushy.
We drove over 2 hours to buy a car from them because when speaking over the phone with one of their agents they said we could test drive
any car we wanted because they wanted us to be in the perfect car for us.

I thought that I could not trust the finance
department. They kept on calling me back
saying that I can get financed. To get me
back into the dealership. Then they tell me
thereâs a $2700 acquisition fee which no one
had mentioned to me before.I went to a
different dealership and got a one year
newer vehicle for less money and less
interest rate. With the same finance
company that Carla Used. I would never
buy a car there.. then they have their own
$800 fee on top of what you pay for the car?
The average for the state of New Hampshire
is $400. New cars are rolling in now so
market adjustment fees are going away
because the prices of used cars are falling.
