I tried to communicate multiple times over the course of 2 days, never returned my texts since the initial one. Vehicle was marked sold a couple days after getting zero responses. Never showed courtesy to say the vehicle was no longer available.

I wanted to buy this car, even though it had previously been deemed a 'total loss' but Gus never responded after I said I was on a fixed income. He also didn't seem thrilled about my previous 84 month payment plan. Not sure why any of that matters to him but an actual dealership was happy to sell me a 2023 black charger, because it is in my husband's name, I just pay the monthly payment. Gus didn't bother responding so I could explain that.
Ghosting someone who wants to buy something from you isn't a great look.
I probably won't waste my time talking to anyone online next time I need to buy a car, I'll just go straight to a dealership that has a car I like.
I'm hoping this site will actually stop emailing me now. Ive unsubscribed twice.

My experience with CarDome Auto Sales was extremely disappointing and felt intentionally misleading from the start. I came in fully prepared — I asked for straight numbers, a clean purchase agreement, and transparency so I could get the loan processed through my bank. Instead, I was met with inflated prices, padded fees, and a dealership that refused to send the proper documents I specifically requested multiple times.
The first red flag was that they sent me a bill of sale with an MSRP listed, which makes absolutely no sense because MSRP only applies to brand-new cars, not used vehicles. I asked them twice for an actual purchase agreement without all the extra dealer add-ons and mystery numbers, but they wouldn’t send it. Instead, they kept pushing the same incorrect documents.
I also asked them to run the correct Trackhawk (the red one), because that model year qualifies for a better interest rate through my bank. They ignored that request and ran

I was pleasantly surprised that they worked it out so I could get the best deal possible to fit my budget. Purchasing the vehicle has been
relatively smooth. Being out of state does prolong the process a bit but, overall, I'm happy with how things turned out. It's been about a
week and a half now and still waiting for the car to be delivered. Paperwork has taken some time to get done. The staff that I have delt with
has been very perfectional and helpful. I do recommend this dealership.

They turned selling cheaply repaired, formerly totaled vehicles into an actual business instead of doing it off of fb marketplace. They say
they bring the cars back to 100% and pride themselves on the reviews but I question if the reviews are paid for or bots bought from
somewhere. I called them an hour in advance after talking several times and still waited for 30 minutes while Gus did 10 other things before
they finally "got the car out."
They said the car was "sideswiped." The entire rear end had been ripped off previously. The new bumper was not fit on properly, nor did the
paint match. Also the paint was peeling. The front bumpers paint also did not match which is curious because I don't remember any
mention or pictures of front end damage. Odd. I didn't even drive the car after seeing it. It was dirty, along with the mentioned issues.
Walked away, seen too many of these.

Found a Cadillac XT4, on CarGurus, CarDome had the vehicle,
Guss, the salesman, was very professional, and accommodating.
The vehicle had to be shipped to Wyoming, done without issue,
he even arranged to purchase a vehicle from me, and have it

I brought the truck home, and two days later transmission went out. I really don’t believe there was any foul intent from the dealer, and even though I signed an AS IS paper, they still offered to cover the full rebuild of the transmission which is awesome.

Definitely Recommend this place, They have the upmost respect, they offered me food and water so I said why the heck not! So I ate with them and I really felt like I was with my family again because unfortunately I haven’t seen my family in many years and if you are trying to buy a used car from any dealers Luxury Motors Auto Sales is the dealer to go to because the make used cars look and feel like new. I called & they told me to come look at the car.
I get there & owner has it out for personal
use.... This was a Saturday. Monday they tell
me he still has it but tells me itâll be back
Tuesday & I can come test drive & purchase...
Tuesday morning itâs âsoldâ... Seems like they
take good cars for them selves & sell people
junk. Stay away. Very unprofessional. Wasted
my time but itâs cool. Staff was nice. Could
have communicated better though.

Amazing customer service! They delivered my vehicle to my house, they also changed my oil, gave me full gas tank and also full detailed my vehicle which was amazing. Very friendly staff. It’s was a very smooth car purchasing experience I highly recommend them.
