They really don't even get one star. Zero would be more like it. These people are very shady. Once they contacted me they kept contacting me several times by text. I finally went there on Oct 30th to see the vehicle. The sales guys are very young inexperienced guys. There were 2 that greeted me. All of the rest of the staff in the showroom were very nasty towards me. I felt very uncomfortable while shopping for a car. They tried passing a 2023 Chevy Malibu off as a clean car with low mileage. Read the ad. I drove the car and decided to put a deposit down to return the next day. The young sales guy said it was a one owner car, where someone changed their mind and sold it to them. I ran a Carfax report and this car has several issues, branded title, Mileage cannot be verified, had been in a front end collision, air bag deployed, has moderate damage to the front end. I called to get my deposit refunded after the salesguy failed to call me back. They still have not credited my deposit.

The worst dealer you could ever go to. They don’t honor the prices of their vehicles that they have on their websites and every other one. They will make you pay fees that are only them saying wow you didn’t go through us with financing we will make you pay more. And when you try to buy the vehicle for that price, hope no one else try’s to look at it because they will make you pay more because they can’t swindle you enough. I’m very upset with the service and communication with this place. Don’t even try and bother to go to them with any problems they will pretty much laugh at you and they will try to make
You pay them to get it fixed. Place is a joke with all non professional sales men and management. They don’t even have the decency to fix their own mechanics mistakes because he’s a rookie also. Shade tree auto is what the name should be. Don’t come here STAY AWAY FROM CARS 2 SELL

I drove a whole hour to see the car and when I got there they brought the car out and told me I couldn’t drive it because the engine light was on ! Told me that I would get a call back when the issue was resolved! Never got a call back

the finance guy is a snake. The car guru price was 20,900. They had the sticker price as 25,000. I was promised that they would honor the 20,900 price point. When I asked why the price was significantly higher on the paper work he rushed me and said “that’s because of fees”. After reviewing my paperwork clearly states that they charged me 22,895. This is a dishonest business, buyer beware!
