We made an appt to see a specific vehicle for the next day. They called to confirm the appt I had just made four times in the next six hours, and again the morning of, all this after I confirmed the appt online. Once there, and before looking at the car, our financing was processed. Super easy. When we finally got to see the car, they couldn’t sell it due to titling issues, so they showed us something else which was sub-par. We never saw the car we were interested in. No other options, nothing with wiggle room that would compare to what we were interested in that was near our budget. Waste of time. If they’d just told us they couldn’t sell the car, we wouldn’t have had to spend an hour in traffic each way for nothing. The car never should have been advertised at all.

I scheduled an appointment to see a gray Lexus GX 460 priced at a little more than $25k. When I arrived to see the car, the sales person went to get the car. He returned and proceeded to have a poorly rehearsed conversation with his colleague about the GX being on hold because a customer had already put a deposit down. I was told that I could look at another GX that was pretty much the same car. The car I was shown was silver, not gray and was not in the best condition like the website claimed that the gray one was in. I ended up just leaving due to the bait and switch. The original gray GX remained on their website for a few more days and they raised the price by 3k. I doubt they ever had the gray GX, it’s just used to get you through their door. Look elsewhere for a car folks unless you have time to waste and enjoy being frustrated.

I called about getting pre approved before I drove 3 hours to see the car got there and they never ran my credit check and the car looked nothing like the pictures the paint was horrible and the whole place was shady

Were easy to talk to

They have it listed at $29999, however they tacked on additional fees that I didnt think were justified outside of the processing fee that added another $1800. I wasnt happy with that and they stated they would remove one of the fees. They were accomodating but I think that is dishonest to not advertise those fees.

This was not what I expected. The sales person was very polite. But the sale manager was definitely a little pushy.

Photo shopped pictures advertised online. The vehicle condition in person was not good. The vehicle reeked of bad odor. Dealer explained vehicle would be in awesome condition once detailed. The time to detail the vehicle would be before it’s advertised or viewed by a potential buyer.

I hated car buying service, but with Car town they made it easy for me, so definitely will recommend other others to it. The salesman michael held my hand my hand through the whole process and the managers worked very hard and did very well at explaining everything to me. If you're looking for a great deal, price and car this is definitely the place to go to!!!! Overall I will definitely bring all my friends and family here with Car Town in the future!!

This was a horrible experience!!!!!! I live 2.5 hours away and was in sporadic daily contact for 3 days trying to set up and purchase. The price was an eyecatcher but then added $2600 in dealer fees that DID NOT include tax title etc. As soon as showed up trying to rush us in to sign papers without going over the car. Finally took test drive which was up the road couple miles and straight back. When got back he ran to door and said finance manager was waiting for us I said hold on we need to talk. The front tires had literal chunks out of them, the headlight and signals did not operate correctly AND no state inspection nor a reject. After talked about all issues then told me they can not legally sell a vehicle without state inspection I said you have had for 155 days, I have been talking to you for 3 days knowing I was coming up there is no excuse! I said its amazing been pushing us to sign and buy the car as soon as got here but now you "Can't" sell due to inspection.

Highly satisfied with their customer service, saw a car that I wanted, and they worked with me on pricing and financing and got me the numbers where I was comfortable paying monthly for the vehicle and low interest rate. Anyone looking for a vehicle make sure you check them out, they have a variety of vehicles. Big thanks to Car Town for making it happen.

I traveled from Atlanta to Manassas to see their 2014 Camry SE V6, only to find that the car wasn’t on the lot when I arrived. They were very communicative in the lead-up to my visit, but once I was there for two full days, communication became poor. I had to reach out, and I was given false information about the car’s location. I suspect the vehicle may have been damaged and couldn’t pass inspection for viewing. Overall, it was a huge inconvenience with no regard for my time and effort. I would advise caution before doing business with this company.

This car dealership is the worst I ever seen in my life. I drove over an hour to get there only to receive the same information they could have told me over the phone. They kept trying to fast-talk me like I never purchased a car before. I walked out when he told me that it's against the law to sale me a car that has not been inspected, but with all the fast talk, they must have forgotten they said the car is inspection right now and should be returning in about 30 minutes. I was told that information three hour before I arrived.
