The vehicle was way over priced and the owners didn’t want to come down any I would’ve paid 16500 maybe 17 k it’s had 3 owners been in accidents not worth 22k

Went over and seen the guys at Car Stars! Even though I didn't buy the truck that I went to look at, Ro showed me another great truck and I drove away in a nice 2019 Ram that night. Great place to buy. Super clean trucks

Hello good day. you must have misunderstood, we kept telling you that capital one doesn't have us in their system. This is why we asked you if you wanted to use one of ours. we accept any credit unions no problem. Cash or try one of our banks. capital one is not a credit union. didnt push you to do anything but you maybe didnt understand well. we apologize for the inconvinence.

Car Stars are direct to the point and they did not try any sale out of what I was requesting. Met the whole team even the owner and all were great people to work with. I bought the car drove
back home which was 5 1/2 hours away. No issues so far not even on the drive back.

Did it hesitate to send me the information on the vehicle that I was requesting and kept me updated on the new one it was good service
This dealership is awesome and all there cars are up to part and like showroom condition. All the staff are well polite and treat all their customers with the up most respect. Good and amazing staff that will make sure the car is perfect before you leave the lot and help explain stuff to first time buyers
Car was not clean enough to be shown! They had no knowledge of Maserati's. I was disappointed, especially with the drive I had to make.

Drove from Austin to see this 2010 Suburban based on Dan's comment they only carry high quality vehicles in top shape. The car was filthy inside, with food on the floorboard and spills on the interior molding. The heated seats did not work and the back tail light was broken out. They offered me $1000 for my 2004 Suburban as trade-in.

Went look at the brown Buick enslave the rear light was broken they had water on the inside console from the sunroof leaking.

Hello, I think you are confusing our dealership with another one. We don't have a brown Buick Enclave with a sunroof or a broken rear light. We only have one Buick Enclave and have not had any other brown ones recently, or ones with a sunroof. Please kindly remove this review. Thanks!
Vehicle shows completely different mileage from the Carfax. Showed half the actual mileage and the vehicle has never been seen as its in the shop for some weird leaks.

I am not sure why there is a discrepancy on the mileage between what is on the vehicle and what shows on the CarFax. We advertise the accurate miles for all of our vehicles to the very best of our knowledge. I wish you would reconsider your review. Do we really deserve only one star?

Truck was in decent condition. We came to an agreement on price and came back the following day to pay. However THEY SOLD THE TRUCK OUT FROM UNDER ME! They contacted me throughout the day to get the paperwork ready and even told me the detail was done. No one said anything until I drove he back to the shop. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Dealer was very nice and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle did not start
up and smelled "wet and musty". The overall experience was OK.
