Klint was terrific! Very nice salesman who helped in every way. I saw the car on Monday and drove it home on Tuesday. It could not have been easier, and I love my new ride!

Klint was an honest salesman. Told us everything about the condition of the used vehicle we purchased to the best of his knowledge. Klint allowed us to test drive over the weekend when I asked if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection (PPI).
A minor detail needed attention and Klint voluntarily took care of it. All the required state and DMV registration were done by Klint in a timely manner. The plates arrived a few days later and I just received the clear title in the mail this afternoon.
It has been some time since buying from a used car dealer, if the occasion arises again I will surely go to Klint at Car Pros! Best car buying experience I have had in years.

Should be no stars. I contacted them for pictures and information. Was told couldn't as was in shop. I asked for this when available. They wanted me to come in just for a trade in value. Since I live an hour away, said no, as I would like to see truck, test drive, etc all at once. Makes sense as what if truck didn't pass inspection and wasn't available. I was now told it sold a week ago. That would be the SAME DAY, THE FIRST DAY it was listed on car gurus, the SAME DAY I contacted them first thing in morning. The same day I was told it takes 3-4 days to be shop and would not be available. Right. Definitely lied to.

The team at Car Pros were both friendly and respectful to work with. I found a Subaru I loved there and they helped me make a dream a reality. They were very responsive to any concerns I had, and even helped remedy a couple of small cosmetic detail issues I had with the vehicle. I never felt pressured, and they were very personable which eased a lot of stress of mine. They offered me a fair trade in for my previous vehicle, which was the cherry on top of a great car buying experience! I will definitely by recommending Car Pros to friends and family in the future!!

We werent able to get a vehicle due to financing but these guys were absolutely amazing. Dylan was so kind and helpful and they went above and beyond to try and help us. Once our credit is back on track we will definitely be back!!!!!

Called ahead to check out the vehicle, to make sure it was in stock and
available, was assured it was. The same day as the call, we drove more than
an hour to this dealer only to find they had lent it out to a customer and it was
not available for an inspection and test drive. A wasted trip and in my opinion
extremely unprofessional.
