This dealership use BOTS to filter initial messages. Unfortunately, BOTS do not understand very simple requests - like an email with a CARFAX. Shortly after that you get what they call a “hybrid” BOT/personal interaction. Again, mostly BOT and no CARFAX. Then a sales person engaged and pressed for a time I could visit the showroom by text multiple days in a row. If you want personal assistance and/or know exactly what you need to see or know to make a decision, you’re probably better served going somewhere else.
They told me the vehicle was available, ran my credit for approval , then came back to tell me the cat was not available. They had another one however it was not ready and couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. Lack of communication from Marco. After I was approved they can back only to tell me that SS# was wrong and needed to be verified.

I called about a car listed on the site and was told that it was the cash payment but it didnt include the mandatory 2000 dollar warranty they make you get. Then when I wanted to come see the vehicle and inquired on the transmission all of a sudden the vehicle was gone and they asked me about what other vehicles I might be interested in. Weird and shady.

Really enjoyed chatting with Vincent. I didn't end up accepting his offer on the car we were selling, but he spent lots of time with me looking through the show room. Very grateful for the time he took when he could have been doing other things.
They responded by email and maybe a phone call but I was switching phones in between so that's okay, but that's a little pricey per the and other comparison's. And with I believe a text or email stating come by and see them well if they hadn't looked carefully. I live 80 mi away and can't just drop by but so is life. People make mistakes but that's okay

Vincent is AMAZING!
Love this place.
Was a cash buyer and making a deal with Michelle, when suddenly someone else took over, informing me
that every used car they sell comes with an "Elite Package" for the price of just $1999, but he would give
me $500 off. I told him the only thing elite about that package was the commission he would make off of
it, and that I wasn't interested in the package. That was the end of the discussion, he wanted nothing to
do with selling me a car, and was more interested in selling me a BS package.
Car was no longer available but George was awesome for we moved on to the next choice. I was so expecting to be assisted by George at the dealership but were assigned to another person at the dealership who was not personable at all! We suffered through the ordeal and eventually took our new car home! George willingly helped us out a few times during a few problems. The others need a little help in the people department. The second highlight was the pleasant beauty of the building and, thirdly was the amazing collection of luxury vehicles.

They did initiate a phone call after my online inquiry. So I gave them my Social Security number and a photo of my ID, this is on a Sunday. The gentleman said he would get back to me in 20 minutes, but never called me back at all ever. He got my information and then never called me back. That bothered me. Made me wonder if that was a scam, but apparently the business does exist in Portland, Oregon.
Bought a 2020 Cadillac Escalade that was advertised as 1 owner and no wrecks. Had been sitting outside and was dirty. Was detailed and when we got home after further inspection the vehicle had been wrecked and color doesn’t match. Connected dealer via text and phone call and no response.
Lesson to anyone inspect the vehicle closer from this dealership.

This was a miss understanding and matter has been resolved and customer agreed to remove the review.
Contacted me about a vehicle I had inquired about and was ready to drive the 6+ hours to get it but was told that it was getting “major repairs” and would not disclose to me what it was and only told me the price would increase significantly after getting this “major repair.” Seemed a bit strange to me and deterred me from doing business with them further

The dealer was very responsive and provided all the details I asked for. I was a cash buyer. The GarGuru advertised price was NOT the real
price. CarPlace had a mandatory add-on for Waypoint GPS for $1999. they refused to remove it, They lowered the price some but would not
remove the option. This is tracking software with nice consumer options that I don't need or want and this was a cash sale. I walked away.
My car buying experience at Car Place Dallas went exceptionally well. Moe Salem was a great communicator and help, aid, and assisted me through the process effortlessly. Which was important to me because I live in Phx, Az. I would recommend Car Place Dallas to anyone who prefers great service and very nice reasonably priced vehicles. Thanks again Moe, you're the man.
