Horrible experience Sales person (Luis) not on site. Worked remotely Said vehicle was available per text at 2:30 that day. Drove four hours to see it and it was not there Turns out salesman on site said vehicle went to auction that morning. Tried to sell is something we didn’t come for. Would not recommend dealership to anyone

Very quick to respond and helpful

Stay away from this dealership. They will scam you and play gangster with you. No transparency, they don't even want to give you copy of your signed documents for the purchase of the car. Awful experience! They will press you to say yes to the bank for everything then when you realize that the car ain't working properly, they will send you away and say that they already got their money, they don't care.

Dealer ghosted me after the sale send 2 emails 4 texts and called 8 times over the past week and a half after the sale. I just want the warrantee policy number that I paid for because the heat quit working

Spoke with sales manager on Friday. Asked if I needed to provide deposit. Said no. Called Monday. Said someone made a deposit Saturday afternoon.

Dealership responded and an agreement was reached, however, upon arrival to complete the paperwork, the dealership refused to honor the agreed upon deal and attempted to increase the vehicle’s price. The customer traveled from 3 hours away and incurred cost due to the dealership’s false promises, done so, seemingly, to get the customer into the dealership and apply emotional sales tactics without consideration to the customer.

These are scammers ! This is by far the worst car dealership I’ve dealt with in over 40 years! They’ve been stringing me along for 6 days straight with empty promises like “we’ll start the process today,” “we’ll call you back,” “everything is ready”—and nothing ever happens. To make it worse, the price listed online was $39,900, but when you actually show up, the real price jumps by about 25% with hidden fees and made-up charges. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. It feels like their only goal is to waste your time or lure you into the dealership under false pretenses. This is not just unprofessional—it’s downright dishonest. Total lack of respect for the customer. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place. Complete scam operation.

After multiple texts and conversations, the dealer checked on financing for me. They initially told me it could be as low as 3.49%. With my FICO score of 836, I was shocked when they came back with 8.9%. I was able to secure financing through Bank of America at 5.99% but when I reached back out to the dealer, they gave me a purchase price of $6000 higher than what was listed on their website and on Cargurus. They gave me a convoluted explanation that the $6000 "discount" posted on the vehicle listing was actually based on a down payment, and was part of the total purchase price. Misleading and really bad business. I'll find a car elsewhere. NOT EVER RECOMMENDED.

Be careful when you give them a permission to run your credit. It's not a soft inquiry as they tell you. It's a hard inquiry and it will effect your scores immediately. Very unpleasant experience with pushy, unprofessional employees asking for your credit report before they answer any questions about the car you came there for. They don't discuss or answer your questions over the phone, they make you go there hoping they would hook you up in their "deal". Very poorly run and disorganized place. No privacy for discussing anything at this place including sharing your personal information, you pretty much sit at the entrance door with everyone around. We did not feel comfortable at this place at all and would not purchase a car from them.

Good prices althought the cash and finance proces were different which i didnt know before i showed up, but I didn't ask either. Everyone working there was friendly and sales staff wasn't pushy when I was on-site. Robert, their sales manager has been helpful after the sale answering my questions that have come up.

When I arrived to our appointment that they set for me, the truck was in the shop (so they say). Then they tried to sell me a different truck. I told them to contact me when the truck got out and they never did.
