Warning, read this before going to buy a car here. I was extremely disappointed when I came to try to buy a car here. The prices you see on the website are not real. The prices that are crossed out are not the discount, but rather what you will pay for the car if you finance it with them. However, they don't indicate that on their website. Additionally, the quality of the cars is subpar. There are cars being sold with damaged tires, incomplete lug nuts, signs of corrosion on the rims, and evident paint issues. These cars were clearly purchased directly from the auction to the dealership without undergoing a proper inspection by a certified mechanic. Furthermore, it's important to note that their website mentions a vehicle cleaning fee and other charges that are already included in the car's price, making it impossible to dispute them. These are the hidden charges notorious for this dealership. REMEMBER TO READ THE INFAMOUS FINE PRINT THAT NO ONE WANTS TO READ BUT NO ONE WOULD WANT TO

BUYER BEWARE! I tried to buy a vehicle at their list price only to be told they had to add an additional $1200 recondition fee on TOP of the standard tax title and doc fees. Online advertisers should stop partnering with shady dealers like this who pull lowball/bait-and-switch garbage!

Initially, there were some concerns with CarLoft. However, they made a good-faith gesture to help cover part of the cost of fixing a safety issue (breaks) with our 300C that was discovered while driving it home off the lot. Our local dealer said the car was in great shape and we got a nice car (once the breaks are fixed) The car only has 65K miles and we are super happy with it. Thanks Theo, you've been great to work with!

they need to be a little more updated with the networks I drove 1-30 to come see the car but it was already sold and 1 day before I had been talking to the dealer representatives be serious please

Very attentive responded immediately, answered all my questions, ended up buying S550 I am loving it. They have great verity check them out I will highly recommend.

Theo touch bases via phone after request for info was sent. Drive two and a half hours for a dirty be home that smelled. Luckily doors where unlocked no salesman came out nor could we get help left the lot terrible service and Mislead me on condition of the Tahoe

The car I wanted to see was parked in behind 7 other cars, and the associate had no interest in getting it out so I could drive it. The car had not been started or driven in months, according to the associate, and backfired when I started it.

I was told the car was clean and in good condition. Only after driving for an hour and a half to view it did I discover that the vehicle was in horrible condition.

visited dealership during a snow storm and was unable to evaluate the vehicles nor the dealership. Representative spoken to was promised to have someone contact me to address some issues/concerns I had with a particular vehicle but no one has followed up.

Most expensive car on my list and the thing was rusted to hell, engine wasn't even close to clean and extremely corroded, and the salesman basically just stood there asking if I wanted to take a test drive. No thanks.
