I came to check out the car today and was very impressed with not only the condition but the price as well. They let me take it for a test drive and I thought it performed well. I was ready to buy! When I returned, a lady working behind the desk instantly started accusing me of kicking the car at Ace Hardware. She asked me who I was with and what we were doing, and why I kicked the car. She then found a random dent on the car and accused me of making the dent. It was only after I told her that I didn't do anything to the car, and that there is no way I made that dent, that she started to retract her accusations. She literally walked me off of the lot. I asked her some questions just to be nice, but it's clear she does not know how to communicate in a non-confrontational matter. She accused me instead of asking, and that instantly made me want to leave. The man that accompanied her seemed to be more level headed, and did not accuse or question me.
