My overall experience with this place is not good. I have a $10,000 thousand dollar down payment and they didn't want to work with me. It looks like a good vehicle and in good condition but they lied to me from the beginning and they lackied communication really bad. So I would not buy anything from this place.

Price started $9975. $ 1900. Added to insure quality, filfty inside ,barely Inspectable tread on tires , 2codes on dash,& plus no plate bracket ,would have made this trk uninspectable. Guess that why there's no reciept of inspection, promised Great truck upon Delivery, NOT AVOIDING ISSUES

They were very nice and helpful. They were busy on the days I was trying to buy a car through them. They responded to my call and messages. Remotely buying a car is more time consuming in terms of waiting. I understand that physical consumers are in front of them but my time is also important.

If I could give lower than a 1 I would! Things started out fine, but then the day before I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, the "finance manager" lied to me when I called to talk to the sells person! He told me that the vehicle was no longer for sale, which is not the truth as it is still listed, then they started avoiding my calls and emails! They would not honor the "Deal Summary" that was emailed to me! And talked to me like I was an idiot when I stated that if they wanted a down payment that the amount needed to be deducted from the original price because I was not going to pay that money in the loan and also in cash. They wanted to keep the loan amount at the amount of the vehicle, fees, taxes, and processing, but still wanted a cash down payment that would not reflect as being paid anywhere! TOTALLY DISHONEST!

Recently on CarGurus I indicated interest In a vehicle. I appreciated the quick response from the owner Christopher. I asl appreciated the prompt response from Kayla the Internet Director. I was assigned a sales person Stanley who also reached out to me rather quickly. Kayla and Stanley seemed very flexible and accommodating regarding my schedule. The staff here are amazing they will get you into a vehicle. But-check your vehicle closely. Love my truck- but couldn’t possibly pass a state inspection, but did. I was in too much of a hurry. Stan will do everything necessary to get you into a car. Thanks.

Contacted dealer on a Saturday. Sent attached pre approved financing certificate which shows the vehicle. Received text for setting up a time to drive. Told salesman I was currently working on another financing company. What times are available? Okay great! I said I'd text when on way. Play it by ear. No problem. Look forward to working with you. Text on Sunday, drive to dealership to find out the vehicle was sold the night before. To place a hold, a deposit is required of $500. I could have given $1000 but nothing was mentioned. Salesman then sends me a text his mom is in town not working today. Like he didn't know that yesterday? Then tried to play off that he thought I wanted the red one. When it was black and he had even said that one is a nice truck in good condition. After telling him I sent certificate showing the vehicle...that pretty much let him know I wasn't falling for his BS. Guess he lost a sell. Dealer lost a customer. Plus, put my husband and I in a difficult place.

I bought the car. It was a good experience, except I let myself get talked into a limited warranty that I probably did not need and the dealer processing fee was a little on the high side. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Car needed so much work and they were not willing to drop price any. Has oil leak. Needs brakes and rotors and calibers. Wiper motor and hard to tell what else. Do your research and check the vehicles before buying from them!!

They gave me an appointment for Sunday August 23, I drove an hour to get to their dealership and when I arrived they told me the car wasn’t available and asked me to wait an hour or come back tomorrow. My family and I drove around for an hour and returned only to find out they still did not have the car and could not even find the keys to the car. We spent 3 hours back and forth for no reason.

There is a reason this dealership receives poor reviews on this website. I contacted them about a truck I wanted to purchase. I asked them for pictures of the under body because I live a good distance away and I did not want to travel all the way there for a truck that was rusted out. I let them know up front that I was very interested in this vehicle, and that if it was not rusted out, I would be purchasing the truck. A week later, and I still have not received the photos from the dealership, after calling multiple times, and being told, "He's sending them right now", "You should be receiving them shortly." Do not waste your time on a dealership that will not give you their time in return. it is not worth saving a little money on a deal.

The salesperson originally said he would get you the pictures, however he did not realize the truck was still in the re-conditioning phase. When he did realize it, he let you know that he would get you photos as soon as it was ready. We would never purposely try to deceive, however we are behind right now in getting our vehicles read for sale because of the skeleton staff we had from March until the middle of May. PSA!!!!! People please proceed with CAUTION these people are a scam! I requested information on this Green 2003 Toyota Highlander. They were very prompt in returning my call. I was told to set an appointment with a salesman by the name of Doc. I made my appointment and also brought along my bestfriend who was also in search of a vehicle. Doc assured me that I would be able to see and test drive the EXACT vehicle in the pictures. Well when I arrived they had some beat up raggedy green Toyota Highlander on the lot with ripped up seats and nothing but filth inside. Doc supposedly went to get keys to the Vehicle. I immediately went to the pics in my phone and said no this is not the vehicle I requested to see. Some other guy came outside claiming to be “like a Manager” he said quote on quote! He had a bald head with a accent. I didn’t even bother to get his name because at this point I was LIVID! I drove for 1 hour after getting off from work only to walk into a mess! DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible service sat there 4 hours after a 2 hour drive and finally had enough and left!! Very bad communication with them!! And after I was going to go back they still delayed things I told them I want driving that far again to wait!! Then told me issues with vehicle I wanted and said they wanted more money to fix it!!

I had difficulty contacting anyone when I called the number listed in their email. Hasan did respond. I was attempting to arrange to see the car in question on Saturday. I was finally told that the car I wanted had been sold, but they had “other similar ones available”. I wanted to see that one in particular. It continued to show as available, which made me wonder if it was just being used as bait to get people to come in so they could show them other cars....

Dealership contacted me and was good in responding to communication. However, when I called to come by and see the vehicle and possibly take it for a test drive it was not available. I had previously provided a 3 day window when I would be in the area and they never mentioned previously that it would not be available during that time. Not a huge deal but not great either, hence the 3 stars.

The guys were great on a personal level, however they pulled a bait-and-switch on me. Im in the rebuild stage for credit, which is why I was surprised when they told me that I was approved for a $7900 4Runner with $1500 cash down. I asked the salesman, Brian, three times if he was sure because I’d be driving up from Hampton Roads. He assured me I was. Soooo we get there and the deal they offer me is $404 per month with an ADDITIONAL $1000 down, after I had driven 2.5 hrs to get there based on what Brian the salesman told me. This was at 22% interest meaning that after 48 months I would have paid $20k on a car worth (now) $7400. When I got up to leave they were able to knock my monthly down to $290, but I was so irritated by the shady factor that I refused to sign. And they really do put the pressure on you. Additionally, the friends who came with me test drove a deceptively nice white Jetta, and the car died twice about half a mile from the lot.

There's some truth to this review, however this is only a small portion of our customers who need "Tons of Cash Down". If you're trying to buy a $15,000 car with only $500 down & you have some major challenges with your credit, there's no dealership who's going to take that chance. I'm completely honest & will tell you not everyone will be approved on every car. We do have 100% approval for every customer but it's not on every car.
