Didn't answer my question about the extent of damage to the Forester, also the car is listed on both Car Gurus and Car fax. One lists in the description it has Nav, and remote start, the other has no mention of either Nav. or remote start in dealers ad.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I had filled out the credit application I had kept calling because they do not call you. The finance manager was always on breaks for hours at a time. I had confirmed my appointment to fill out paper work to buy the car when I got to the dealership they had just sold the car even they I called an hour and 30 minutes before I got there to confirm the car was still there. Not once did they tell me to leave a deposit, I called them 19 times in the spand of 2 days and they couldve informed me before I drove 3 hours. Horrible dealership extremely unprofessional staff and disrespectful. save your time and money.

The car is in good condition, the people are nice and friendly. However the car was not cleaned when I went to pick it up. I wasn’t pleased with how it looked when I came to get it. A nice car wash would of been nice.

Car City staff were easy to work with, provided repeat test drive opportunities, answered my questions without hesitation or excuses, zero pressure with no hard selling. I purchased a great car at a great price. Both Gus and Wally, my sales person, were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

Not responsive, They held my car for 8 days after I bought it. I drive it for one day and the check engine light came on. It was supposed to be an one day Job and they had it for three days. To make matters worse, I got it back with a dent. I don’t not recommend this place of you are a hard working person and have dignity where you spend your money.

After a few days they contacted me to tell me car was available. I asked about a no contact test drive and they said to stop by during business hours. Nothing more said. Out of state dealer , not wanting to travel an hour to see how they would handle that scenario during a pandemic.

We test drove the vehicle and were interested in purchasing. We live 90+ minutes away. I called them three separate times to discuss the car, they were always too busy to talk right then and were going to call back. Never once did they call back. I do not recommend!

I family highly recommend visiting Car City to find the "perfect" car.

They Told me We couldn’t test drive unless we bought the car and sealed the deal first ... service engine light was on and they were not trying to explain why it was on. The lady told me “well it is a used car ... “. Personally I wouldn’t trust them. Soon as we walked in, the guy wants us to sign papers without even giving us a chance to talk numbers first. Engine light was not shown on the picture for the 2012 Infiniti g37x (black one). Normally I don’t do reviews but this dudes ego and attitude made me do it. Girlfriend was looking forward to buying the car in whole, cash!

When I first arrived, I was greeted by a salesman, and the car i was there to look at. No name greeting? Which was kindve weird, but went with it. Anyway, I loved the car and bought it. By the time I got it inspected, I was informed the rear tail lights were full of water, and they needed to be replaced. I contacted Car city 3 times where the same guy answered and seemed like he was in too much of a rush to actually connect me with the owner. It's now been over a month and 7 different phone calls and I'm about done with the situation. Just kindve stinks to buy a used car then having to fork over well over a grand for tail lights because no one there can contact one of their customer that had an issue. **Update** added another star since this was taken car of. However, both rear caliper slides seized within 6 months of owning the car which had "brakes replaced" upon delivery, which tells me they replaced pads, maybe rotors, and didn't properly grease the slide pins.

I could not have asked for a better deal. I brought my mechanic friend and the car was spotless and in impeccable condition. They changed the tires on the house and even fixed the sensors. The owner came up to us in person before we picked up the car which was so professional. They also double as mechanics so you can bring your car in for regular maintenance. I personally even love the dealer sticker on the car haha.

A non-pressure experience and I was able to examine multiple vehicles and start and test drive each giving me the valued time need to make a judgment on the car I finally purchased from this dealer, I found the dealer to have been very meticulous with the paperwork and getting the car detailed before I left the lot. Great Looking Cars and Nice Sales People That Go Above Beyond to Help Each Person!

Gus, the owner of Car City is beyond professional. I drove two hours to come and look at a 2007 VW Beetle and it was more than what I expected. They have a huge variety of cars and the lot is neat and the cars are well taken care of. Gus answered any questions we had about the car let us take it out for a drive around the area. At the end of the day I decided that this was the car for me and we went to his office to seal the deal. The car needed a new ABS sensor which isn’t a major fix and Gus told us that they already had the sensor coming and they would install it for me for no extra cost. I went to go look at the car on a Monday and it was done and ready by Wednesday. I went back on Saturday to go and pick it up. Just as promised the ABS sensor was fixed, a safety inspection was done to make sure everything was how it was suppose to be, checked my brakes and even did an oil change. They even filled my gas tank the day I picked it up. A smooth and wonderful experience purchasing.

Helpful, got me into the car I wanted. Even worked with the bank to get financing with less than perfect credit situation. Recommend.

Went there to buy this 2008 infiniti g35x sedan and i should say my experience was a 100%....David helped me in what i needed help with, also got to test drive, he made sure everything i wanted to be done will be done...I’m in the process paying down on this car and he told me don’t worry it will be marked as sold its all mine, i just need to bring the rest of the money and i can drive out of there with it

I ended up buying the 2007 arcade very nice truck. It was exactly as the pictures clean, ready for test drive, and the sales rep PHIL is a nice pilot guy he held the truck for me until i was able drive 3 1/2 hrs from N.Y. although there was patental buyers willing to pay cash in the mean while.
