Great customer service

I called the dealer the night before and stated my interest in the car, since it was close to closing time for them I decided to go when they opened the next morning. The next day before they even opened I got a call from them saying they have good news and bad new, bad news the car I wanted sold the night before, good news they have another that was more expensive but a model level up. When I arrived at the dealership one tire was flat the car had scratches all over it and had melted plastic parts and was absolutely filthy. The care had a few thousand miles less but was not worth what they were asking. The dealer even went as far as saying buy it so you don’t lose out and we’ll fix those thing later.

Madj was great with information on the Jeep and easy processing the sale.. I received the jeep with in a week, delivered.

Great! He responded quickly to tell me the car had been sold—I was sad! He offered other cars but my daughter wasn’t interested in them.

The dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry. The vehicle was is great condition. The car was ready to test drive as soon as we got there. They had excellent customer service. They answered every question my family could ask even my kids who are 5 and 8 years old. I had a great experience.

He was a bit rough to deal with. All though I'm pre-approved he said he doesn't except there financing and I would have to go through there financing company. What difference does it make as long as they get paid unless they are are getting a kick back from them. Although I like the truck I think I will stay away from them.

Traveled an hour to test drive a Dodge Pick up only to find out it had an engine leak and several things not working as well that were not detailed in vehicle description. I wouldnt have wasted my time if I had known full details.
