The overall experience was great I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and was in and out in no time the customer service is above and beyond what I expected the only problem I had was that the financing price from car choice was different from the prequalification I got from CarGurus

Amazing service. I came to this dealership to look at a 2014 Audi A4, with not very high hopes due to the fact that I just turned 18, have ghost credit, and have no ID, but let me tell you, the staff here took the wheel and worked miracles to help sell me this car, worked around some very difficult circumstances and were just fantastic with working on getting me this car. 100/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone who needs a new car.

They did not honor the price reduction of the Durango Limited from $5900 to $4900. They dragged out the sale, when we got there we saw why, they are very busy and a $5000 sale wasn't top priority. I bought it anyway. It was exactly what we were looking for. It has rusted our spots in several locations. I am an auto-boat restorer and auto-boat custom painter. The Durango Limited was super clean inside and runs like a new car, has 20 inch custom wheels and tires ( new). I will spend another $1000 to $1300 and have a $13,000 vehicle. Would I deal with them again? No, unless the price and vehicle presented itself again. They are terrible at customer service!

Awesome service from the crew at Car Choice!

Called the day before to make sure the car was still available and informed them that I was going to be there to buy it the next day and 30 minutes before I arrived I called to let them know I was almost there and they had sold the car already which wouldn’t be an issue if I hadn’t already driven over 80 miles just for them to sell it without even letting me know. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was friendly but the vehicle wasn't detailed and the vehicle wasn't ready to go.

Initial contact with dealer point of contact came relatively quickly. I then asked via text message about pricing and if a specific price was okay. Twelve hours later there was no response. I texted again, got a reply and was told the price was okay but a power steering pump needed to be put in. I asked to be notified when it was done so I could make the four hour drive to see the vehicle. Agent agreed. Ten days later, still waiting...

The only response I received from the dealer was 'This car has been sold'. Dealer made some reference to the effect 'if we run across any more of these we will let you know' Not quoted but close.

The car was not ready for a test drive due to mechanical problems BUT The guys there where very helpful and easy to deal with when messaging back an forth.

Not a good experience, the one thing I will give them is that they didn't dodge calls. Was in contact with Carl and another salesman for about 2 weeks wanting to see the 06 Impreza wrx they had up for sale. First time they said it was ready I showed up and it wasn't even on the lot, it was in the shop for an exhaust leak. However, they said it would be ready the following tuesday. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I call Carl before heading over, he says it's all good, I show up the following Tuesday and the car is on the lot. Except oh wait it doesn't run, after literally telling me "all our cars here run you don't have to worry about that." Tldr don't be an idiot and waste your time with these guys like I did.

Very fast response seemed good get to the dealer and the truck is just not up to par they said it had 130,000 it had over 165,000 was kind of in bad shape so maybe don't expect what you're going to see
