Sam A. was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me in assisting me with getting the vehicle that I wanted. This dealership is excellent and everyone was very professional. The service was the absolute best I’ve had in a long time and I got the vehicle that I wanted.

Awesome looking car but not what I'm looking for.

They are not interested in making a sale didn't answer questions about vehicle, instead handed me a paper and walked away.

I arranged with a salesperson to visit the dealership to check out the vehicle with an intention to purchase it. I called to confirm that I was on my way. After driving almost an hour and a half to get there, when I arrived the salesman told me the vehicle had been sold! Needing a car, I found and bought another vehicle there. The salesman then promised me he would deliver the car to my home the next day. He made the same promise for the next two days, always finding some excuse (including rain) not to deliver the car. Only when a manager intervened did I eventually get the car I'd paid for.

This dealer is irritating. When I contact them about the car. I told him what day I was coming, they called me 4 times. Three different people asking when I was coming. I told them I'd be there before they closed. There was no reason for three different people to call me. I got there saw the car, it does not look like what the pictures show. It has faded paint. It ran rough. And in my book the car is not worth more than $2,500. It needs a lot of work. Just did not like the calling and irritating. I almost did not go. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. The sales person that came out and saw me did not know his job. Very inexperienced. Didn't know nothing about the car. So in the future I will never send anybody to their dealership. Very poor.

I had been looking for a Lexus LS 430 for a while, they had one on their lot, but the price was a little higher than the other 3, I test drove 2 out of the other 3, and found out that the reason their cars were cheaper was that they were abused. So I decided to stop by car choice, I called and set up an appointment and when I got there, I saw the car parked right up front, with the AC on, My salesman had made the car with black leather seats very comfortable to test drive, I went on a test drive and fell in love with the car. I ended up buying my car that day, even though it was a bit more than the other cars, but the fact that this vehicle had been taken cared for by the previous owners and the great service I received from this dealership. I have already recommended this dealership to a buddy of mine and he is also happy, and I'm gonna continue doing so

The car buying experience here was less than what is appropriate when looking for a new to you used vehicle. The particular car had been sitting on the lot for a year and had not moved. Even the salesman said only one other family had looked at the vehicle in that time frame. Said they could fix things "cheap" if the car was purchased. The cash offer was more than 3/4 value of the car. And still no dice. The kbb/nada information for this vehicle stated the value of the vehicle way lower than asking price but they didn't want to play ball. The manager is a rock, not wanting to negotiate unless on his terms, even offered to meet in the middle for a mutually beneficial price and left empty handed. Unfortunately I feel this company generally only deals with those in less than optimum circumstances as far as credit and finances goes. They even stated that I should put less cash down so I could finance more so they could make more money. I would recommend another dealer.

Over all I love the vehicle, but I feel like I got played over charged, and played he didn't disclose the information about the processing fee just talked about paying the taxes got the and got smacked with realization! Overall I wouldn't recommend them to my friends
