Great communication! Awesome family-run business, helped us with every question and walked us easily through the purchase of our Hummer. We came from a distance and it was well worth the trip. Very straightforward and knowledgeable, kind and friendly, efficient, helpful, great customer service. Really love the car and feel we got a good deal.

I felt this dealer was extremely honest with everything including my trade in value. No hidden transactions, no funny business, professional. These values go far with me.

The truck we went to look at reeked of cigarette smoke, there was trash and used masks in the backseat, the window of the truck had a large chip in because of where they parked it, and the one employee was incredibly rude. When we test drove the truck, there was a check engine light on. I took it to AutoZone right down the road and found that it has a misfire on one of the spark plugs and something else with ignition source. Dealer didn’t seem to care. Most certainly will never buy from them again.

People are nice to deal with. Good car prices. Cars though are largely as they receive them. They're not always cleaned inside and out properly. Have not gone under any basic maintenance in preparation for new buyers. But again we did receive a very good deal for what we got. In conclusion satisfied and would recommend

I do not recommend this dealer. They are either dishonest or incompetent. They don’t answer phones and you can’t leave messages. I wish I had never bought this vehicle from them. They went back on every verbal agreement we had. Unprofessional in every interaction I had with them. My first time at the dealership to see a car I made an appointment for I was greeted by a guy in a wife beater sleeping under a tree out back. They weren’t prepared for our appointment and I had towait quite some time to see the car. I liked the car except for a few minor problems. the manager, wanted to fix the problems rather than negotiate on price. He promised me that he would hold the car without a deposit while he fixed the problems yet called later that night and demanded one. He deceived me about some of the repairs made which I didn’t figure out until after I paid for the car. Dodged me for the next month not answering or returning calls. Terrible experience all around.

I still need to go pick up my vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. Thus far they have been awesome to work with, particularly Alex.

My experience was wonderful. They were very friendly, but not pushy. They very knowledgable spent a lot of time with me going over all the details in the car. They made the paperwork quick and simple. I also got a great deal. I would highly recommend them.

Andy was very helpful when I bought my tahoe. He immediately set up an appointment, let me test drive the car, and let me treat it like it was my own. I stated the pros and cons of the vehicle at the time and he was more than helpful! I definitely recommend Car bargain.. very polite and friendly people!
