Sales staff Sam, Austin and Marry made me visit thrice in snow and miscouted the price, assuring that there is no hidden charges, and finally when I was there to pick car and for payment, they charges of $ 4999 and $ 500 plus registration plus tax.
I enquire about the hidden charges, with a sarcastic smile I was told that everyone knows there will be charges.

Classic bait and switch dealership. I was already pre approved and ran the credit check online for this car and was ready to go in and sign under those terms. First off, the price was $2000 higher in person but they’re willing to honor the online price, gee thanks! After a test drive I’m told that this car is a cash only purchase and no financing is available, but they’re willing to sell me a car that costs 2x this one with “good terms”. I left after a brief, lane sales push by the manager. Do better please! I had fully intended on doing future business here if this interaction had went as it should have.

I started my search on Friday and was contacted by Sam Yahyaev a couple of minutes later. I am in CT so I was unable to make the drive
down to view the car in person. On Saturday Sam took his time to facetime me and go over every inch of the vehicle, (2022 Chrysler
Pacifica). He got his whole team together, including the finance team and by the end of Saturday the deal was done. The very next business
day, (today) Sam called and told me that my vehicle was being delivered to me in Connecticut later this afternoon. I could not have asked for

I just came to check a couple of trucks, and I really liked the RAM 1500. I didn't have enough cash to purchase but they suggested me to put
deposit so that I could reserve it. I got the full cash in a week and came back to get the truck. The process was good, didn't take that much.
This is my second car from Car2Sell. I recommend Car2Sell, btw They are giving up to 1000$ discount on every car this month

My overall experience with the dealer was good. I am from PA and Purchase car in NJ. I
was concerned about getting everything processed in time, prior to my temp tag expiring
(30 Days). Never know how long state is going to take to process title, was told it should
be within the 30 days. Joseph from Car2Sell text about placing a review in, I said I would
do it once I received title and processed in PA. Joseph called the following wee, I said I
was waiting to hear from dealership that my title was in. He said hold on, I will check and
call you back. Called back 5 minutes later said title was in. Thanks to Joseph I processed
tags in PA within 2 weeks of purchasing car. I purchased 2024 Toyota Corolla with 7K
miles. We have almost 9K on it and no issues, car is running as I would expect a new car
to run. I Would recommend Car2Sell.

Our experience with the dealership was a very good one. Joe was friendly and very helpful. We
were able to get all the financing done over the net/phone. I had a 1 hour and 45 minute ride to
the dealer and everything was ready and waiting. I just got there to test drive and leave with the
vehicle. Joe did everything in his power for everything to be ready so I didn't have to waste my
time or his.

Flew from Boston to buy an Acura because prise was competitive, called the dealer ahead for availability. Arrived at the dealership just to be hit with a 6k unfathomable dealer preparation fee on top of the selling price. Flew back angry and disappointed, he should tell potential buyers over the phone of such ridiculous mark ups. Worst dealer I’ve ever been. Would have given a zero star if possible. Please don’t go there unless you’re willing to pay a significant mark up over asking price. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worse enemy.

Sam helped me purchase my first vehicle. He is an epitomize of a salesman, who was genuine and patient. This was a very difficult experience searching for the car not only I wanted, but would be affordable for me. I didn’t want a lemon, I didn’t want a car I’ll only have to drive and leave at home, I wanted the vehicle that will still run once I have it for years to come. Car2Sell is a dealership I would recommend not only my family to, but co-workers and even people in the car market. Take your money where you’ll get what you deserve, you’ll even see for yourself if you look at the car what it’s truly worth in person. Keep searching for the best deal, but this dealership may be the best you’ll get. I look forward to returning to this dealership for my next car, or hearing someone else having a 5 star experience I did as of March 12, 2024.

I have been having the WORST experience ever with Car2Sell. ABDULLO UROKOV sold me the car but hasn’t been responsive after not getting my registration on time. I haven’t been able to drive the car in more than 3 weeks because my temporary plates expired and I haven’t got the actual plates. NASH refuses to help me by extending the temporary plates. I have called about 20 times to Car2Sell but they are now hanging on me. NEVER buy a car here unless you want to wait ages to get your paperwork done.
What a scam! Such a waste of time and money!

The car was garbage! They think they’re slick painting over rust knowing it starts to bubble up and rot! Wouldn’t even pay $1000 for it.
they returned my inquiry and calls, The car was not ready, however in my opinion.. as stated it needed brake work
and a new que infotainment screen. I found a same model, with new tires, brakes, rotors, serpentine belt and
tensioner, water pump and oil change. it drives like new. I think they should find a mechanical partner to fix each
car to mechanical perfection, before offering for sale. (just my opinion)

My experience with Cars2Sell was “ Interesting “. The Salesman, Jay, was cool. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in( 2010 Scion XB Release Series ). But, there was One Question, that he seem hesitant to answer, until after we started talking prices( looking to trade-in my vehicle ): What are The Fees? Finally, he told me that there were Two Fees. One fee was $388( Documentation Fee?), and the other fee was $1295! He informed me that, the $1295 was for “ Overhead Costs( Mechanics who also service Lamborghinis, and make sure the customers experience is nice ). Well, I WAS SHOCKED! I was not going to pay $1683 in “ FEES “ on a vehicle that is selling for $5500; it is not a Lamborghini, that takes more expensive parts and more extensive service to have it ready for Sale. RIDICULOUS!

Disappointed. Travelled quite a distance. When I got there for the test drive the gas tank was on E. Salesman did not want to get a company card to get gas during the test drive. Just about to pull out of the property for the test drive and the check engine light came on. It is a 2018 with 30k miles. I told him I was no longer interested and drove home.

They did my disclose the horrible conditions of an unfit vehicle that a homeless person would live in.
They doubled the low price.
They kept switching us Salemen to salesmen.
At the end, they felt their floor traffic put them in a key position to discard the customers needs .
Polite, YES... Truthful NO. Honest Disingenuous!

Sold me a used car with many issues: seatbelt driver side—defect or broken by prior owner, headlight—cracked water went inside and blurry, brakes worn, smells—cigarette smell wasn’t there when test driving, tire indicator light on—didn’t lite up during test drive, rear struts and suspension—so bad that car shifted after hitting potholes, left steering link and drive axle CV joint—need replacement. Maybe more defects down the road, like front passenger window not closing correctly, After much request, the dealer only replaced the seatbelt and headlight and repair/replace rear brakes. I had to fix the rest, $2000 more gone before really driving it. Also they took over 45 days to register the car and send me the new plates.

They were a little late on the response. I ended up buying
a Hyundai elantra 2002 for $700 from an individual, but
gotta wait till they get a title for it. So I jave the car
insured already, wish I would have gotten the Jeep
instead. A car I had no choice to get. I needed a vehicle
asap to get to work. I am still interested in the jeep. Just
need time to save up while reparing the car I bought.

They call me and we make an appointment when i got there the car was not ready for sale plus they had the car in another place.
Spoke with a salesman today he called to confirm twice we were coming to check out the Yukon and to let us know the Terrain was being deatialed so we wouldn't be able to see that one tonight, but the Yukon will be ready for a test drive. We drove an hr to get there and the Yukon isn't in the lot. Finally someone tells us it's at their "other" location. We drive over there to see it, and it's their mechanic shop on the lift. And the Terrain was there up on a lift as well, not being "detailed" as we were told. The salesman who brought us over there, said the Yukin would be ready Thursday and the Terrain was getting a new engine!! Nothing was said to us at all about anything being wrong with the vehicles when we required about them. And we specifically asked if there was anything needing to be fixed. Not honest people. Do NOT trust them.

salesman i noticed ALOT of the cars have had paint work done. All about quantity not quality. I will never recommend this place to worst

I was interested in one vehicle from this dealership and l got in touch with salesman “Mina “ l believe was the name and he informed me that dealership fee is $995 so that’s the hidden fee you don’t see but you need to add to the price of the vehicle. He mentioned also that fee could be higher depending on the vehicle which is completely ridiculous!!! The paperwork for vehicles varies..... !!! It’s the same paperwork...!!!
I DO NOT recommend the dealership that has different dealership fees for different vehicles .

It was a good one. I would and already have recomended cars 2 sell to friends and family. they were kind, helpfull, and curtious.
Sent dealership email asking questions (including the conv top condition). I explicitly requested this information BEFORE making an appt. None of my questions were answered. What I received was a call to make an appt.
The day of the visit, I waited 25 min for salesman to arrive for appt. "We has retrieving the vehicle from our storage lot". Why wasnt the vehicle obtained BEFORE the appt ?
Sat with salesman and was explained that the "vehicles conv top doesnt work" (!!!) (Even though I explicitly requested its condition in my email !
Salesman started his sales negotiation (even though I would not participate) explaining there is a "$995 dealer fee" (huh ?) No where in their advertisement of this "fee".
The best part of this ordeal - I didnt even get to see the vehicle !
I left the dealership stating that I will return to start the sales negotiations when the top is operational.

seen on the internet - no "bait-and-switch" - and that meant everything to
me. Buying a car is a risk, no matter where you go or what you buy.
Car2Sell was polite and respectful, compared to all other car buying I've
ever done (save one). Bottom line: had the car; treated me with respect,
kindness and politeness; test-drove the car so I could feel what I was
getting; got me the financing I wanted; gave me something for my trade-in;

Travelled over 2 hours to test drive a car. When I got there the car wasn’t there. They said the power steering went and it was at the Audi dealership being fixed. Not their fault, I understand that. My problem was that they told me they would call me as soon as the car came back in and I could come back in. Actually the manager even offered to meet me half way with the vehicle so I don’t have to go all the way up there. Very nice, right? Not so much. Never heard back from the dealer and I called 3 times and left messages without ever receiving a call back. Unreal. There is no such thing as customer service anymore.

Awesome dealership with genuine employees & managment! I’d definiety tell others to visit and do business with them!
From the person who answered the phone initially, to the manager, the people at this dealership seemed to be bothered by the fact that I was interested in one of their cars. Despite advertising nationwide, they would not sell a car to me out-of-state (unlike every other dealer I've ever dealt with), and insisted I would have to come in to their store to conclude a transaction. Clearly, their policies and procedures need to be updated for the 21st century.
Other than that, they seem to have decent vehicles at good prices.

They set an appointment, which I called to confirm the morning of (because we were traveling over an hour to get there) but they had sold the car we were looking at and never told us. Then they not only tried to talk badly about the car we originally wanted BUT they obviously didn’t communicate between staff because I received a phone call saying that I missed my appointment!
Overall, this place was terrible and I would not recommend them at all.
The car is priced nicely to attract customer but as soon as you begin the purchase process, the extra charges on top of current pricing makes it to 150% of what was previously provided. So if you go with thinking to get the car in price given + justifiable extra charges then all the best.
The sales person was nice but manager seemed to be in no mood to make deal. My only word he said while negotiating the price was "Not Interested".
I emailed them, got a phone response right away, answered all my
questions, made an appointment, called to verify my appointment. The car
was ready to test drive, came back, worked on a deal, and I bought the car.
No hidden costs, no garbage, very nice people to deal with. I'd buy my next
car from them too when I'm ready. They are everything you want in a used
car dealer.

Quick to respond - friendly, helpful service.
Asked about their hidden fees! Especially if you are
driving hours to get there. I spoke to the dealer 3 times
before getting there and they never once mentioned a
fee for getting the car ready for sale. I have never heard
of a document processing fee mandated by the state of
New Jersey which came up.

I'm a college student that normally hitched rides with my friends and noticed that all their move in stuff would fit even in small Hondas, so I went in knowing I wanted a Honda and they helped me get the car that perfectly fitted my budget and needs! They were very straight forward with me about the availability and cost of the vehicle.Thanks staff for answering all my questions. My experience with Car2Sell was a good one. Fast response, staff is very courteous and answered all my my questions . I deal with Isaac and he was honest and helped me get the car l wanted. Very satisfied.
I was led to believe that my deal on the vehicle was approved and ready
for me to pick up. I took the train to the dealership and was told that my
fare would be refunded when I arrived. The salesman I was talking to was
not in the office and never appear in the 4 hours I was there. I was told that
my credit needed additional down money AFTER being told that all the
paperwork and credit had been approved and ready to sign and drive. The
typical bait and switch. Eventually I was sent to another dealership in the
area but that was unproductive as well. I would recommend that anyone
looking for a car to steer clear of this place unless you like spending the
day being run around and lied to. Shady characters and the reason used
car salesman have such bad reputations.
They were a great bunch of guys!!! They made me a great deal, gave me top
notch service and was committed to making a deal.
Cars2Sell were a responsive dealership, I was contacted right away. Ben and
his team listened to me, gave me a great price for my trade-in, got the
financing that day and I was driving the BMW Z4 3.0i Roadster home that
day.
There was no pressure and the process was easy.
I love my BMW z4 and they were with me all the way. A full service
organization.
