Chris was great , no pressure salesman . Very patient with my questions and inquiries . Smooth transactions from the start . Jim Demarco was also very nice and straightforward . They were reasonable with pricing and trade in ! If you see a car or truck that you're interested definitely take the time to go up there.

We were more than satisfied the with service we received from Secor Jeep. Great company to do business with from the moment we called to make an appt to view the 2014 Silverado to the moment we drove it off the lot. They got right back to us when I emailed them to make an appt. The truck was exactly what we had seen in the ad, cleaned and for us to test drive. Customer service was very friendly and accommodating. We were more than i hour away from Secor and it was well worth the drive. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and anyone looking for a vehicle from this company. Pat and Barney Minkin e came in checked out the truck was clean and ready to go for test drive

Secor contacted me via email. For some reason they still list the Avenger as for sale, but in the first e-mail, they said the car was being used by the dealer as a loaner car, but, if the price was right they would sell it. They never did give me a price, left it up to me to make an offer. I asked them where their starting point was, and yet again, no price given. The third and final e-mail was in response to my asking them for a sale price, at which time they said it was not for sale, they were using it as a loaner vehicle ( could have said that the first time!). Although the car is not for sale by them, they still have it listed as for sale on Car Gurus, leading people to believe it is available.

Rip off. Tried to push me into a vehicle. Not willing to go the extra step to make the deal. Only after I looked at another truck were they willing to negotiate.

I was strung along waiting for the Jeep to be serviced, I even had an appointment to go look at the vehicle, then was told at the last minute "the vehicle was not going to be made available for retail sale" No reason was provided.
