Great to work with as well...just found a different truck
Ray and Rachel were very helpful and considerate. They were very respectful and answered my questions. They went out of their way to help with the financial problems. We were not able to get the vehicle, but when we get some money, we will be back. They even refunded my deposit, which they did not have to do. I rate them very highly.

I told the salesman that I would be down the next morning to look at the truck. I was driving down
and was an hour on the road and texted him and told him that I was on my way. He said, donât
come because they had already sold the truck. Then after I kind of lost it on him, he called me
back and said that they did have a truck and to come on. I drove four hours and got there. The
truck was very clean on the outside, and the interior had been nicely detailed. The bed still had
grease in it, and there was recent spray paint on the frame in numerous places. as we looked
further, the vehicle at obviously been wrecked, and was in pretty bad shape from that. Didnât buy
will never go there again. basically it looked like everything in their yard was the same type
situations.

Beware of what you might be getting. Went to look at a truck. Upon starting it noticed a ticking in the engine or belt system. I notified the gal in the office and asked if they could find out what it is. Told me they had a part mechanic but he wasnt there.She later sent me a mobile mechnaics number and said I could have it looked at on my own dime. There had also been a wreck previously and she could not tell me any details. Told me she had a friend that has access to carfax that she could call. Even as a small car lot they should inspect their vehicles. Seems like a burn and go and doesn't care what they are selling.

Hello, the reason we wanted you to bring your own mechanic, was for your own sake, so you check the truck by someone you know and trust. We always tell our customers to bring their own mechanic because if our mechanic checks the car out, it would be a conflict of interest. We did provide the Autocheck report, which showed 1 accident but no damage reported, and clean title. We did not know the details of the accident because we purchased the truck the way it is and did not do any body work on it. I also offered you to test drive the truck but you refused to do so.

Hello, when you called the person who answered the phone wasn't aware of that The vehicle was straight piped due to the catalytic converter having been stolen from them before they traded it in. I did let you know as soon as I could and there was no intent to mislead you. I do apologize that you came from further away to find that out. It is the reason that vehicle was priced a few thousand dollars cheaper than is normal.
We visited. Tony was informative and not pushy. Still considering purchasing if they follow up with me.

Rachel went above and beyond to help me buy a truck! Actually purchased a different truck than this one because they had so many to choose from and the prices were great! It was a long drive to get there but it was worth it!

They were kinda pushy. The truck looked better in the pics because in real life it’s garbage. When we said we’re going to pass they got upset. That’s when another worker came in and asked me what truck I was looking at and before I could answer the First Lady I spoke with sarcastically said “the cheapest one.” There’s better dealers out there for sure. I wouldn’t want to do business with these guys. Plus they’re overpricing their vehicles.

It was rough at first, but it smooth out after a while. I wish I could have got the truck for a little less money.
I will have to replace the dash panel, as I remove the dash panel cover I noticed that the dash is just totally thrashed, so that's an additional couple hundred more dollars added to the truck. But overall the service was nice and the sell,s lady was patient with me. I'm only disappointed about the dash on my new truck and some hidden damage that was on the right rear pickup bed that wasn't on the Carfax report.
