Was seeming like a smooth process. TJ was super helpful. However on the test drive there was a weird noise with 4 wheel drive and something wasn’t driving right. I compared it to another sequoia the next day.
That being said, when I mentioned it to them they said nothing was wrong so I figured with the 3000 Mile warranty I will have time to figure out the issue. They will not offer me any warranty since I wanted their tracking device removed. Don’t recommend wasting your time here. Something didn’t feel right

Dealership quickly made contact with me after making an inquiry on a particular vehicle.
However, they NEVER SENT the undercarriage and motor pictures per my request.
NO they were not in my junk/spam folder either!
Only to put me on the start up of the day auto email.
Never responding to my request! Again and again they continued to pop up.

They have a tendency to pick and choose. I can do the same when it comes to a dealership and vehicle search!

If need a reliable car I mean reliable you need to go ahead and holla at capital Auto VA. You won't regret it.

Worst experience!!! Unprofessional attitude with customers. AJ wasn't professional. I had a test drive and the vehicle had vibration and suspension issues in the front wheel. I asked AJ to fix it for me then go over price but he unprofessionally told me it's as is.i drove over 30 miles and expected to drive a ready car not a faulty one. He even didn't listen to my concerns and arrogantly asked to leave the dealership. Even no offer for discount.
They also put a device work like a GPS and ask for 900 dollars. Is it logical? Just an application with a device for 900. They are not flexible and professional at all.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I am in no way pleased with the vehicle we purchased from this lot. My boyfriend purchased a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid here this week. He flew (one-way) from MI to pick it up. He was told prior to his departure that the car had no damage other than a rear sensor that was pushed in. Based on their WORD and the many positive and exemplary reviews, we took a chance to purchase sight unseen. He brought the car home and to my absolute horror the car is laden with scratches (inside and out), there are literally gouges in the seats and on the touchscreen and steering wheel from a dog, giant scratches along the passenger skirting ($$$ to replace), and the STRONG smell of cigarette smoke, including damage to the fabric lining on the A-pillars which will require replacement. He doesn't have the fine eye that I do, but all of these "imperfections" were on the vehicle before we acquired it. The tires are basically garbage & climate seats are inoperable! BUYER BEWARE

My sales associate Daniel was awful. I clearly told him I was not trading in my car and he said he “understood”. He then hits me back saying things are good and let’s move forward with your trade in. It’s a childish game that I don’t have time to play. The dealership may or may not be worth your time but if you go there be advised to not deal with Daniel. He needs to mature as a sales associate.

Great inventory, polite and knowledgeable staff, and good communication. Just be prepared to eat the price because they refuse to negotiate. I made reasonable offers on two cars; one sold, other one is still for sale for just about same price I offered weeks ago but they refuse to negotiate. I walked away because, for me, price is always negotiable. You can’t be this hard nosed with customers that are ready to buy.
Advertised on their website 1.99% financing for well qualified customers. Applied with 811 credit score and got a call back "saying good news, we got you qualified for 9.6% with capital one. After saying "who did they consider well qualified as advertised on their website?", I was placed on speaker phone to repeat my question for who they said was the service manager and he responds, "that's old, we apologize and we're gonna take that down". So a hit on my credit due to shady practice. Bad business.

I was very happy with my car buying experience from Capital Auto Sales! They accommodated my requests before and after I arrived, everyone there was very nice and treated me with respect. I have had 0 issues with my car that I purchased from them almost 30 days ago, and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great experience and a great car.
Not a good experience! I spoke to Sergio and requested a full video walk around of the vehicle. I asked very specifically for any scratches, rough spots on the leather and stains on the headliner. He did a video and continued on and on about the perfect state of the vehicle. Showing me no imperfections at all. I purchased the vehicle. Fees were about $1500 more than I thought reasonable… $500 etching fee…?? $1062 delivery when I was quoted $564… very frustrating but I thought for a perfect car, I’d deal with it. Guess what- yep- car came, had scratches, had a lot of stains on headliner… like a child had smeared peanut butter! I cleaned it, but I was quite disappointed. Live and learn! I’ll never order a car “online” again!!!
There is not enough word to description the how great and wonderful sale service I received from Patrick. Patrick is best car salesperson that i have dealt with in all my 30 years of buying cars. He very polite and knowledgeable of the lexus SUV, that we was inquiring about. Capital Auto Sales was nice and clean and smell refreshing, they also offer snacks and something to drink. Also let not forget Venson who work his magic to get us the best interest rate available to me . I purchased a 2014 Infiniti from Capital Auto Sales on 01/08/22. The vehicle came with a 3 month/3k mile warranty from their dealership. On 01/11, I took the vehicle for an inspection at Mr. Tire in MD and was provided with a report detailing the issues with the car (pics below). The mechanic found and sent pictures of a wet undercarriage from a power steering and rack/pinion leak. The coolant level was below the normal line, the undercarriage had severe rust, rust covered the link pins, shocks and struts. I called Capital Autos and sent pictures of the inspection report to the GM Greg M and was told he would need to order the parts and would call me when they had been delivered. On 01/15, while I was driving, the car stalled and jerked as I was turning the corner so I pressed the gas pedal hard to get the car going to get out of the traffic. Took it to AAMCO. Need a tranny! Wow
I was contacted right away about the vehicle in which I was interested. The
whole communication seemed promising. We exchanged information about
the vehicle for a week. I was detained out-of-state because my son was in an
accident over the holidays and I made it clear that I wanted to come see the
car and probably deal. I made plans and scheduled my visit for tomorrow
(12/2/21) to see and make a deal on the car. I even gave personal information
about my intentions to the salesperson. After a week of correspondence, and
after arranging payment and transportation for the 90-mile trip, I was
contacted by text only to tell me the car was sold. This is so typical of
dealerships who have no regard for human interaction, personal situations or
good faith. Thanks, Capital Auto Sales. You have over-succeeded in meeting

I had an amazing experience at Capital Auto Sales. Greg, was the consummate professional. I would gladly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members.
This dealership was really good. I ended up buying new and felt badly as they were all really nice, worked with me to come up with a deal and very professional. I worked with Tee and he was very knowledgeable and. It super aggressive. Both the finance person and the manager were also really great. I told them if I were to buy a used vehicle again I would come to them.

Truck wasn't bad, but by carfax had been in an accident. During walk around found that the rear bumper had damage and bed corner, because this was used as a commercial vehicle, obviously. Dealer wouldn't budge on price, so we didn't buy it. Not worth 35,000. Well over priced. But the dealer was courteous.

I hadn’t heard of Capital Auto Sales but yesterday I bought that car after waiting 14 years for. Dominique treated me like we were old buddies, very genuine person that guy. He helped me through the process and never pressured. By the way their dealership is a place you could eat off the floor! Expect to be treated like a real person that needs to fill a need and wants an honest conversation. My husband and I are buying our first car together, and we have been through the ringer at other used car dealerships. Sales people trying to sell us cars in bad shape, others who were not considerate of our budget. We were extremely frustrated with the whole process. Tee at Capital Auto Sales was friendly, professional, and considerate. He was kind enough to walk us through four different cars before we made our decision. Once we did, we took the car to an independent mechanic to have it checked out, and although it has just over 65K miles, the mechanic confirmed what Tee promised, the car was in great shape. When it came to purchasing the car, the in-house financing was a snap. We couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. If we're ever in the market for another car, we will definitely come back. Tee and the rest the folks there listen, they're honest, and they seem to genuinely care for their customers.
We bought a van from Capital Auto Sales and it was such an easy process! Dominique is very nice and helpful. Loved the environment and that they are so honest and upfront. The price was great and we will be telling everyone we know who is in the market to buy a used car to go to them! Highly, highly, highly recommend Capital Auto Sales!
I had a very good experience buying my Jeep here from the moment I walked in their customer service was awesome. They walked me through the entire buying process and I drove off within a couple hours. Chris even helped me drive my Jeep back to my house since I had drove there to just look. I’m sure I’ll be back for my next purchase.
I don’t write many reviews, but this dealership was worth spending the time to thank. First my credit is not good. Second, I owed a lot more on my trade in than the car is worth. Third, I have to have a 4WD since I have to make it to work regardless of weather. It was almost a 4 day process b/c of my credit but we got it done. They were very patient, and went to a lot of effort and hoops to make it happen. I highly recommend them to anyone with a tough credit situation.

Was contacted by sales associate in a timely manner. The finance manager seemed a bit put off that I didn’t want to finance or buy a warranty through them. When I finished my paperwork, I had to wait on the car because the car salesman went to put gas in it. Finally I get the keys and find there is only one key. I’ve bought three cars this year, this was the worst experience of them all.

If I could give zero stars I would. The day we bought the car it was smooth sailing, but everything after that was a hurdle. When one problem was fixed, another surfaced. My tags were transferred but then they called later to say I was driving on dead tags and a "glitch" caused it to happen and I needed to get emissions done. When I did, they called back and said my tags were still dead and they'd mail me new ones (which came late even though they said they overnighted) and I'd need to go to the DMV. Not to mention their service department is lackadaisical and your "appointment" doesn't actually mean anything because they don't write it down or confirm. If I could give the car back for a full refund, I would. Don't come here.

the whole deal was done site unseen online and over the phone. they were helpful and upfront. there were some paperwork snafus that i would've liked to have gone a bit quicker although they met the timeline i required.
the car was as discribed with one flaw not shown and they were quick to make it right. all in all given the oppertunity i would work with them again.
Being from out of state, I was hesitant to pursue a vehicle at Capital Auto Sale regardless of the wonderful pricing; I am beyond glad that I decided to take a shot. The entire process of purchasing my vehicle was made simple and enjoyable by the great staff at this dealership. Dominick was extremely helpful in answering any question and request that I had, while remaining personable and understandable. Through countless series of photos and video, I was able to see the car as if I was there in person. Dominick made me feel taken care of from the first time we spoke until after the car was delivered to my driveway. Thank you Capital Auto Sales!
First time I bought a used car sight unseen. They provided me with plenty of pictures and videos to make me 100% comfortable purchasing the car. They provided exceptional service and coordinated the delivery of my car to my doorstep. It took a lot of faith buying a car this way, but it worked out just like I had hoped. I ran into Capital Auto Sales completely by chance because I was at a dealership close by hoping to get a new Jeep Cherokee but it didn’t end up working out due to some differences on pricing. I was walking around their lot looking at the different Jeep Grand’s and was approached by a nice young man named Chris and ended up purchasing a car that day. The numbers were right and the attention and care given to me throughout the whole process far exceeded my expectations from a used dealership.
I bought a ’17 GMC Sierra from Capital Auto Sales this past fall and one of my friends ended up also buying a car from them recently and called to thank me for recommending them. I’m glad that I can refer friends and family confidently and know they will also be taken care of the way I was.

The dealer was very pleasant and prompt and the vehicle was priced well. They addressed all my concerns and fixed the things I noticed need to be fixed. They worked well with me to get a Maryland inspection and covered the cost. Only frustrating part was it was listed as a V8 on their website and CarGurus but after reviewing the CarFax we found out it was a V6. I would recommend Capital Auto Sales to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
I can’t believe how professional and helpful everyone was, totally not what I was expecting. My dad insisted on coming with me since he’s dealt with buying used cars before but I honestly feel like I would’ve been fine coming by myself. I didn’t feel pressured and got more than I expected for my Camry that I traded in to go towards my new Lexus. 5 stars!!!

I just bought my dream car 2 days ago and I’m so happy I found it at Capital Auto Sales because it made it all the better! I live almost 5 hours away and had to rely on the photos on their website to decide if I wanted to make the drive and I was pleased to find out that it looked even better in person! The process wasn’t anywhere near as long as I heard it would be and I’m so glad everything worked out and I was able to drive it home that day!!
If you’re looking for a used car but don’t want to deal with what you usually expect buying from a used car dealership come to this place!! It didn’t at all have your typical used car place vibe. Nelson was very friendly and didn’t care that I had to test drive six different cars before finding the right one for me that also fit my budget. I’ve already told a few friends who are looking to buy in the near future to make sure they come here.

The dealer asked if I could find a co signer to lower the down payment. So, I was given all the details by the dealer that I did appreciated.

Great overall experience.
I went to 4 different dealers in the area before I finally biting the bullet. As soon as I walked in to Capital Auto, I was instantly welcomed with great customer service from Amir. I also felt comfortable with my salesperson Chris because he was extremely patient with me. He even showed me 5 trucks before I made my decision. I can admit I am a picky person and require extra attention, but he assured me that it was not an issue (After all, they did have over 40 trucks to choose from) I will be referring all my friends and business owners for their truck needs to Capital Auto. By far the best place to shop for Used pick up trucks. Their options are never ending! Be sure to come to them first.

I was interested in a 2011 BMW Z4 3.5is they had online. I Live 500 miles away. I negotiated down to market price including there $1,300 in dealer added fees. They told me the car had been through the shop and was ready to go. I drove down with a bank check and towing a trailer giving me only 10 miles per gallon. There where some deep scratches that where not normal wear and tear that had not been disclosed. I then brought the car over to the local BMW dealer for a pre-purchase inspection and found the car needed $6,800 worth of work. The 2 major items being front struts (leaking oil) and a cracked transmission pan (leaking oil). Both of these should of been seen with a proper inspection. After they put the car up on the lift and confirmed that the repairs where in fact required they offered no price reduction. So I wasted 2 days and it cost me $1,000. Buyer beware

My experience with Chris of Capital Auto
was horrible!!!! He is not an honest person
AT ALL. The only time I was able to even
discuss the status of my application after
applying was if I called ever day, even after
being told by Chris that he would call me.
Whenever I was able to talk to Chris, I was
told by Chris that I was approvef with
stilpulations but not to worry, he would
work with another bank for a better deal
and keep me posted: that was three
business days ago. Relationships are
established on honesty and how you treat
customers (if treated appropriately), your
time invested in the customer works in your
favor of gaining more customers. Honesty
is simply NOT the best policy for Capitol
Auto.

The vehicle was not exactly as described, looks as though it had been in an accident after photos were taken, and there was a lot of missing parts that the ad never mentioned. However, they did say they would order some of the parts, so..

Very Professionals.
Floyd and Johnathon had me in and out in a few hours. Even got me better financing terms than my credit union could. Didn’t knock much off the price but the truck was priced so low to begin with that it worked, plus their fees are a fraction of most dealers. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a truck.

They responded to my inquiry about the vehicle within a timely manner. Although the vehicle was not up to my standards. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Not high pressure and only caring about signing the paper work.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Chris and MJ were professional and courteous through the whole car buying process. I bought a 2011 Toyota Prius that is absolutely amazing. It's clean on the inside and outside. The car looked better in person than the pictures on the website so I was very impressed. Give Chris a call if you looking for a new car.

These guys were amazing and a pleasure to work with. I DID purchase this
vehicle from them. I am a car guy...I know my vehicles. The Dealership, my
salesperson CHRIS LUCERNO and Gen. Mgr. MJ Mleme went to extremes
to make certain that this vehicle was perfect.....even the underside ! It is rare
that folks buy vehicles over 20k from an independant dealer....do not be
afraid here. They have beautiful hand-selected high-end and mid-range
vehicles and trucks impressively priced. I will go back and will happily

Responded and sent the Carfax Report that I requested, but I could not
access Carfax Report. Sales Associate sent it again, but still was not able
to view the Report

Salesman contacted me within a day of inquiry. He was very friendly and courteous. I test drove the vehicle but decided not to make an offer, so I never got to the point of price negotiation.
The Salesman was prompt to contact me initially. Waiting for a reply back about approval was slow.
When I spoke with the Finance person his comment about the price/negotiating was a bit on the "snarky side.
"I was lucky they took $500 off"
When I spoke with the Salesman about the price and what my offer was he seemed unwilling to want to present it to the Sales Mgr. I asked him to ask him and get back with me and I haven't heard anything yet.
The difference is about $1500
If they want to walk from the offer so be it. The truck is already overpriced by at least $1000.
There are many other dealers and trucks out there.

I purchased my vehicle yesterday. I called to inquire about a vehicle in the morning. When I arrived the car was clean and waiting for me. I was in and out in about an hour or so. I recieved excellent service from John and Chris who actually stayed late to accommodate my schedule. I even received a dynamite extended warranty on my used vehicle. When I need another vehicle I will check them out first.

I did not end up buying a vehicle due to my credit, but I was helped with from start to finish by a sales Person and finance manager..I have a few things to work on my credit but I will 100% coming back to purchase my car.
