had a questionable interaction with one of the salespeople, asked for information on the motor and got a reply back saying it was “good strong” instead of info on its condition like oil or spark plugs.

Called the dealership and set up a meeting. Car was as described. Needed two front tires, which they happily paid for and had installed. Drove it home about 100 miles away. No problem.

Everything was fine all the guys were pretty nice.

Surprised by the positive reviews. Called the number listed here 4 times on my 1.5 hour drive to try and verify the car was available and no answer any time. That alone is unprofessional. Salesman Todd and car tech Justin were both kind and personable, but the car was awful. It had much more cosmetic damage and rust on the outside than was pictured online. The only thing that was good about it was the clean interior. Check engine light was on. Front tire was down to 24 psi even though weather has been in the 60s. Said they had to jump it because it has not been driven in 4 days. That makes no sense. Oil could have been cleaner. Vibrated on the highway at 65mph and the brakes literally sounded like a locomotive slowing down. At full stop they were grinding pretty bad. Suggested only a 5 minute route for my test drive which felt sleazy. No where near worth $8k. Big waste of my time.

One of the WORSE LOTS I'VE EVER BEEN ON.. EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES! Neither Avalanche was worthy of buying nor were they willing to fix either of them.. Cracked winshield, Gage Console didn't work and tires were bald in need of an alignment.. Door needs replacing.. Anything else to describe this DUMP! BUYER BEWARE! Their rating can't be accurate.. 0 stars if it were allowed! 1 was the minimum to save the rating..

Response time was great and the car was beautiful according to th pictures posted. Issue is the car does have a crack on the front fascia near the driver side headlight housing. As far as options go, I'm not sure if the car has the desired (RPO) build options; G85 (LSD) or emblem package options + several others desired !!

The car had smoke coming from the exhaust pipe and more issues...will never go back
