Great experience! No pressure sales. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Staff took the time to listen to what we were looking for and make recommendations. No pressure test drives... clean cars. From the beginning, everything was easy. Jay was friendly, honest, and fair. When we arrived, everyone who worked there was kind and just down to earth. The truck was exactly as described in the listing and the issues we found were addressed and corrected before pick up. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Jay was very easy to talk to and didn't
pressure any type of financing or hidden/outlandish fees. Car bought was exactly as
advertised. They even fixed minor brake wear, changed out all filters, gave the car a fresh
oil change, and detailed/cleaned the entire car free of change before picking it up. Will
definitely be doing business here again when the time comes for my next car.

Canton Auto Exchange is a very good dealer to do business with. I dealt primarily with Jay but everyone there was
helpful and pleasant. From the first time I walked in their showroom door until when I took delivery of my car, and
then the post-sale follow-up, I was treated like a new friend and not just a customer. I strongly recommend you give
them a shot when you are looking for your next car or truck. I think you will be pleased with how you are treated.
Both Jonathan and Nick were super helpful and made the process of buying a
car from a dealer for the first time so easy. Jonathan helped over the phone
before I even got to dealership. Nick helped in person when I got there
thoroughly explaining all the paperwork and procedures. It was worth the 85
mile trip there with old car and happy to be returning home with a great car.
these guys are honest and smart and not at all pushy. I would definitely
recommend them to anyone looking to buy their first car.

Guys are ready to help you , very professionals.
I was able to work with Nick, he was friendly, very understanding and answered all of my questions. Was willing to work with me where I was. Great atmosphere, no pressure. They really care and make sure their customers make informed decisions. Overall a very easy and painless process, compared to other dealerships. I was recommended to come here by a friend. Would definitely buy from here again!

Hard to believe this place is still in business. I sent three emails, no response. I called all 4 phone numbers listed, out of order. I even contacted their Facebook page because I wanted to buy a Q50 they had. Someone responded to the FB message, I asked them to call me. They read the message but didn’t call. I finally got an email a few days later saying they had been having “technical difficulties “. I bought my Q50 from another dealer. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

of an attempted contact and we never sent an email stating we were having " Technical difficulties" so that must be a Cargurus response if their connection is not working properly. The number posted right on the Cargurus listing is actually provided by Cargurus and connects to our phone so if that didn't work that's an issue with Cargurus ( we tested it and it rang right away) but something we will follow up with Cargurus. I had a very positive car shopping experience through Canton Auto Exchange. I had the opportunity to work with Nick and he was very straight forward and helpful with guiding me through the process. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a newer used vehicle.

Spoke to jonathan on the phone.He was very nice When we arrived met nick who had the mechanical all prepped already. Great personality , very helpful. Got me out with paperwork quickly. Our outback is a real nice car, would call these guys if I need another preowned vehicle!

Fantastic dealer! Johnathan was honest and straightforward, let me
take it to a mechanic for inspection right away, and made the whole
process much easier that it is sometimes at other dealerships. They
say they don't negotiate on their Internet pricing, which was fine by
me, because its the best deal I found on a used Prius in New
England and the Mid-Atlantic region.
