2017 Ford Focus was purchased and overall happy with car. Tire was bad on car, however dealership replaced. Gas cap missing off car, I asked if second key was available was told they would check and get back with me. No follow up so far. Brandy was great her negotiation skills, great attitude!

Drove over and hour to get there did a test drive, was filling out the paper work to buy the truck when another sale person snatched the keys
off the desk to take for a test drive. Then half hour later while working on the deal found out they were selling to another person.

No problem, they were fair.
Do not work with this dealership!! They are awful and will try to screw you
over. I bought the car. 3 days after I bought it, the check engine light
came on and oil leaked all over the driveway. I spent $1000.00 to have a
car fixed that I owned for 3 days. Also, they gave me the wrong key fob for
they car (the key inside the fob was for a different car) so I was unable to
buy a second key. When I talked to the general manager about this (Paul)
he said they won't do anything to make this right. I would have had to
drive 90 minutes back to Cameron, TX and have them fix the car. I am a
single parent and do not have this kind of time. The GM ultimately hung
up on me. DO NOT GO TO CAMERON AUTOPLEX!

Willing to deal. Even delivered from
Cameron to north of Waco and it was
about 6:30 in the evening. They offered
no warranty. If they believe in the
vehicle they r selling they should at
least give a 90 warranty. The sells rep.
David Norris did what it took to help
me get the car I wanted at the price I
could afford.
