Buyers beware - vehicles on the lot may be a lower trim package than what is marketed online
I recently purchased a 2007 Mazda Miata from Calvary that was marketed online as a Grand Touring trim level. After performing research, I
have confirmed that the car I purchased is actually a Sport trim level, priced $1,000 to 2,000 lower than a Grand Touring trim level.
Calvary's listing included premium options such as Bose audio, which unfortunately did not come with the car. Other Grand Touring factory
options were not included as well.
I mentioned the issue to Calvary's owner and was told that they could not change the trim level specified by several online platforms such
as CarGurus. To confirm, I began the process to list the car for sale using the car's VIN. CarGurus and other platforms
allowed me to choose from any of the available trim options (Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, etc.). This contradicts the owner's claim.

Bought the car after I drove it. Great car and great people to deal with.
I texted them about how many miles the vehicle had. They responded in telling me to call a certain number instead of telling me. I'm not playing that game. Simple question, just needed a simple answer. Lets not waste each other time.If you can not be that up front, hmmm. Makes you wonder.

Great Customer Service
From first inquiry up until now awaiting delivery of my new Chevy Traverse Stan (and Dave) have been very attentive and professional. They have great reviews, yes maybe a few not so great but understand you can't please everyone and sometimes people aren't entirely honest in their reviews. Buying a vehicle ONLINE from Bixby OK to Houston TX has been a very pleasant experience thus far. Do your research on the model/performance of the car and customer experience on the seller and you can purchase the car you want, with all the features you want, if you put the work in. Funny thing too is the same exact model was available just 10 miles from their car lot and it had a few less miles and was priced about the same but I choose to stick with Calvary because of the good service.

This dealer replied to me promptly, but yet again the vehicle was being delivered when I found it on CarGurus. This must be the place for
good deals on crossovers and SUV's because they seem to move quickly. I'll keep an eye on them.

Very friendly people. Spoke to them on Thursday evening and they were
saving the vehicle for me to drive 5 1/2 hours to purchase it on Saturday.
Called me back Friday afternoon before I left and said they had forgot
someone else was approved and came to pick it up on Friday. Very
disappointed :(
Provided very little detail when I emailed to ask about mileage. Had to ask same question several
Times. Turns out, the car I was trying to obtain information on was already sold and they hadn’t removed the listing from their website. Person replying did not seem interested in selling a vehicle.

Dave and Stan were so great! They took a lot of time with me and answered all the questions I had. Even if I asked the same question twice. The first time I talked to Dave he took my call at 8:30 pm and talked to me over the phone and was very straight forward. He answered all texts I had in a timely manner and was very patient with me. I just made a deal on my car and I love it. Defiantly won’t be going back to a big dealership again. Thanks Dave and Stan!
