Fine just did not know the size of the wheels. I purchased somewhere else.
Scam scam scam. Don't waste your time. The promised me a price on a Model 3. I got a bank check and came from SD to OC on a train. After the train arrived they told me someone else was buying it. I was in disbelief and had to take the train back. Jorge blamed it on his "manager" and told me "God acts in mysterious ways". I guess it was "divine intervention" I spent half a day trying to buy the car he called me about that morning. I suggested he could at least pay the Amtrak fare ($58) and he told me I didn't deserve it. Based on these multiple reviews I had low expectations. Don't waste your time! These crooks are likely to pull any trick in the book to get you in there. The car was advertised at $27990 and the price I agreed to was $35,500 so it's not like they would even consider selling it near the price advertised. They tack on over $4500 to each car in bs nobody wants. Even accepting that it just wasn't enough. The car is still available so no sale or a lie.
Lied about the price listed on their website. This wasn't hidden fees, but rather actual deception by claiming
the vehicle was $5k over the listed price due to tires and paint. This is also after I confided with the sales rep,
saying I had to drive an hour to come see the car on the last day for the $4k point of sale federal EV credit.
This practice is truly disgusting and cost me the chance to get an EV in my budget.

*SHADY*. Unfortunate experience, there was so much deception. Four
different scams I experienced there in one day. The GM literally jacked up
the price by $5k after the sales guy showed me the price, told me I'd get a
$4k rebate "through them" from the government but then added $4k in fees:
$2K for a required paint ceramic coating and $2K for alloy wheels. The
salespeople also have differing ideas of the truth here. They say their
website is UP TO DATE but they don't mark cars as sold or pull them from
their website, instead they change the last digit on the price from a zero to a
9 (or vice versa) and don't tell you that's their "code" for it being sold.
Mariah knew I was driving 3.5 miles but forgot to tell me about the secret
code that would let me know that cars had been sold. Sent me a link of 11
available cars and there were only 2 available once I got there. Seven hours
driving. We'd been texting about it for several days. #SHADY!!

The price you see online is not the even close to the price they will try to make you pay. To his credit, the salesman over the phone did say the price was going to be way higher than the internet price so did not waste my time by making me go in to find this out.

Price was for $29,9XX. Called to verify information as I am from another state. They immediately start adding miscellaneous stuff for paint ceramic coating and alloy wheels. If this was already done to the car it should be included in the ADVERTISEMENT.dealer. Waste of my time and effort with deceptive price. These are items that they could try to upsell you, but they would rather sit and drink their lattes and brag about screwing someone without breaking a sweat. Well, do know you earned the 2.8 rating, although that seems about double what it should be.

No negotiating at this place. Watch those high added costs of wheels and ceramic coating tacked on at the end. About another $4500. The sales guy was excellent.
Price was for 21,000 & they start add miscellaneous stuff for such things as paint sealer, rim, and etc to the and up to be 29,000. This is a scam or crooked dealer. Waisted my time and effort...as most won't give out of the door cost unless you are there so that they can bait you in. Con artist dealer at its best. Don't even enter here.
The worst experience ever. Spoke with this young kid over the phone and then traveled to their location. The guy didnt even try to sell me a car. He sat me down and started interviewing me and wanted to know what bank I would be using. Even after I told him I would paying cash, he asked what bank and if it would be cash or check. Come on, sell me a car first. Show me the car, convince me that I need the car first, etc. Sells person 101. These guys are clueless. Dont waste your time. He then proceeded to tell me the internet price was nowhere near what the actual price would be. Immediately increased the price by 2k and said he would break down all the extra features that the dealer added. Went from 20k for a Tesla to 29k in minutes. Mind you, he never even showed me the car. Ridiculous and scammy. Stay away!!!

I purchased here and regret it. They'll add $5,000 of paint and rim coatings to whatever sticker price you're
seeing online. Lied about free supercharging. Sent my loan info to the wrong bank. Botched my email address
so I can't even log into the wrong bank. When I followed up, they didn't give a sh*t. It's scammy. They'll just
tell you what you want to hear to get you out the door with a car. Churn and burn. Do yourself a favor, take
your test drives here, but buy direct from Tesla instead.

They are rip-off, they advertise the price $21000, when I went to the dealership, they told me that the car price is $21000, but, they will charge $2000 for the four tires and $2000 for the clear coat, I never heard this before that the tires are not included in the car price, anyway total waste of time, they are rip-off and crooked, they will never give you straight answer on the phone, when I asked the sales person the educated questions, he took me straight to the finance guy and finance person start the paperwork without giving me my answers. Be careful with this dealership, there's a lot of cars available at other reputable dealerships, you will going to get screwed here.

Sales person was not informative on the vehicle. Vehicle interior was dirty and stained. Interior looked like it was not cleaned from trade in.
Sales person informed me that the have set prices and would consider my offer.

Price was not as listed. Very disappointing as people just want to know- fine print turns people off. I had cash to spend but didn’t buy since they seemed shady.
I just had a conversation with one of the sales reps, I asked what the hidden fees are on
the car, he mentioned they have a ceramic coating and wheel upgrade that will add to
the price. When asking about the cost of the upgrades he was unable to provide any
details. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who can help and he said I can only
talk to his manager who was unavailable and wouldn't take my call anyways. They want
me to go in and talk numbers, but I know the hidden fees would be unreasonable, plus
they don't negotiate the price. This is why I don't understand how they can't tell me the
price "Actual" price of the car.

Crazy Mark up on “dealer installed extras” won’t negotiate on them won’t take them out also super rude and even after you’re approved, they won’t tell you what the APR is until you come in. Also they wanna charge you for extras that the car already had when they purchased it. Just super shady anywhere else but to this guys

This dealership is very deceitful. The price isn’t what is shown, they add ceramic coat and rim refurbishing fees which total to about $2,000.
They won’t talk numbers unless you fill out a sketchy application where they ask for your social security number. If you don’t fill this application, they will not talk numbers. They are also not willing to sell the car, unless you are financing with them.
This is another scummy dealership trying to rip off people, if I could rate it a 0 I would.

Believe all the bad reviews. One of the managers claimed that the financing company (capital one) required a theft deterrent device be installed for $900. On the final price sheet there was $3100 worth of additional fees.
$1030 that is just blank with no explanation
$895 for theft deterrent
$1189 for their stupid wheel protection that they put on the stock wheels behind the hub caps!
So they will give the tax credit but then they just add it all back with that crap. Wish I could attach a screenshot of the final price sheet. Oh and this was after they run your credit.

DONT GO HERE!! If i could give half of a star I would. This place is the absolute WORST place of business I have ever gone into. The employees have no idea what they are selling. We asked why there was a mysterious additional $1200 charge, the employee did not know. There is an enormous amount of misrepresentation and arrogance. As we were sitting there the employee ‘helping’ us assured us it should only take 5 more minutes until the manager would be able to help us, after 10 minutes of waiting we see that all of the employees were in some sort of employee meeting! While a customer is waiting. Not only were they rude but they also insult their clientele. We walked in believing that we would only be paying $27,000, then the employees and manager started adding extra fees for tires, a paint coverage, registration, and taxes which would have us pay $36,000. Misrepresentation to say the least!! Arrogance and rudeness lack of respect AT ITS MAXIMUM.

Buyer BEWARE!! Vehicle photos and prices listed do NOT reflect the prices and vehicle options once’s you get there! It’s a total bait and switch, shiner penny to get you there, just so that they can tell you “oh those rims pictured on the car aren’t included in the price? This are an additional $1900 if you want those—“ and.. that they supposedly do a “protective clear coat” on all vehicles that cost something like $1100 that you DON’T have the option TO OPT OUT ON that ALSO gets added to the overall price. Oh, and they do a poor taped off paint job on corners and bumpers that is so obvious if you know what to look for. When you ask if it’s been repaired; they reference the “clean car fax report.” It was only when the repairs were called out that they said that their repair shop does “fix imperfections and that might be something that they did…” very poor work for the prices they are asking.
I know a scam when I see one, this is one.
Sales agent was great but the sales manager Frank was horrible!!!! Would never recommend this place. Once it comes down to everything, they add ceramic coating charge that you never requested and the price that you see doesn’t include the ally wheels. They will not work with you on it and I let them know it doesn’t say nothing online about them not being included. Would never buy from this horrible dealership. I was already pre approve with my credit union and Frank kept pushing for his bank. The car went from $33,990 to $41000 with fees.

Typical sleazy car salesman- Online prices do not include the wheels or coating that has already been put on the pictured vehicle. Yes- the wheels in the photo aren’t actually part of the online price. How is this allowed? Add another 4-5 thousand to their online prices if you want a more accurate quote. When I contacted them and asked for a quote, they refuse to do so unless it’s in person. Dont waste your time!

After getting all my information they never got back to me.
I contacted the dealership , seemed like they weren't interested in selling me a car , seemed like I was trying to sell my self the car. They post the car at
a certain price then when you finally get to the point where you applied (because they make you, even tho your pre approved by another bank) they add
all these extras that at first is "optional" according to the sells agent , but then when the sales manager talks to you to finalize paper work all extras are
mandatory like a 1200 ceramic coat, 3000 wheels and all these extra fees that come out of nowhere. All I have to say is these people are shady and
don't care about you. They'll waste your time until the last moment to switch everything up. car was posted at 33,990 and the total came out to 43k XD

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I went in and test drove the car and then
this week communicated with team members about how to proceed with the purchase, as I
live a distance away. The agents literally stopped communicating with me mid-process and
gave no explanation as to why. I believe that the vehicle is still available, but they treated me
like an unqualified buyer, although I am definitely about to purchase a vehicle. Quite
disappointing.

We went to California Beemers to look at a Model S they advertised. They seem to think they are a selling new cars. They even wanted to charge extra for wheels and charge a destination fee. They tried to upsell me on wheels that most likely came with the vehicle. When I asked for just the standard wheels that came with the vehicle, he showed me Model 3 wheels. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. My husband and I left without the car. Too bad. It was a nice car.
George and his crew at So Cal Pre-owned were amazing! Super smooth, and extremely easy transaction. It was almost too good to be true, he bought my Tesla, and wired me the money on the spot. Hope we can work together again. He’s my go to from now on. Any car related question I’m calling George!!

It was the worst expereince buying a car I have had in my life. 1. They did not honror a quote they sent me through a Veteran friendly
program. 2 they have bogus dealer add-ons "LowJack $995 and Surface Protection Product $1,189" that are not reference on there site and is
not reflected in the price you see on the vehicle. 3 they insist on running a credit report to determine what the price of the vehicle will be;
although a credit score of 500 or 850 has nothing to do with the price of the vehicle.
What a joke....clearly a bait and switch! the price on CarGurus is not the price you will get it for!
after the sales person contacted me, I explained that I don't want or need the ceramic coating or the powder coated "overpriced" wheels,
I explained that I'm in the automotive biz and I can have that done myself.
I said I'm paying cash for the asking price NO addon's! he ghosted me never heard another word!

Feels like a scam. Dealer advertises cars at great
price, then insist customer purchases their installed
wheels, paint protection, etc or they wonât sell you
the car. All started when they realized I was
preapproved, and they couldnât force me to finance
through their lenders. The price is 35,990. I offered
them 38,000 and manager wouldnât sell me the car.
Asked for out door price of 44,800!
Excellent response times! Answered all my questions, went above and beyond with the support and help! Sent me videos of vehicles so I could see them up close from out of state! Justin was awesome to deal with! Customer support and communication was better with him than with any dealership I have dealt with in over 25 years!
Only con I have for the dealership is the mandatory ceramic coating add on cost. Some customers just don’t want it regardless if it’s already been applied. Especially at over $1000 add on cost. Overall experience was wonderful! Thanks again for all the knowledge and help!!
PLEASE save your time! Look at the reviews before attempting to purchase from them. The prices look amazing and the two people who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. But the shady thing about this dealership is they have hidden fees that cost up to 2k additional on top of all the other fees and taxes that can’t be taken off. A clear coat of some kind and a gps tracking system which to me seems sketchy and not worth 2k for. We walked away from the car only because of there hidden fees. DONT DO IT! Taking our money elsewhere. Such a shame too
They x was nice however it had some problems such as the 12 volt battery was dead. They car could not be updated until the battery was
replaced. The dealer would not fix the problem or discount the price to have it repaired. They also didn't have the pink slip to even sell the car.

Bought my wife’s X5 from them five years ago. Not the cheapest, but the experience more than made up for it. Professional, courteous and attentive to the customers. One of the best things was that you paid the price listed. No add-ons, haggling, ADMs. Recently found myself looking at another car on their lot. Unfortunately, it appears they have decided to embrace the legacy dealers’ model of lying about the price by adding $1000+ mandatory add-ons, which is not communicated to you until you are on the lot (or explicitly asked). Even with the add-on the price is competitive, but this is a dishonest business model, and I would rather go somewhere that remains upfront with their costs/fees.

All the Cars add $2k worth of extras for what you can get for 1/4 the price. The price they advertise is not the price
you are paying. That is if you wanted LowJack- pointless with insurance today. "Seal"- ceramic coating is
accessible now and easy to apply. Don't waste your time unless you want to get up sold.

Didn’t end up buying from them but great communication
I had left a message for with California Beemers and was quickly contacted the same
day by their client Care Manager Mariah. She answered all my questions regarding this
vehicle with professionalism and expertise. She also connected me with the Sales
Manager Frank and we discussed conducting the purchase process since I live in
Arizona. My wife and I made arrangements to fly to Los Angeles and pick up our Range
Rover Supercharged SUV and make it a Road Trip back to Phoenix. Over all excellent
experience by the Beemers Team of Mariah, Frank and the Finance Manager Roger. I
highly recommend California Beemers to anyone looking for a high performance quality

Car is advertised as a p90d but it is only a p85d. I brought it to their attention a week ago and they still have not fixed the add. Plus they have dealer add on such as 2500 for powder coated rims. Check craigslist. 5 miles from this dealer you can go and get your rims swapped out for powder coated black ones for 500.

I was able to purchase the car I love my car although I do need to take it back for a wheel alignment and I was concerned that there is no stripping around the front windshield I know I purchased the car as is but these are a few safety concerns I have I bought the car cash as I am a single mother did not want car payment friendly staff Mariah and Frank were a although they did slip in some type of polish that they say they put on all their cars but I really know this is optional but due to the fact that I am slightly disabled and I don't like washing and waxing my car anymore I went on and didn't say anything about it but that is a buyer beware if it is optional let it be optional but my overall experience was good car was kept clean good mileage

I was very skeptical about buying a car on-line, especially since I couldn't test drive it first. The Sales and Finance people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable with the whole process. The financing process was fast and convenient. There were a few surprise charges that I didn't fully agree with. The website states to charge extra $900 for gloss coating, however in the end I was charged double that plus they added anti theft system. I was told by the finance manager that was necessary because of extra fees they had to pay. But I didn't want to haggle and I fell in love with the car at this point. So I gave in and paid the extra. I would recommend using this dealership again. However, understand they are a dealership and they are in the business to make money.

I do not recommend this dealership one bit. They are not willing to make a deal that is convenient for you and it was totally one sided in my experience. They wanted 8 to 10 thousand on top of my trade in for a 2017 BMW. I am not sure if they were high or intoxicated on something. What makes them think that I would put that money into a 4 year old car and not put that into a brand new one. I don’t recommend this dealership one bit. Stay away far away.

Quick response and helpful advice
I inquired with California Beemers to see about buying a BMW 3 series. After a couple of canned
messages that had not answered my questions, they finally told me that the price of the car
would be $399 more for paint sealant and $1299 more for the black wheels depicted in the
photos. I then advised them that their dealership was not a good fit for me because I like full
transparency although they did have those two things mentioned in the fine print. Even so,
showing photos of a car with "optional" goodies did not sit well with me because I viewed it
somewhat like a bait and switch tactic usually reserved for Craigslist.

A representative from the dealer reached out to me (Todd) and did not have a car that that was looking for. Three days later they contacted mw and sent photo's and an electronic brochure of a vehicle that may interest me. I explained that I was only shopping and that I recently had surgery and that I was not yet driving. Todd was very polite and thankful that I had looked at vehicles on their website.

Found California Beemers while I was searching for a BMW X5 on Cargurus. Spoke with Richard and set up a date for a test drive. Lots of selection on slightly used BMWs. On the day of the test drive, Connor walked us through everything. Had a pleasant experience with test drive and price negotiation but the numbers didn’t work out for us. We ended up purchasing an X5 from another dealer. We had a good experience with Ca Beemers. Knowledgeable and friendly staffs.

The sale manager was unprofessional. Got mad at us because we paid cash(cashier check). They also sell me something that don't even work.(GPS tracker) They hid it in the Bill of Sell.
Anyone who's buying a car make sure you look thru the Bill of Sell.Front page is blank but inside is the items they add it on!!

This was hands down the worst customer experience of my life. Thought we had agreed on a number, drove up and they were absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever worked with. They could never give me a number I would be charged if I paid my loan off early. They lied multiple times and eventually got to the only honest person we experienced in the finance manager. Our salesman Leonard was keeply unprofessional and believe it or not the msnager of this dealership was even worse. They both lied multiple times and eventually when confronted about it he (the manager) said well we don’t have to by the car. All we wanted was to know the number if we paid off the loan early. Asked to speak to the lender and they wouldn’t give me their number. We ended up walking out after several hours. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT go to this dealership. They are seriously the worst. Had to give one star just to write review and I don’t write them but thought you all should know. 0 stars would have been my choice

A rep from the dealership contacted me about the vehicles....however, I live in
GA and wanted to trading in a car with a purchase for another
vehicle....California Beemers did not have partnership with a dealership in GA
to appraise the vehicle I was willing to trade. But the rep was friendly and
helpful.
The dealers, financial staff and general manager were very helpful. They have given me head up knowledge's on the car I was interesting in. If I was to do it all over again, I would contact the California Beemer dealer again in the future. Thank again for all you have done and will keep in touch with a car in mind from your lot .

Dealer has great selection and potential. However falls short by upcharging customers on unwanted clear coat plastic wrap on vehicles for a whopping $900 which is not optional. Their CILAJET surface protectant is not recommended or endorsed by BMW. Buyer beware as listed price is intentionally misleading, add $899 for unneeded, unwanted, and unnecessary CILAJET

This is a great place to buy your used BMW. Richard, our salesmen, knew his product inside and out. We did not feel the "high pressure" tactics that one always seems to run into when buying a new car. The prices truly are no haggle prices. That being said, the prices listed are pretty spectacular. I definitely will return here to buy my next Beemer.

Brought the 2014 BMW 750LI from California Beemers, everyone at this dealership are knowledgeable, extremely helpful & polite , I never felt being push to buy the car. They have large selection of excellent quality BMW at great price, I figure this is indeed the best place to buy a pre-own BMW. I will not hesitate buy my next BMW from them again.
I am in and out with my 750LI in less than 60 minutes, signing contract itself take only 15 minutes, which is extremely delightful experience for busy guy.

I was thoroughly impressed. The salesman Mark did an
outstanding job assisting my son and I with our
purchase. From the time we saw the car over a week
ago until the final temporary registration. Mark was
incredible. There was no pressure. Great car for a great
price. Excellent staff at California Beemers.
I came to the Dealer in Costa Mesa to try the 135is, they where very polite,
we make the trial and everything was ok, so I decided to buy the car, the
warranty and gps, but didn't take the car until the next 2 days. The only thing
what I didn't like was the small details in the paper work for example they
put in the contract that the tires was air regular tires with the kit, and turns
out it was runflats, also even I pay for the GPS they still don't send me the
email whit the password and the information, when I ask for support, they
just don't take much care. So I think they sell good cars, but if you are going
to buy with them ask everything, check all the details in the car before the
buy, and buy the optional contract to return the car 30 days, because to me
looks like ones they sell the car, they just forget you.
Overall it was a good experience and I would have given Beemers a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the multiple trips I had to make and the fact that the car I was buying was sold to another customer while I was filling out paperwork because they had a cash offer, this was a huge disappointment however Beemers worked with me to find a car I am happy with and also gave me a slight discount for the inconvenience.

debt manager, his name is Frank, a very
tricky guy at , if you want to finance your
car from him, make sure You check all
dollar amount and the period of time to
pay off your loan, cos I am sure he will
find a way to trick you, most of all, don,t
trade your car to him, he will definitely
pay at least 1000 dollars below market
price!! I should have gone to other used
car dealship......

I LOVE this car but once we got to the 'dealership' and dealt with the finance guy it was all down hill. The guy i dealt with over the phone and email and the other one we test drove with were great. I got a call from the owner or something the next day after sending an email to my previous contact but just think they are shady.
